I made a mobile order and apparently that was a huge mistake. I checked in with the cashier letting them know I was there. I ended up waiting 25 minutes after the pickup time to get my food, after watching several people get their food, both people who walked in ordering there or had placed mobile orders. I waited patiently while a few others who came after complained, and then when I got my food, there was no sorry for the wait or any apology.I get home, and my plate only had one entree!!! The bare minimum that is required is to complete the order, and not only could they not do that, I had to wait 25 minutes after the pickup time to have missing food on a just a plate and a la carte side. Absolutely atrocious.I took the picture as soon as I got home and opened up the bag and plate to see missing food. For anyone curious, there should have been Beijing beef and orange chicken, but there was only one side of orange chicken.

The super greens are my favorite item on the menu. All I order is a large a la cart and 2 fortune cookies. This is the second time I received them soggy, wilted and very unappealing. I wont be back. Waste of money.

Staff seem to be clueless high schoolers, none of the food tastes like it does at other Panda Express (for the worse), and they give you the minimal amount they can get away with (half scoops). I love Panda, this is the worst one I have ever experienced, and is unfortunately the only one near my house. So I’m stuck with it…

Went in when they had 20 minutes left before closing. Was just expecting to grab some orange chicken and leave quickly so we wouldnt be a bother.Walked in and was told all I got is all I got in an aggressive tone. No, be right with you, sorry we are low right before closing nothing of that kind.They didnt even have rice.Drove to a different panda that had 40 minutes left before closing by the time we got there. The employees were happy and told each guest we try not to waste food, so anything you want me can make for you, you just have to wait 5-10 minutes. Thats what service is supposed to be.Avoid this panda location.

I am not getting food here anymore. I used to be an employee here and it has changed so much since. Today for instance I made a large online order but it wouldn’t let me change the time to later. I called over 20 times as well as my family memeber to try and change the pickup time but nobody would answer. I decided to go in and tell them and when i got there, my order was sitting on the counter. The woman who approached me looks like she has done meth the last few years and her attitude belongs at mcdonald’s. Panda was a nice place until people like her started working. I have never been treated so poorly by a fast food worker and I was appalled. She yelled in my face and said to take the food or they will refund it and all i asked was that they remake it at a later time. She said they would let it sit under the hot lights until i was ready to get it but i told her no. She then called the assistant manager while making faces at her peers acting like i was crazy when she needs to look in the mirror. I tried not ti cause a scene and then after her phone call with the manager, she said so…thai food is all trash then? So i said yes i guess so, but that is your fault. If they had answered their phone they wouldn’t have wasted so much food. I am contacting the manager tomorrow because this is unacceptable. I had to reorder to another location because i have a feeling she was going to do weird things ti my food. I have had previous problems with her flirting and harassing my underage friend in the past but this really did it for me. The manager needs to get rid of her.

The only location in Folsom. Panda Express has been declining in food quality, thats with the consideration that it is a fast food chain with a very rigid menu. Staff is helpful and friendly. The volume of online orders impacts the flow and experience of the in-store orders. Being the only location, surrounded with a dense suburban population, schools, and major work places, this store is still relevant. Often there are a few people lined up to order. Parking is great by the storefront and in the adjacent parking lot.

Highway robbery!! High prices at microscopic portions!!! They should be arrested for this rip off. Tiny children portions at giant prices. I even asked the server where’s the food? She said “we only serve one spoon”. But I swear the spoon was barely 1/2 full.Food was only marginal. I would NEVER recommend this rip off establishment.

Today was an excellent experience! There were very few other customers, and the food was made fresh. I had honey walnut shrimp, Angus beef, pot stickers and cream cheese wontons, all of which were outstanding! The service staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is easy also.

This location has deteriorated in quality. Chow mien is dry and they skimp on veggies. The quantity also is reduced along with the taste. The wait time is also long - how can you wait on chow mien for 15 min at peak dinner time? I have switched to ordering from the Madison & hazel location even though it is 10 miles away for me while this location is 1 mile.

This place gave me and my wife food poisoning. After calling the place, the employee informed us that the manager herself was out sick and they had no idea when she’s coming back and that they don’t have an assistant manager. I’m assuming the manager also got the food poisoning because she called my wife three days later asking what had happened. After such a terrible response from their team, my wife refused to speak with them and is working with the health dept.

I just visited this place for the last time. They lost me as a customer. Out of the 6 large boxes (1 family meal and an additional large chow mein), 3 boxes were filled only 3/4th. This was not the first time that they reduced my quantity, so I opened the boxes and asked the manager why its not filled to the top. She said its not their policy to fill the box to the top, but she offered to fix it. I said I deserve to get the quantity of food that I paid for, told her that its false advertising, declined any suggested fixes to my order and walked away. Never going back to this place again. The only reason I dont give them five stars, its because I like to place my order online and then go in and pay cash. Their system does not facilitate that. Food was good

What is going on with our Folsom Panda Express? Tonite and last month my experience was less than stellar compared to how their service was previously. There isn’t the friendly staff or the level of customer service I have experienced in the past. The quantity of food is not prepared and a few options not available. I went in tonite @4:45 PM and staff said the spring rolls were sold out! Seriously @4:45? Last month still an issue when ordering teriyaki chicken sauce which staff said it was no longer made in the store. Packets to go are the only option! They don’t offer the sauce when ringing your order up and when I have to ask for the packet I get one? Really? I have a double order of teriyaki chicken. Trying to support our local businesses but it’s a two way street!

