Panda Express in Palm Desert

I called this Panda Express about 10 times to cancel my order. Nobody answered the phone, I had to drive to this panda express for only to tell them to cancel my order. Employee said their phone is in the back of the restaurant and when it rings no one can hear it. Why do you have a phone if you are not going to use it? I’m very Disappointed! Please fix this issue.

The Kung Pao Chicken and Shrimp with Walnuts was good and hot. The fried rice was chewey.

The quality of food in this place was exceptional. That is not why the rating is so low. We encountered a very ill trained supervisor who was in capable of communicating a basic order for food.To be more specific she demanded that we choose our food before the first portion was served, we wanted to have the food side served and then choose after it was put into our plate. She got annoyed and angry because we were not making our choices quickly. I know that this restaurant is capable of training better employees. This was a small misstep in communication that was vital and should not have happened from a supervisor! I will definitely consider changing my rating if this is corrected by retraining the employee and her communication skills. Thank you.

Always super nice, friendly and prompt service. Good food too! My personal favorite is the walnut and shrimp. Delicious.

Nice place, friendly hardworking staff. But to be honest, the entrees dont really taste asian. The chow mein and fried rice actually were tasteless. Must say, the ingredients are absolutely fresh and the portions are very large. The brown asian guy who cooked was very dedicated in doing his job, spectacular wok fire!!

The chow main used to be better, now doesnt taste as good as 5 years ago, but the kum pao chicken was really good. I still like to eat panda express.

Slow, out of orange chicken, told to wait 3 minutes, waited 10 then just left. Kitchen and front counter not communicating, being out during lunch rush not acceptable will avoid this one like the plague..

Food and service were great. It wasnt too busy and the staff were wearing masks.
