Its a fast food place, I dont expect gourmet food or catered service. I ordered on the app and got there about 2 minutes before my food would be ready according to the app. I got there and let them know I was picking up an order placed on the app. The server said ok and added my beef and broccoli in my plate. My order than sat a good 5 minutes without any updates from the staff on what the hold up was. The workers (along with the manager in the black shirt) we toward the back and started talking about time off they were taking. I then raised my voice and asked if my order was going to still be warm when I got it. I was offered a free drink (which I declined) and then an egg roll. Un-acceptable customer service. They were waiting for an additional side. If they had told me that, things wouldve been much different.

DM Mary was there and you could see every employee there was tense. She always was correcting manager in front of everyone. Also there was a line growing and no one being help. Buy Dm didnt seem to care or let Manger go help her team. I love this panda express and will go back. Just hope not to see the DM Mary there again.

Tried Panda Express for the first time here and it was a good experience. You can have your food here and just relax.The server was polite and helpful in letting us know about the vegetarian options.The food is tasty with decent quantity and great if you want to grab a quick bite while on the road.

Food delicious and fresh however the server was not polite and wasnt good at following directions even with being face to face. The cashier separated my meals and therefore I had to swipe my debit card twice and even though it was not a big deal that time, the rude server that made the plates failed to put my plates together so that the cashier would have known that the orders were not separate.

The managers gate keep the bathroom door codes. There’s 2 bathrooms but they will only give out the code to one so If you need to go, tough luck.

Panda Express is a decent QSR. the staff was friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well maintained. I took advantage of a coupon they mailed out and the food was good. Love the rangoons. They do have a pretty good selection of items but the signature dish of orange chicken is what they do best.

I go here all the time and they always get my broccoli beef wrong! My dad likes the broccoli flavor on it but not the beef so I always put on my online order no beef on the broccoli beef and three times they put the beef in. I also found a hair on my plate! They could re do it if I bring the food in but it was for my husbands lunch. I was grossed out and very disappointed.

The food here is consistently more fresh than other Panda Express locations nearby. This may be due to a high rate of traffic because they are located at the center of major business for this area and another bonus to great food, they deliver reliably with Uber Eats, once in 30 mins another time in 45 just enough time to finish up a project and begin eating. The Beijing beef was served with a good balance of meat vs onions and bell peppers. The cream cheese rangoons had slices of chives inside and were all friend into the same symmetrical star crisps with soft center.

If I could give less I would. This place is horrible with customer service as well as preparing someone’s food. I ordered 3 meat entree they gave me a plate full of rice exactly 3 shrimp, a couple of chunks of orange chicken & box full of broccoli with no beef at all . The “manager” stated that this was the proper serving with an attitude. I will never give this place any of my $ again pure trash

They dont have gluten free specific cooking implements, so do not come here expecting to eat gluten free. They are up front about that on the website, so I dont hold that against them in my rating. The chicken tends to be very fatty and in rare instances rather slimy, so if that bothers you keep that in mind.

Worst customer service I ever had here. I have no idea whats wrong with the staffs attitudes here today on 12/10/2021 around 4:40pm but I didnt feel like I was treated as a customer today. I have never had an issue with Panda before in my life and order with the same terminology Panda uses when ordering. I only ordered 2 plates and 1 plate has 3 items. 2 entrees and 1 side. Both plates had the same items except one had orange chicken and the other was broccoli with beef. I told the young teenage looking girl what each container will have and only stared at me.....she asked if its half and half and I said yes. She stared at me again. I asked did you hear me? She said yes in a rude voice. Idk why she kept staring at me when she already knew the items in both containers and even wrote them down.....there was no other question like is that all or anything so idk what the confusion was. She gave up and this older asian woman came and stepped in with a worse attitude. I got flustered and sighed and said the exact same orders nothing new. They were both half and half on the items I said yes to and just regular plates. She too kept staring blankly and so I felt like I kept repeating myself endlessly with no reason. But thats how you order you state the object like if its a bowl or a plate. Thats why I said 2 plates........they both get 3 items...just different portions....so idk whats wrong. I agreed to half and half on my items I told them on and they just acted as if I was speaking nonsense or a different language.....we finally came to a conclusion and got rung up correctly. So idk what happened....and why they made a scene over the menu thats very simple. Idk if they dont understand what a yes means to a half and half and if they know its 3 items idk.....it was weird and felt like they didnt want us there. Idk why there was confusion when the receipt was perfectly fine too.......

In this place the service had already improved but it was back to the same, I bought 4 dishes and the Chow Mein was just vegetables and the little Noodles were 1 centimeter, you could see that they were already leftovers, it was horrible and my dish also had literal 4 pieces of orange chicken. There was a Latin woman who was serving very well but the manager came and served a pittance.

Great Food and Awesome customer service from Sylvia...I called becuase my sons cell has been missing.She took the time to look for it..She was so kind and helpful.Fast and Friendly but Rica the other associate was soo rude!! I have always experienced good food and good service here... Tonight when we walked in at 9 and they close at 10, we experienced a lack of fresh food, and hurried services as they rushed to mop and sweep and wipe down tables and clean the restrooms. The staff were ready to go home and when we left at 930 they were taking out all the trash bags and trying to close up shop... Definitely have had better service but was still four stars tonight.

I came in around 710/ 715 Monday October 29 awesome service from the Asian girl serving my food they were low on food and I ordered double Beijing beef and another with Beijing beef and Orange chicken..so while I waited I poured my drink turn back around and the white girl on register is finishing my order. I dont like to correct people on their work and I should have checked my order, but there was a huge difference between the Orange chicken and steamed rice that the Asian girl served to the Beijing beef the one on register did.. the double beef had mostly vegetables and was about one serving and the beef with the chicken was half an order I usually let it go but this happens way to often. Unfortunately I threw away my receipt before leaving but if it helps my order came with two plates steamed rice one with Beijing beef and Orange chicken and other with double Beijing beef with one medium drink.

This location was doing so well until recently it seems they’ve started taking shortcuts. I used to love having the grilled chicken cut on the chopping board like almost any other location you go to when ordered. Now they have it pre-cut which personally I dont like. Same thing with the sauce to go with it. They pre-served the teriyaki sauce in containers, which they do not maintain warm or hot. Got to my car to put it on and it was cold and thick from just sitting there. Portions are inconsistent. Varies by the person serving it. Some days you get what your supposed to get, others they really short you. Unfortunately panda is one of the few locations that are decent to eat it during my lunch break in this area. So I’ll more than likely return. Just make sure what they give you and a fresh.

The only reason why Im giving it a 1-star because its close to my house so its convenient. Panda Express is my daughter favorite. This Panda Express is not that great! Sometimes when you go there the food is old and dry. Customer service is rude!My daughter is 13 years old petite little girl who dont eat very much. Every Panda Express she goes to she always have leftovers because she always get the 3 entree plate. This Panda Express the same 3 entree plate, she never have leftovers because they dont give you very much at all. Its always a disappointment when we go there so now we just drive a little just to get fresher food and more quantity for her.

I went to Rancho San Diego Panda Express but they did not have plates styrofoam containers. And what I saw them serving in tinny containers was nothing near what we usually get.
