I’ve been coming to this location for a decade or more. There may have been times they ran out of items but for the most part, they are great. The staff are friendly and the food is consistently good and hot. It’s Panda not gourmet food but it’s perfect for what you pay for. I’m very very happy now since they got rid of Pepsi products and switched to Coca Cola. Good choice!

This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten food from this store and got food poisoning and now my newborn is puking due to it transferring in my breast milk. Trust me when I say we are going to have a big issue if my child is impacted negatively because of this.

Came to this Panda Express to feed my pregnant wife, as I waited the manager come over and assist in serving me my orders. I seen him clearly portioning the food giving as little portion as possible, it really resembled a chipotle restaurant. They are literally charging more in price and cutting portions to the public, this will be the last time I go to this location.

Going during the early part of the day definitely has its perks. Food was FRESH and hot. I still dont like that the servers dont like to serve full portions of food. Broken wrist syndrome runs rampant here. The only person that serves a decent portion is Patty. Shes always pleasant too when serving. Dont go to Panda at night. They will disappoint you. Trust me...

They are ok its close to my home. I like that its a drive through but my orders 70% is messed up/ wrong and even have to wait in parking lot for the food. I never go back to fix the order cus its a pain so I unfortunately lose money over it by not getting what I paid for. But its still nice to go every once in awhile when not wanting to cook for a night.

Small portions and terrible service. I had to wait 20 minutes after paying to get my food. If they ask you to pull around to the front and wait for your food, DONT. They will forget about you and just serve everyone else until you go inside and remind them that youre still waiting. This is not the first time I have had bad service at this specific location. It is clear that the employees at this location couldnt care less about their customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Customer service is terrible! I went through the drive through the person who took my order was extremely aggressive and rushed me through my order. This used to be a great location! They have seriously cut back their portions for my last several visits. Went for lunch today. 2 item combo, box was about 1/3rd full. Had to go to McDonalds when I was done, still hungry. No longer worth $10.

Edit. This place has gone downhill fast. Food that used to be good is horrid old and greasy. Chicken teriyaki is little leftover bits - chopped so fine they could be fed to a baby. The chow mien has been sitting there so long it’s greasy and disgusting. Same with fried rice. If you order shrimp it’s 4 little measly bits that has no flavor.Don’t know what they did to this place but I won’t waste my money there again. Bye bye Panda Express. Overpriced grease.Ordered the chicken teriyaki, it is consistently good.I like that you have a choice on the sides and can substitute vegetables for either half or all the rice.Teriyaki sauce is just right, and Ive always revived tender chicken, nice and lean.Food is fresh, and they even offer to let you taste a sample, if theres something new! This place literally never has there entrees ready. Every time you go thru the drive thru they will tell you its a 15 min wait for almost every entrée. Its soo annoying. Get your stuff together and make sure you have your food ready, there is no way EVERY THING is a 15 min wait!

Very poor service we drove 25 minutes to order dinner. We drive back home and found they messed my wife’s order terribly. When I called and asked to please have the order corrected when I drive back so my wife can have a hot meal they refused. The manager would not even get on the phone. They would give all the pieces of the Neal that was missing but did not care that my wife’s dinner would be cold ie a 50 minute turn around time. I am trying to help out restaurants at this time but to be disrespected and shown no care for the customer I will not darkennthere door step.

Worse Panda Express ever! The food is horrible, the service is so bad and they are always out of food and make you wait for 15-20 mins. My husband and I are so disappointed with the flavor in the food at this panda. The rice has no flavor, the orange chicken literally taste like something other than chicken... the broccoli is always yellow instead of fresh green... They need new cooks or a whole new staff. Do not dine here... the food is horrible. I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Management needs to do something about this Panda.!

Bad experience made right-There were some thugs in line ahead of me. One of them was literally talking about his pretext for an assault he committed that precipitated his most recent stint in jail.These pieces of trash were taking a long time and arguing with the workers. One of the ladies behind the counter was considerate and provided samples to all the customers waiting in line, while they dealt with the human garbage. This was outstanding customer service event number one.I had to ask them to wok up some vegetables fresh. For the one star reviewers who dont know how to Panda, if the entree is ran out or looks old or dry or gross, the policy is the customer can always ask them to fresh wok the item. Sure, you will have to wait. Which brings me to outstanding customer service event number two. They gave me a few drink for having to wait.The free drink is not standard. You will always have to wait when you ask for something fresh, unless they already happened to be making that item. However, because they realized that the worthless guys ahead of me had wasted a lot of time, they decided to go above and beyond and comp the drink.Tl;dr- great customer service! Know how Panda operates and your experience wont be one star.

I go to this Panda every now and then because it’s a bit far from my usual destinations and with the price increases it’s a bit expensive for consistent visits. Needless to say this location has clean bathrooms, windows, food protectors, pots, tables, floors and practically anything else you can see from the lobby, the lids and straw station is also clean and well kept, and during the nights (9:30ish) it’s rather mild in traffic. The food is fresh and the tempature of the room is always hovering around a 72 feel in the lobby. There are only two TV’s which are on the same side of the building, but it’s really the only lone space available for them. I love the little fortune cookie bags they have and appreciate how well presented they are. The service is wonderful and in my opinion some of nicest people I’ve had a chance to talk to in the food industry. They are genuine and it takes a happy work place to keep people from having to put on a face for work.Now for two flaws;The door times say 10:00 for Friday. The online time on Google says 10:30. This could be painfully troublesome to everyone for no real reason.The only thing I wish Panda had was slight lower prices and a rewards program that would calculate your donations, so I can keep track of it for taxes.

Never again. Cant get orders or customer service right. Check your order before you leave and keep your receipt as if you purchased a television. Because if your order is wrong or they forgot something they won’t give it to you if you can’t produce the fast food receipt number . Was told I might be trying to scam them when they shorted me on my food and I called 10 minutes later. It’s not like the food is great anyway.

This Panda Express is awful they had me and my wife waiting outside the restaurant for over an hour and when they gave us our food Kamila the manager literately threw the food to my wife. The food was burned and the rice was under cooked they also gave us small portions. I talked to the manager and she refuse to give us a refund because we ordered thru the app and we told her that we are going to report them to Coorporate hopefully they are more helpful than Kamila the manager and her staff, I would never eat at Panda Express ever on Ave N and 50th St West in Quartz Hill CA regardless if they were busy they could of been nice about it and not burned our food.

I ordered the delicious shrimp & steak bowl, when i got home & opened my shrimp/steak bowl, there were 4 pcs Shrimp & 3 tiny pcs of steak, they charge almost $12 bucks & i live too far to quickly return it so screw panda, they should be checking each order even when they are busy. I pay the same as ppl who come when they are slow & they pay special attention to your order. I should get the same consideration & quality & quantity as anyone else.
