Bad experience my first time to eat Panda Express here in South Bay Mall. I bought to go food worth $15 bucks and the cashier asked me politely if I want to donated to their charities indeed I gave a donations.While waiting for my husband to pick me up ate 3 pcs of crab ragoons I bought to them. I asked the cashier if she can give me a cup for water I’m not during soda.,she saw me having hard time swallowing.She just said they don’t have a cup for water since I saw in the counter a small cup .JUST A WATER. Went out teary eyes.9/25/23 around between 8:15 in the evening. How in human she is.

Apparently they cant offer water anymore, what kind of respectable food service doesnt offer water with the meal ? Answer this one. Skip it and go to better run ones that arent trying to nickel and dime you for everything. Manager should be ashamed

The place was quiet which is kinda unusual, but the atmosphere was like yeah Im obviously phoning it in. Food was ok tasting but was dry, so were the egg rolls. Like theyed been there for a while. Also portions here were really subpar. Usually its hard to finish my tray. This time around I wanted seconds. Overall not great or worth the time.

Service was quick, they were just finishing the shrimp and had to wait 2 more minutes. The place was crowded for a Sunday at 5PM. Food was to go, got home, the stringbean chicken tasted sour, the kung pao chicken wasnt that spicy, the chow mein had the right amount of seasonings. Overall, Ive eaten there before and the food was better.

Yes, stop by to pick up chicken and mushroom, veggies egg rolls, its in the Carson Mall, your entrance is on the outside and inside of the Mall. Good staff get you in and out fast.

Hello,I have been a loyal customer to this location for the past 2 years and the employees already recognize me as soon as I walk in to pick up my order. For some odd reason today, they would not give me my food without the email confirmation email in hand. They would not give me my order even by providing them my id or credit card. I already paid for my food and its unbelievable the way they treated me. I will never go back to that location in my life. I never have this problems with any other panda express locations. I will be calling corporate because thats insane that I couldnt pick up an order I already paid for.

Been to place many times, sometimes good service most times bad. Always small portions of food. One time the lady in front of me was buying a kids meal box the server barely gave her any food and she said thats it, thats all I can get? The server said yes. She went to pay for the food and then said this is way too pricey for that amount of food and didnt want the order and left, she was not being rude. When she left the restaurant the servers made fun of her and said she should go eat chicken nuggets at McDonalds (in spanish). As someone that works in the area and eats lunch everyday near by, this restaurant has lost alot of business from me in the years.

Good product. As far as most locations go, the same below the standard customer service. I order a big order and they tried to over charge me by bundling. Its cheaper to order single large items than the family pack prices. It was over $15 less!! Consumer be ware. The one guy apologized like many many times.

Most of the food is good but I try the Beginbeeff it taste bad, it taste like leftovers from day before . I wont eat that anymore this is second time it is like they have mixed the good with the left over . The costumer service is excellent .
