2023-07-22 03:45:51Just waited 20 plus minutes for them to tell people they arent making anymore certain items. The worst. Had people wait for absolutely nothing

2022-11-29 23:41:53It was a little busy. The lady asked what I wanted then immediately started working on on-line orders. Then asked me again while she was turning around and walking away. She didnt fill the dish like they usually do, like the other dishes had been filled before me. The food was good. Not old. It was pretty clean.

2023-01-07 02:08:38They need to serve people who physically come into the restaurant before filling multiple online orders. We finally made it to the front of the long dinner line after waiting 15 minutes, and then stood there for 10 MINUTES (seriously, I checked) while they served numerous online orders. Adjust the preparation of pick up time to be longer for online orders, and prioritize your customers standing in front of you.

2023-05-09 01:33:01MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR TOGO ORDER!!!! They don’t fill up the boxes. My son told us to check it and sure enough. Two of the boxes of our family meal wasn’t filled up. I don’t recommend this location unless you’re ordering in person.

2022-09-26 03:54:02Just tried the impossible orange chicken and surprisingly quite good! Bummed that yet again, to get vegan food somewhere requires an upcharge though. Chow mein isnt labeled as vegan, but staff says there are no animal products in ingredients (unlike fried rice, which has eggs). Super veggies are vegan, and with entrées, you can split chow mein 50/50 with veggies if you like. This location was VERY busy this Sunday evening at 730pm, so a little unexpected, but the staff kept things moving and were working hard, which we appreciated.

2021-04-16 20:24:07There is nothing wrong with the food as it is par with all other Panda Express restaurants. However the efficiency of the line is terrible. With 3 people in front of me in line, I waited 22 minutes from being in line to checking out for my food. They had all the food I ordered there already, however they hold up the line until the person in front gets their order complete. The 4 star food quality averages with the 1 star efficiency to two stars.

2021-08-23 07:07:51Went there to order 2 entrees plates. My wife tried to order Beijing beef and orange chicken. The staff didn’t tell her that they almost ran out of the beef item. My wife noticed that and told her that she doesn’t want the little leftover at the bottom. The staff didn’t let her choose a different item, hastily replaced with another item and wife ended up with two chicken items . Customers like us can wait there for 20 mins and they can’t give us a minute to decide!!!!!! It’s rude. The fried rice and chow-men were also quite leftover type, cold, soggy, no salt and no taste. Spend more than $30 for 3 plates without any satisfaction whatsoever. WONT GO THERE EVER. Horrible staffs. They neither know nor care about customers.

2022-05-02 00:05:51This place isnt bad but it is very frustrating at the amount of inconsistency there is when it comes to talking to the people who take your order. About 3/5 times and I am being generous, I will repeat my order multiple times and they STILL get it wrong. Do I need to scream my order out to guarantee good service? On top of that, I ask for Soy sauce and Potsticker sauce EVERY time and I get one or the other, never both. In what world do we live in where I order two entire plates with rice and chow mein with potstickers 100% of the time but they dont have the sense to maybe think to put soy sauce in the bag, AFTER I ALREADY ASKED? What are they hoarding it and selling it online so they cant hand out one packet of soy sauce per order? All in all the food is great but in terms of the quality of communication I would give it a 5/10. Employees need to be trained properly and equipped to understand orders and requests rather than needing to hear some things two or three times just to understand something.