I didnt really care for this Panda Express. Every other location I have been to has been good. The orange chicken was brown here. It was the same chicken but Im pretty sure it was not orange chicken sauce. Honey Walnut shrimp was soooooo dry and no walnuts. The girl working was very nice and fast. 2 stars, but I never got my order. I ordered online and when I showed up the line was across the parking lot, halfway near the Starbucks a couple hundred feet away (being a Friday evening and social distancing made the line so long).They didnt have a separate line for online orders. You had to wait in the same line as ordering in the store to pick up your online order, pretty much defeating the purpose of ordering online earlier in the day. I asked people in line how long it was taking. People near the front said about 30 minutes. My food would have been cold and soggy by then. I just left and got food elsewhere.I disputed the charge on their webpage and was given a full refund a few days later. Thats the only reason Im giving 2 stars. I got my money back.

The food here always smells better than it tastes, but dont let that scare you; it is quite tasty. While there may be better options for Chinese locally, the speed of this place usually trumps the others when you need a quick fix. The service is also great. My only real complaint is that they have almost nothing ready when they first open. They counter this by letting you pick what they make next, but since my works lunch hour is at an odd time I dont always have the luxury of waiting.

I like this Panda Express. Like all Panda Express restaurants it should described as Asian inspired food. It is clean and fast. This food is high calorie (i am not sure how you eat here on diet). The parking in this part of the shopping center is easy. I have never had a bad experience here.

I have been going to this location for years off and on. One time i went and found a hair in my food so i stayed away but decided to give them a second chance. I ended up vomiting it all up. I still dont know why i got sick. So I tried to give them a third chance. We walk in and were not greeted. The girl is on her cellphone. Then she finally comes over to help. She has attitude and acts like she cant hear me. I just got a very bad vibe from the two girls in there. The guy was nice though.

The food tastes really bad, they melted rubber onto the orange chicken from a spatula of some sort in the entire orange chicken tasting extremely disgusting. I called to complain and they said it could have been old orange chicken that was at the bottom of the pan because they dont scrape out the bottom they just keep dumping the food on top of it when it runs low. they told me they would give me a free meal the next time I came in and then they deleted all their records of orders so there was no proof. When I want panda Express, I drive to the Fair oaks location even though I live down the street from this one so I spend a lot of time in gas driving far for panda Express but its worth it because this location is utter garbage.

We called in the order then when we arrived they person that took down the order wrote it wrong . We had to reorder the food and we took it for grantee that it was correct . When opening the bag we realized that they still got it all wrong but charged for the correct order . We ordered 2 large plates with 2 orders orange chicken and fried rice with chowmain an 0ne teriyaki chicken bowl. What we got was one large plate and 2 teriyaki chicken bowl. Getting sloppier while filling your family style order and I find I have to closely watch what they dish up and put into the bag. Four $60 orders over past 2 months or so, with 3 orders short 1 entrée each and one missing 8 spring rolls. A 15 mile drive later as i get home to discover the shortage, it is not worth the trip back to the store to get the missing items. Also the cartons were jammed into the bag with the sweet and sour sauce, which turned into a real mess as entrées leaked all over the place.Not sure if I will return. Servers are rude and will rush you through your order. I came in here with my family and 2 year old son. Server was annoyed that I had a child that I was ordering for. I had to ask three times for his drink and they would not give us our soy sauce and fortune cookies. The server walked away when I asked for them. Horrible service. Yesterday @ 11am I order walnut shrimp, chowmein, and mushroom chicken plate, this is my usual order. Normally I order from the Panda Express in the placerville area. Food poisoned. I got terrible food poisoning. I had my regular orange chicken, king pao chicken, and chow mein. About 10 minutes after eating it at home for take out, I felt pain in stomach and sick too. The pain got worse after 30 minutes and I felt nauseous. It immediately made me have diarrhea. Terrible feeling. Sadly I will not eat at Panda anymore. Gone are the nostalgic days where they werent so anal about the portions taking the time to away a few pieces of each entree to save money while looking desperate for profit. Im not stupid. I wouldnt say it tastes like authentic chinese food by any means, but its not bad of food. I highly agree with the other reviewer with the portions comment. Each slot on my plate should be full. Thats what im asking to pay for and so thats what i should receive. If theres 1/4 of a portion missing, it makes you feel like you got ripped off. The plates are already high price enough as is, and the food is cooked in large bulks. No need to lose customers over the fact that they want to save a shrimp or a two. Ridiculous. If theyre afraid of losing money for giving too much food, they need to charge more money and give what the customers ask for instead of being stingy, and actually work with their customers and not against them.

Their food has been terrible lately. The orange chicken overly sweet and fried. The Beijing beef tastes like hard fried carboard box. The fried rice are not fresh at times. Also, kung Pao chicken is never done right, either chicken is undercooked or veggies are undercooked. Not to mention, they are stingy when it comes to putting food in your to go boxes. The broccoli and beef has more broccoli and less meet. Broccoli us hard like a rock. Mandrin chickeb is not good. They either have to fire their cooking people or change the manager because the food has been terrible every single time I went to eat here.
