It was really clean food was good. Was the only one there trying to put an order waited about 10 min for someone to take order, they were nice just taking their time to even say something like we will be with you soon. Cricket 🦗! And it was sooo cold inside like my food got cold quick

Rude workers and very small portions,didnt receive forks for any of my plates, I regret spending my money here and I will definitely not be back, I suggest others do the same until they stop with the small portions. Also if you get double chow mein they only give you the portion they would have gave you if you added rice, which makes absolutely no sense.

They are never open inside. Only drive thru and its always busy. And they stop doing online orders 20 minutes before close stating they cant get them done in time. The staff is rude and whoever runs this location does not care about customer service

This is a very busy location! We walked in on a Friday night around 8 and the line was almost out the door and every seat in the whole place was taken. Despite how busy they were the employees worked like clock work and the level of service we received was still excellent. They had 5 employees in the front working like an assembly line fulfilling orders.. refilling items they had run out of.. the first guy still took the time to offer and give us a sample and waited patiently for us to decide what we wanted to order.. the last person in the line ringing up the orders double checked what we got, made sure it was right, apologized for the wait and bagged it up with fortune cookies, utenscils and condiments. 👌

The meat quality at the Palmdale 10st is extremely subpar no egg on the rice and the rice grain are of the most poor of quality. And don’t forget to ask for soy sauce bks they are even stingy with that . Rodalfo would have me drive back to get sauce if I chose to.

I have been going to this location for some time but what happened today made me upset. There was this guy yelling profanity words. My children got scared of just hearing him yell. I kindly asked the girl who served my food if there was a way that he can leave or have him stop yelling ( he was not eating, just sitting ). She had the nerves to tell me that anyone is allowed to eat there. She said he has mental issues and he is one of their returning customer. I told her that my son has autism, adhd and anxiety attacks. My son was having a anxiety attack while watching this man yell bad words. So we are supposed to eat and hear people yell profanity words with kids around. Very rude and unprofessional. Never going back.

The food is okay, the problem was with the little girl that took my order through the intercom. I say little girl because that is the way she projected herself by the way she chose to speak to a customer. Its alright to have a bad day but workers should never let it influence the way they treat the people that keep them employed. Especially when I was absolutely no way rude or impolite to her at all.The girl who handed me the food was polite, the issue was with the person who took my order.

By far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to the girl in the drive-thru is so rude with attitude. When you go through the Drive-thru expect the worst that they got.Today I got the most nasty chow main I have ever had it seemed as if they gave me all the bottom left overs which is basically the cabbage and small chow main that is left on the bottom of the trays my kids were disgusted with what we got.

Boring menu, 《sadly, they had some unique delicious items such as sweet fire chicken, sweet spicy, and coconut shrimp, all discontinued due to excessive cost, according to management! Great food but dislike the staff. They’re not very attentive when helping a customer. And the girl that charged me destroyed my debit card from sliding it up and down on the card machine. I have never experienced someone carelessly and violently slide my card that way. It damaged it badly! Not going back! I’ll drive to another panda instead.

Despite the beer bug issue you can still go into Panda Express and order food without going through a drivethrough Very important if your windows on your car dont roll down and you cant order through a drivethrough.. Manager Giselle G. needs help with her attitude, professionalism and customer service. She should not be working drive-thru if she cannot understand what people are telling her through thee intercom. She has no patience. And the fact that she got upset that we had to repeat ourselves was ridiculous. She had an attitude from the gecko and was definitely taking it out on the customer. Speak to people the way you want to be spoken too. Especially at your job. Train yourself again girly.

The worst Panda I have ever been to. The help was rude, they refused to give me a senior discount and at 7:00 pm they had no food. So after waiting 20 minutes they gave us the dreggs of the Walnut shrimp that were there when we got which we pay extra for which were so hard I couldnt eat them after we got home in just 5 minutes. So we contacted corporate via email with this complaint and they still have not responded for 2 weeks now.

This is one of the better panda locations out here. Staff is very nice and friendly, and Ive never had them mess up my order. When they do have to make food if there out, there very quick and efficient about it. Panda Id just kinda pricey thats the only reason I took off a star.

Orange chicken needs more sauce some times its very dry & when asked clerk says we dont have extra sauce why not????? Food sits for to long and dries out and is still served????? Portion size when ordering a Orange chicken bowl your given a bowl full of rice & about 5 pieces of chicken priced @ about $6 to $7 dollars over priced. There were five if us,and we decided to eat here and we were pleased with the food.We all got 2 choices with our rice or chow mein noodles.The dishes were warm and seemed fairly fresh for the most part.Some of us got vegetable spring rolls as there are also chicken spring rolls and another got fried shrimp.I got kung pao chicken and honey walnut glazed shrimp with my chow mein.The kung pao was not over the top spicey and the honey walnut shrimp were good and I liked the texture of both dishes.The sweet and sour sauce was hot and flavorful and went well with everything.The staff was personable and polite during our order process.The only reason I am giving this place a 4,is because I had to wipe crumbs off the table myself which were visible from the counter where we were ordering our food which was like ten feet away so they werent small crumbs,and we all know that can be a bit of a turn off.
