The worst I gave them a second chance but wont be a third. Orange chicken is always so hard you cant chew it and theres no chicken in it!Rice has no flavor and the teriyaki chicken? Are you sure it was chicken cuz it didnt taste like it. $23 for 2 meals down the drain!

Previously, we’ve had very infrequent problems with this restaurant. The dining area is always clean and the food is mostly consistent. However, on our most recent visit we decided to purchase a plate with two portions of beyond orange chicken and chow mein. We were served the size of one portion by the shift leader or manager, and the food was hard to the point where the fork would take a lot of force to push through it’s surface. There were almost two hours left until closing time, so I have no clue why they would keep such old food and serve it despite having enough time to cook another portion and serve it by the end of the shift. Each customer deserves quality food and equal portioning for what they pay, especially with the beyond meat premium. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, with COVID you cant dine in and only 5 people can enter at a time. The service was decent but the business is doing well since its on a busy street and the restrooms are open! (Photos below) The white box is the bigger tray with 3 entrees and one side that costs $9.90. It contains white rice, chow mein, teriyaki, orange chicken, and included is the little red box with the honey sesame chicken breast or something like that. The black container is the Panda bowl and contains chow mein with string bean chicken breast that costs $6.90. It doesnt taste like authentic Chinese food and it is missing some flavor. The teriyaki passes when it comes to taste and of course the white rice and chow mein. Pretty fast service and good to go place but the taste is definitely questionable.

My first visit yesterday. I asked for half and half chomein and fried rice. I got more of a 70/30 with most of my plate was filled with rice. I really enjoy the chowmein and was just dissapointed with my serving. Next time im only gonna ask for all chowmein.

Order my food through the Panda Express app, Told me my order will be ready at 5:35 PM (the time i showed up) And I didnt get my food until 6pm. The employees started making my food (even though its supposed to be ready when I got there) 5 minutes after I got there, then let my food sit there for 20 minutes while they served eight other separate diners all while I was waiting for my shrimp that takes 2 minutes to cook. People order through the app so its more convenient and the food is ready when they get there not to sit there for 25 minutes while my food got soggy waiting for shrimp because they wanted to serve other customers. Talked to the manager (didnt get her name) her first remark was sorry for the long wait so apparently she knew that it took 20+ minutes to cook shrimp, she apologized and was nice enough and said she would credit the meals. fingers crossed that the credit goes through...if not Ill be contacting corporate.

Went to panda express and ordered the green bean with chicken person who took our order. Did not call it into the chef and we waited and waited. Michelle came back from her break and stepped up to the plate and we have the best service we’ve ever had there. She deserves a pat on the back and a bonus.

They never wash the pan, its been twice that Ive got grease of chicken in my shrimp bowl, they dont wash it after frying the chicken and immediately cook the shrimp in the same dirty pan. Stay away from this place If you dont wanna get sick.

I’m lived in and out of Beaumont since I was born and I’m 28 now . This is the only location that I get sick 🤢 from. It doesn’t matter how many years have passed. New or the same staff, something is always off & my body never lies . I hope inspectors can find out what the issue is, as less for your kids sake -do not feed them from this location !

I ordered delivery and got it in a sealed bag so its not the driver. Its the employees when someone orders teriyaki chicken. You put the d*** teriyaki in the bag, Its not teriyaki chicken without teriyaki its just chicken! And it wasnt just the teriyaki. I got no utensils, no straw for my drink & No sweet-and-sour for my wantons. higher somebody better..... not the first time this has happened.

Our recent visit was disappointing. Placed an online order, and they still forgot our appetizers. I called them about the issue, and it took 10 minutes for them to process a credit card refund over the phone. Also, honey walnut shrimp only had a couple of tiny walnut pieces. Wont be back to this location any time soon. There are other local Panda Express locations that are better.

