Was a good place to eat until one of my stalkers showed up and started working there. Im used to it though, which is why you still get all your stars. Just one of the many eateries i am no longer able to eat at. Multiple towns and a list of establishments to avoid and these crazed stalkers still just pop up with their smiles. Always smiling, while im forced to skip town and not eat. Oh well,

FYI don’t order your food online near closing time. Schedule to pick up at 9:45. Get there and they want me to go to the drive through. There’s already a line and I’m on my lunch break. Wouldn’t be a big deal if she wasn’t literally at the open door telling me this. She really could just hand me the food.

Got there just after they opened. Orange chicken was hard, couldnt pick it up with a fork. Noodles were over cooked, burnt. No sauce for teriyaki chicken, no flavor. Portions small. Some of the orange chicken pieces were spicey, like they didnt clean the wok between making different items. Avoid this place, other Chinese restaurants have larger portions and better prices.

Ordered Teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken plate. The food was ok, and the noodles were undercooked. I use to love panda but it just seems priced high with little serving.We were the only ones in line but waited long while they took care of drive-thru or online orders as if our time was not valuable as well being that we were at lunch.

I was debating on 2 star review for customer service but I just couldnt. The food is not worth what they charge. Ordered white rice teriyaki bowl. It looked like they just bought a Costco rotisserie chicken and just shredded it on top of the white rice. No sauce or flavor! It didnt even have that much chicken. Never going there again.

My first time going through a Panda Express drive thru and it was horrible. All of my food was sloppy, messy, and small portioned. Everything I feared could happen, did happen. If I was not with my small child I would have returned for and refund or new order. Definitely let me down Panda Express. You are open for another hr, you should have WAY more food items available at this time. Rude service by the drive thru employee. You could tell by her tone she wasn’t happy to be working there, and she had the attitude to prove it. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

They were out of the new sizzling shrimp. It has to defrost, would take an hour. Out of another item I wanted, said it would be 30 min. Before I could get it. I ordered 2- 2 item plates. They only have me one item on one, the Teriyaki chicken was missing. Naturally this was at the drive thru. Then my husband do it was terrible & never go there again! My grandson liked his sesame chicken. Hell eat anything.

I come here often. Check your food before you leave. They zip u out of there so fast that things get missed. I called to Tell them that My cream cheese ragoons were missing and nobody answered so then I had to at the window on my next visit, tell them that my ragoons were missing in my last order and they said we cannot give out free food and I said wait a minute its not free I paid for it last time and she said did you call or have a receipt I said I tried and no one answered. So I called corporate and they reimbursed me. Yes its only ragoons but I paid for them. Corporate was helpful. Thank you.

I called the location and spoke with a female supervisor, asking if the hours of operation are correct listed on Google. She stated yes, and that the dinning area was open till 10pm, Drive thru open till 10:30pm. So, I asked her, if I came in at 9pm I can still dine in, She said Yes. So, I showed up @8:15pm, I saw two employees leave and the Kitchen staff was on point. But, when customers started arriving, ordering and started to dine in. All of a sudden, The Panda Express employee started closing the restroom around 8:45pm. Like, really?? My girlfriend is handicapped and the young man didnt even take in any cleaning supplies to the restrooms. It seems he got lost in the restrooms. By 9:00pm, the female supervisor started locking the doors to the dining area. I told her I was the individual that had called earlier in regards to the dining hours. My answer in return was they were understaffed and had to close the dining area. Bogus answer to me. Same staff was working in the store when it was busy. I believe the owners or corporate need to review surveillance systems and look at supervisor handling during high volume customer traffic. And the staff seemed like they didnt want anymore walk-ins, just a drive thru service... I told management they should do better customer service during walk-in hours.

I ordered a plate to go with half chow mein and fried rice, orange chicken and pepper chicken. The chow mein and rice was dry and bland. Chow mein tasted like the noodles were boiled in 3 day old water. It had a weird taste. Pepper chicken was okay. Orange chicken was good but everything else was a no from me. Also side note they are skimpy with the food. I would save your money and go somewhere else 🥴

When I showed up it was around 3:30. A couple people were dining in and drive thru had about 1 car. When I walk in I was asked to leave because they were closing the store when people were clearly still placing orders inside. I was made to go to the drive thru to place an order. I understand if it was busy but it was pretty slow with a full staff wby are you closing at 3:30??? Not cool better management needed.

So this particular site used to be about a 2.9 for good reason. The place was not good. The service was terrible, the food was never fresh or even close to it. You’d get this sticky feeling walking in... lately though, they must have a new crew because the food is fresh, quick and mostly accurate. This place has stepped up their game and I would say to anybody who had a bad experience here to give it another chance. It’s definitely better.

My experience with this Panda Express via drive they had always been great. Walk-in however has been hit and miss. As of June 2018 they have since improved. Perhaps it is because they have assigned the employees in their areas of strength. The cashier is delightfully professional and the welcome when you walk in the door is a nice touch.Hoping to rate them five stars in the near future. They appear to be a hard working cohesive team (always between the hours of 12:00 and 2:00).

By far the worst Panda express I have even been to. I will not be returning.I ordered a beef and broccoli entrée in the drive thru and when I got home I realized I did not get a single piece of beef. And the broccoli was 80% stalks and tasted horrible, as did the chow mein. All very bland and stale tasting. I called and made a complaint, and was told they would replace my order. I returned a few days later, with my receipt, and was bounced between several employees before the manager reluctantly agreed to help. The replacement meal I was given was equally bad as the first order.

Ap ordered no hang ups, store pick up no issues, associate welcoming and gave clear directions and instructions labels everywhere for ap order pick-up. Food prepared on time quality was great. Then when I fjnay got up next, I was told that without a mask I needed to show proof of my vaccination or else I wouldnt be served. Trash overflowing, tables were dirty, no lids for small drinks.. We had to balance our trash, clean our own table and had to wait 10 minutes for them to restock lids. I have never been rushed before at Panda Express. But this time I was being rushed by a young man. There was no line. We asked for two of the 3 entree and 1 side. I changed my mind cause he was rushing me before I can decide. I also asked for chopsticks noticed he didnt give us any til we stood there for a couple mins more. Also he almost forgot to give us the chicken and teriyaki sauce. Ive noticed the portions to the food was less than my last couple of visits. Everyone was nice. I am a Uber eat deliverer and picked up an order with no seal on bag that sits on a rack.. Teriyaki sauce was spilled in the bag and noodles sticking ot the container what a sloppy mess. The food here is great and cooked fresh. For a moderately small eating place, it does have a lot of tables that seat up to 4 people. They have entrees like the classic orange chicken, chow mein, rice, teriyaki chicken, broccoli and beef, and new ones like sweet fire chicken, firecracker chicken. My personal favorite is the honey walnut shrimp! Very delicious food, I just dont think that it feels cozy or comfortable and the parking lot for it is small.
