They sell the small drink with full of ice for $2.20 and dont want to refill it. No worries, we can choose any other place to eat. You are not the only one in Montebello mall.

Americanize Chinese food. Dont expect to get anything authentic here. The chow mein is nothing like you would get a Chinese restaurant like Sam Woo.

The kung pao was overly salted and seemed to have been sitting for a while. The honey sesame chicken green beans were hardened from possible sitting to long.

Whoever the cashier (young girl) is, she has such a bitter and aggressive attitude. (Snatches money, rolling eyes, slight throwing the condiments, unfriendly facial expressions, etc.) They always say, if you dont like your job, leave. Its simple. Great customer service skills are needed here for the cashier position. 😑

I wouldnt even give this a star.. horrible customer service, there was a pice of plastic in my meal. I wasnt even looking for discount or anything. But the way the manager came at me was wrong a simple sorry Ill look into it wouldve been cool. Instead he started the blaming game and was extremely rude

To start off. The food isn’t that bad but you know what is? The cashier named Lily. She had the most disgusting attitude I have ever seen. Does this girl even know what customer service is? I accidentally grabbed the wrong change during my transaction and she very rudely screamed at me. I let her know it was a mistake and she held onto her attitude some more. After some exchange of words, she tried to snatch my food AFTER I had already paid for it. The level of disrespect this employee had was through the roof. She should be fired immediately. @pandaexpress do better.

Everyone loves Chinese take out and Panda Express has made a booming restaurant chain from it. Ive visited many mom and pop independent Chinese take out places, but you never get the quality and consistency that you do from Panda. The spot at the Montebello mall is very good. They are aided by the fact that they are always busy and they move the food out if the warming trays as fast as they can fill them. The Montebello mall has no shortage of terrible and tasty options to fill your gut, but you can always count on Panda Express.

Slow line on weekend plus only one register open. No steam rice available no teriyaki chicken either. Even though I changed order I still had to wait for the orders with teriyaki to get charged before I could pay mine since there was only 1 register available. Awful service. Almost 1 hour wait!!!

Bad service and also they delete my review because they know they given me a bad service 1st time and last time i pay for two entries and steam rice when it looks like a bowl and the food is not great for the price waste of money but where was the manager at shaking my head and i had to throw my food away because it didnt taste good at all but the point is the service at a family place to go i gave a 1 star because i cannot leave it blank but if it was up to me it would be zero for the food and service...

I had one person in front me and it took over 10 minutes for that one person to get served. There was only one person taking orders and working the register. It was a guy there who saw her struggling but he left and went to the back. Eventually another employee came to help her and she wasnt polite or anything.
