The food was great. The staff seemed very overwhelmed with the amount of orders they had and it took them a while to get to ours but they were very attentive and sweet about it. They were very efficient but still gave us the feeling of being welcomed and not rushed or ignored while we waited. One of the best Panda Express weve been to ever. Definitely will be going back to this specific site

It is sad to see that a chain like this lend themselves to be rude, they started yelling at me because they wanted to charge me for my wrong dish, he started yelling at me, defending him that he is better of age that we can not do anything about them, but they can yell at us and bother us, I will go to court and go to court you go videos and tests the manager nothing of solutions is called Elvira, be careful with these people avoid going to this place, they even call you illegal, but as they are minors you can not do anything, they if offending yelling mentioning you illegal.

I never give 5 stars but I sure was hungry. I ordered an extra order of orange beef, Rangoon and Chinese roll and a extra large drink. My goodness, I didnt care that it came out to almost 20 bucks. It was so worth it and totally satisfied my hunger. Definitely a restaurant to come back to.

The food looks good but the service lacks organization for a fast food restaurant.Two of my three entree were not available while there were only two cooks in a approximately 10 people waiting in line. One of the two cooks went to make a phone call which added to the wait. I guess it was about 20 minutes that I spent in there since I first place my order until I left without it.I don’t think this place would be on my mind in the near future.

Fantastic!!! Wait staff was incredible. Food was amazing. The chef came out several times to check on us! Wonderful gem of a restaurant. Brought our 2 yr old boy and was very welcomed by all. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for a drink, apps or full dinner. We had it all! The hush puppies were to die for and the mojito rocked! Cant wait to go back!!

It is 10:06AM and they have not opened their doors eventhough it says they open at 10AM. I already called them and the person who answered said she would come and open the door in a few minutes. It took her 5 min open only to realize they hardly have anything ready. Now Im having to wait an extra 10 min for the food to be ready. People need to get their act together. RECIEVED THE WORST EVER SERVICE RIGHT NOW!! I was extremely shocked at the experience I recieved. I was getting food with my kids and all of the workers were extremely rude and lazy with their work. Employees kept talking, joking around, and not focusing on the huge lines going out of the front door, piling up with orders. Thank you to Sarah who was so generous to complete our order and was super kind. She was the nicest worker who was in there this evening but other than that, I believe this Panda Express needs new committed staff. This was my worst Panda Express experience ever!

This is what I expected when I heard fast food Chinese. Place was clean but why the end of the lunch rush, place was trashed. Workers were way to busy behind counter to clean up after folks. I got the orange chicken and fried rice bowl with a side of crab rangoons. The chicken was a little soft when I was hoping for a crispy coat. I almost gave this place a three but honestly this place is a smidge below average, they could make steps to better themselves. I will probably never come back. The staff is extremely hard working, it just seems like they need a little more room to work and maybe another employee.

I gave this place 3 stars because the service sucked. The food is delicious and always the same. Its super rainy today. Several customers walked up to the door at 10:30 am, when it was supposed to be open, it wasnt. I waited n the pouring rain and had several employees look at me and walk away. Finally I knocked on the door at 10:40 and a girl made her way around opening the non-enteance door, turning on the open sign and fixing chairs before opening the main door to let us in. They didnt have anything stocked or ready and she went back to another area after asking us to wait. I would give no stars for the service but 4 for the food 😁

It’s Thursday, February 4th 8:30pm and one of the employees couldn’t hear my sister so she thought it was ok to aggressively yell at her and yelled/demanded “I SAID GO OUT THAT DOOR.” Look, I don’t care if you’re stressed I myself understand working in customer service. I get that customers are a pain sometimes but here you are in the wrong. You are lucky I didn’t get off and put you in check miss gurl cuz u hurt her feelings. she wasn’t rude to you at all she just couldn’t hear you. I hope you see this because this is a problem this Panda Express needs to work on because I just read several recent reviews of some chick yelling at someone’s grandma and some guy rolling his eyes. Didn’t realize Panda Express was so WASTEFUL during this PANDEMIC! My family order was WRONG and they were just going to throw the food away to fix the order. I’m a big advocate for not wasting food so instead of being able to keep it and getting the right order, I walked out with the WRONG ORDER as to not waste food unlike Panda Express. Not sure if I’ll be going back during this pandemic and I’ll be sure to let others know just how wasteful they are when people are struggling to get food during this time.

We order online and we usually order over an hour in advance, they have plenty of time to make it and they’re all simple orders. THEY GET IT WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME and when even during pick up they are so unnecessarily rude it isn’t even funny. They have the worst employees and the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

I ordered a bowl with Chow mein and honey walnut shrimp. They could of put more chow mein, it was a little under half the bowl. Shrimp was amazing, but I wish you would put more than seven shrimp.Maria Gonzalez was kind and gave me and my friends great service! All the other employees were attentive and gave friendly service.
