Hands down one of the best Panda I have visited & i wil for sure make the drive to hit this one - The manager helped me & I feel terrible I forgot his name, Maria also ! The place was fully stocked at dinner time, thr food was not old, stirring for hours - They places a hot shrimp in my sons meal to try & that will be on his next order - so many Panda’s are just gross, they don’t cook food after the hour before they close - the line looks unappetizing - this was such a great experience v CLEAN - love the enthusiasm “ wouldYou like to sample anything you have not tried ?” What ? Sure I do ! The apple rolls are also great, a little pricey for what they are however -

I sat down to eat and I could not finish my meal. Everything had a burnt taste. Some of the other customers around me were saying the same thing. I threw mine away and I left. I have dined here often. Im not from the area. I stopped down the street for work once in awhile. They must have had a bad day

Place was empty (around 3pm-ish) and it still took time for someone to provide service! Toan (the employee that finally came over) literally came and stood in front of me and just looked at me, didnt greet or anything I had to ask him if he was gonna help me. Dude was hella stingy with the servings. Place was out of broccoli beef, sweet fire chicken and teriyaki chicken...Really disappointing and incompetent management of this location.

If this the last place in world to take out I’ll consider it! We love Panda Express but the Cochrane location just is a bad experience. Past 3 times we ordered online we had to wait 20-30 min after our pick up time! They don’t even realize there is an online order!! First time we let it go, second time we called customer service and they sent us a meal pass, third time again we were like ok it’s busy lunch time, things happen. This time was ridiculous!! Sent my daughter to pick up order and when she reached there they told her that the place is under renovation so they forwarded the order to Tenant branch!!! I was so upset! Shouldn’t they have called us to inform as soon as we placed the order? Our guests were coming at 12 and order pick up time was 11:30. I placed the order at 10:30 to give them ample notice!She headed to Tenant station while I called them. 11:45 and our order was again not ready and the lady said they will get it together now! Called customer service and getting a full 100% refund!

Slow, no one was doing anything (you can always find something to clean or do while you work at a fast food restaurant) one of the employees wasnt even trained on how to drop food, and other customers had to wait over 30 minutes for food because the kid didnt know what he was doing. Manager talked to somebody for 20 minutes then left to the bank, they werent busy and couldve trained the kid properly. He didnt know what to do and nobody helped him, working in food service if you are a manager you take responsibility for your employees knowledge. It wasnt his fault it was hers. Overall was very disappointed even for Panda Express.

Dont get me wrong, food is good, just about as good as any other PE weve been to; however, their customer service and store cleanliness needs improvement.I understand how popular menu items sell fast and the time it takes to prep the next batch, but when there is a line to the door and you are low on items, common sense would tell you (the server) that the cook should be informed to make more before running completely out. This person should not wait until they serve the last of the items and then tell the cook they are out when a customer requests said items. Also, their portion size is not at all the same as all other PE franchises. They serve two scoops of rice/chow main on your plate, and only one scoop of the entree items regardless if items fall off the spoon (most stores serve about two scoops).The mens bathroom was out of order (apparently its been out for a while), and I understand that people need to use the facilities, but men were walking in the womens restroom and it was awkward to say the least when coming out of a stall. When I brought it up, the girl just shrugged her shoulders.First and last time I will use this particular restaurant. Ill take any other PE or gas station as our pit stop.

Have been here multiple times. Every time it is the same routine. Extremely long lines with only one person serving food and being cashier at the same time.Compared to the other Panda Express locations the food isnt cooked correctly.They need a manager.

Very very bad service, Kristen and Jean very rude, asian people which is good but they have to understand that is hard to hear them talking with all the noise around and their accent and they expect you to get everything they ask you in a rush on their voice. They do not welcome you or smile, is a service that they provide not a favor. Bad service. Food is okay.

The employee named Brooklyn has got to be the most efficient worker of a Panda Express Ive ever seen. There was a line when I arrived. Five or so people were waiting to pay, of all things. She emerged from somewhere and just started clearing the line so fast youd think no one else was doing anything. Assembling plates, processing payments, asking about donations, samples, all of it. She better be a manager here or get promoted because shes a champ. Thoroughly entertaining to watch. Would Panda again.

I was waiting in line for my food, the cashier Bryant was trying his best trying to get orders correct and handling the cashier.Another customer came beside me to pay for her food she ordered over the phone.I guess they made a mistake so Byrant was going back to the cooks to correct it.At one point one of the cooks yelled at him “ just ring her up” he was just asking for help and assistance and I believe there was another women heavy set laughed had attitude too.That’s no one to treat your team member and customers.They weren’t helping him out at all.I felt bad for Bryant his just learning.Bryant did his best but the other staff were the worst.

The line takes so long they look at you and dont even ask for your order and they make the food chewy their chicken was burnt. Teens obviously dont know how to make food and often cant even hear or understand correctly.

Me and my family came here for dinner on a sunday, we ordered our food and i asked for three cups of water and a fountain drink, the person at cashier she end up charging me for 3 bottles of water ater of about 2.25 each, i ask to refound and she gave me a call thousand excuses not to i ask if i could get 2 apple juice instead and i would pay the difference she said she would have to do the transaction all over again, my point here is she wasn’t even trying to help even she was the was that messed up did not even apologize, her customer service was the worst even i was been nice she was very care less, this happened on sunday 22 of 2019 at 4:30 pm
