2022-11-13 20:24:40They sell the small drink with full of ice for $2.20 and dont want to refill it. No worries, we can choose any other place to eat. You are not the only one in Montebello mall.

2023-11-05 03:55:57Americanize Chinese food. Dont expect to get anything authentic here. The chow mein is nothing like you would get a Chinese restaurant like Sam Woo.

2023-07-09 23:52:46The kung pao was overly salted and seemed to have been sitting for a while. The honey sesame chicken green beans were hardened from possible sitting to long.

2023-05-21 07:03:16Whoever the cashier (young girl) is, she has such a bitter and aggressive attitude. (Snatches money, rolling eyes, slight throwing the condiments, unfriendly facial expressions, etc.) They always say, if you dont like your job, leave. Its simple. Great customer service skills are needed here for the cashier position. 😑

2019-09-07 00:16:41I wouldnt even give this a star.. horrible customer service, there was a pice of plastic in my meal. I wasnt even looking for discount or anything. But the way the manager came at me was wrong a simple sorry Ill look into it wouldve been cool. Instead he started the blaming game and was extremely rude

2023-04-13 23:58:29To start off. The food isn’t that bad but you know what is? The cashier named Lily. She had the most disgusting attitude I have ever seen. Does this girl even know what customer service is? I accidentally grabbed the wrong change during my transaction and she very rudely screamed at me. I let her know it was a mistake and she held onto her attitude some more. After some exchange of words, she tried to snatch my food AFTER I had already paid for it. The level of disrespect this employee had was through the roof. She should be fired immediately. @pandaexpress do better.

2023-05-16 00:02:26In my experience from @pandaexpress the worst employees work here. They always have a attitude like they are some big shots. Wouldn’t even give one star for the behavior and service from this panda express.