Although I have eaten many times at Panda Express this time the line for food was so bad...most items unavailable. They said 10 minutes well have fresh food on the line. By they replenished the line other items were unavailable. Please wait well have fresh in 10 minutes. I walked out got a sandwich next door in less than 5 minutes. Dear dinner, when you go on line and look at a particular restaurants menu to make sure they actually have what it is you are craving. You then locate the menu and find your favorite dishes!🤗 Only to go all the way there to find out that they do not have any of the dishes listed on the online menu!🤭🤔🤥🤐😬😢Well folks that is exactly what has happened here today. No hot and sour soup, in fact no soup at all, no egg fu young, no cream cheese wonton! Upon entering I was quickly acknowledged and received a friendly greeting. It was obvious that the restaurant was fairly new. I also noticed how very clean everything was, including the restrooms! Most importantly was the friendly staff. Very customer oriented and swift to fulfill your order. And the food of course was delicious!

The food is usually OK, but today was a flop, the rice was undercooked to some of it being straight out of the bag crunchy, the broccoli was also raw.I tried the online ordering and their system for pick up is very slow which probably contributed to the food being less than optimal temperature (cold).When I came in I wasn’t greeted and had to wait until somebody decided to come up to the cash register to serve someone else. I did notice that there was someone that came out of the back room and checked on the cooks then went straight back to the room without inquiring why I was standing there. In my opinion, they should have a check-in system for people who ordered online and promptly give them their order instead of making them stand there and wait. Beijing beef was tough as tire.The dining room was also closed, take out only, I am guessing it cuts down on conflict inside the store.I would not recommend eating here, go somewhere that serves real food.

This place gives you great food at a great level, let me explain. There are some Panda Express locations that don’t give you enough food. This place gives you a heaping scoop as it should. The employees are very rude. Try walk around like they are something with bad attitudes. They are not even pretty I don’t know why they think they are. Great customer service! Greeted as we walked in, while gathering our plates the power went out due to a storm. We were offered free food since it was all served and the registers were down. As we got to the register the power came back on and we were then told we had to wait until the registers booted back up. We paid!Employees were friendly. Out of half their items, wont compromise with other items, and then their registers state if no receipt is given then the meal is free, they could not give me a receipt so I asked for refund. She then told me it had to go towards next meal. Im from out of state on my way to funeral and it would only be good at this location. Tried to eat here for the first time since February. My husband and I were so excited, as we approached the door! But it was so full of signs about mask wearing and social distancing and limits to how many people are allowed in the store (5 ppl at a time), along with the tint of the windows that we could not look inside of the store to see how many people were inside. We opened the door and we were immediately shouted at that their were too many people in the store! No welcome we r sorry we are at capacity we will be right with you, if you stand outside it was nothing even close to that. We were pointed at and told to go outside not even a hello. I do realize that to stay open that you must adhere to these temporary mandates but to be shouted at upon just opening the door was rude and unnecessary and quite frankly embarrassing. I recommend some retraining on customer appreciation and maybe encourage a friendly tone when asking, not shouting, at your customers that they need to wait outside. Also maybe move your signage so that people can see if their are more than 5 ppl in your store.

Compared with othermom and pop Chinese food locations, Panda Express is almost always stingy and chintzy with their portions, but the taste is consistently good, and I LOVE love LOVE their passion iced tea - best iced tea of any fast food restaurant, hands down. They were open on Christmas day, serving up very pleasant service with their food, and keeping up the Christmas spirit. Very well played.

This Beaumont location of Panda Express has never been a great place to go and eat but in the past has been pretty decent. Im sure, with the covid economy we have, Panda, like so many other places, is cutting their costs where they can. This is evident in the quality of the chicken they are using now. The Kung Pao chicken, for the first time in my experience with Panda, had some large chunks of gristle in it. The takeout containers are quite a bit smaller than they used to be several years ago. What struck me the most about this visit was the school cafeteria line treatment from the employees. Far from being crowded, halfway through our order one other customer walked in, so there was no pressure to move the order along as quickly as they tried to. Add to that the fact that wearing masks makes it harder for people to hear and understand each other. Definitely not worth the ever-increasing cost we are seeing in most fast food restaurants, especially this one. I give them three stars only because the food was edible and it looks like this experience is going to be more of the norm, especially here in governor Newsoms utopian paradise known as California.

My daughter went up pick up food here for me. I hadnt had it in a while. When she got back with the good, I opened the box, which is smaller than it used to be, but there was 3 tiny pieces of chicken in a really small half droop of Kunp P. chicken and a half scoop of Orange chicken. They always run out of food and it takes the cook forever to make more because hes the only one there.
