This place was very clean during my visit which is important. The food was good but as you can see they low balled me for the portions. I paid good money and i feel like i didnt get my money worth for the food i got. They only give me one sauce so make sure u ask for more sauce and napkins! Other than that the workers are fast.

Have you ever been to a panda that wasnt crowded? me neither. great food. i ordered the mushroom chicken, with rice and chow mein. rice is my go to and the portions are great that you may have some leftovers. you can eat outside on the tables which is cool. i recommend this panda and will be back for more. until next time!

Food was horrible. Trays were dirty and sticky. Sanitizer dispensers were empty, oh wait they only had one dispenser. After asking employees where the other hand sanitizer dispenser was, she kept telling me its over there, it wasnt so I asked her again and same answer over there. I told her no its not, she coped an attitude, I decided to leave. You might be wondering why I didnt use the restroom! There was homeless person who locked themselves in the restroom. Place is very dirty. I will not go back.

Love this particular Panda Express. My daughter loves the little pandas. One day the manager noticed she was calling hers her baby and he gave her a collectors pin.The team is very quick, clean, and friendly. I appreciate the acknowledgement when we walk through the door.

This is twice Ive ordered from this place. Food is terrible! Chicken egg roll still had flour on it, undercooked. The chicken had no flavor and seem to be leftover from yesterday. The orange chicken was abysmal. Tasted terrible. I am done with this place. I recommend to not throw your money away at this restaurant

The woman here are a great team & hard workers. We went in not knowing they were gonna close soon. They were so nice and welcoming. Even let us sit in till we finished eating. It wasnt until we saw them close the door that we realized they were closing. Which we after gathered to leave. Instead they wished us a goodnight and thanked us for coming.

People love Chinese food and Panda Express too much. I ordered online for a scheduled pick up at 11:30am. That’s the earliest time since they open at 11am. When I got there, I found 7 people in line ahead of me. I just love waiting in the heat with the sun pounding down on me. I checked in at 11:30 and waited 7 minutes before my food was ready. I’m the kind of guy to show up early, work hard, and stay late. So getting there and having to wait for the food to be ready, it was Hell for me. Anyway, my coworkers finished $80 worth of Panda Express like they hadn’t eaten all week.

Always check your order! It tends to get busy, so the staff has forgotten to put my egg rolls.They encourage you to place your order online but will not have your food ready by the time it states on your order. I understand having to wait an extra 10 minutes due to them being busy, but 30 minutes?

Rice was burnt. I usually love this place but today they sold me burnt rice. There is no hiding it. You can smell it even with the container closed. I have no time to go back and get fresh rice so I have to throw this in the trash :(Edit. Went again to try the rice months later. Guess what its still burnt. I guess I wont be getting the rice again. Now Im looking forward to going to the Habit opening next door instead.

Requiring face mask for entry. Just to go inside where people are seated eating with their masks off this is complete discrimination. I was denied service here for no mask feel bad for the employees. I will never visit another Panda Express near Los Angeles. Mask and vaccine mandates are against the Nuremberg code. Such mandates can carry up to a 100 year prison sentence For individuals trying to enforce. Or 100 million dollars Fines for business and industries. Know your rights.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the girls that helped me were very attentive, polite, and made my evening very pleasant. I ordered the family pack with steamed rice, chowmein, broccoli beef, Beijing beef, orange chicken, and an order of veggie rolls. Everything was delicious, my kids enjoyed it as well. This Panda location is really disorganized workers look lost, I ordered food they started the order and left it half done, then I was told to wait outside because capacity was reached I was outside for nearly 30 mins! This Panda Express in South El Monte on Durfee is quite popular. Maybe its the great customer service, the generous servings, or the great hot food they serve that makes it so. The eating area is clean and accommodates families, couples, or singles. I am partial to their tasty orange chicken, kung pau chicken, and brown rice platter. I find it delectable and spicy enough for me. I will definitely return for seconds.
