Cindia did a horrible job being a store manager. I had panda express app points she refused to give me . Trying to be rational but the same attitude I received at the mission store in oceanside. I walked out of this establishment becomes of her combative behavior. Im going to also speak to corporate about this location . Never had issues before and specifically came to this location to avoid attitude and was baffled by the disrespect.

The food was good, I ended up only eating one out of the three meat options. I like a good Orange chicken, but I hate the hard bits. The mango lychee chiller was delicious! The young lady serving us was kind with a smile. The gentleman that cashed us out was helpful and polite.

I hate that the drive through person taking the orders always seems pushy. Im not even done telling them the entrées, and theyre already trying to tell me my total. Everytime. Sometimes instead of trying to tell me my total, theyre saying, anything else?. While Im in mid sentence. Happened once when I ordered inside.

I gotta say the cooks either rotate or something. The weekends are when the food is just absolutely delicious. Weekdays its alright not a let down. The people here are polite, they have patience with larger parties ordering food. They also seem to never be understaffed so that is a huge plus! They have done in again, so its nice to be able to start doing so if we want.

Walked in, made multiple orders. Colin was very professional; he made all 3 orders correctly in a timely manner. Recommended Spring/ Chicken egg rolls; added them to order. The last 2 times I picked up food from here my husband and I both thought the quality had decreased. I gave them another chance thinking that every restaurant has an off day or 2 but this last time was the last straw. The person dipping the food told me she was getting me fresh food and showed me there was only a ladle of what I asked for left. I didnt ask for fresh but thats what she said she was doing. Then as if I wasnt standing there, she turned her back, put the container on the back counter, scooped the last bit out and put it in my container. As I said, I hadnt asked for fresher than what was in the bowl but why lie? Next I went home and my husband asked me to taste his orange chicken. He gets it every time and knows its flavor. I tried it. It was old tasting and sour. Something wasnt right. All the food was extremely salty as well. Lastly, I got the shrimp. They are so careful not to give you much if you order shrimp. Were done. Way too expensive for terrible food.

Very hit or miss depending upon when I stop in. When ordering during the early evening, especially when stopping in on the way home around 5pm, the employees seem overloaded and unable to accommodate the rush. The portions are noticeably smaller and the food sometimes tastes flavorless and weird during these hours, especially the orange chicken (such a disappointing heartbreak).Ive had a much better experience ordering later in the evening at this location and the food, portions, and service have always been notably better during those hours.

The food is pretty good, I like that it is prepared right in front of you while you wait, the employees are usually less than great. Sometimes they are down right rude. I have had a couple nice employees in the past but the majority are not very nice and in way too much of a hurry to even so much as smile. I still eat there tho cuz the food is great! Just wish all the workers cared a little more about the people who are coming thru there.

Super wonderful staff! Its nice to come in during their busy time, and get great service. I ordered something I was willing to wait for. They apologized that I had to wait, and gave me a free soft beverage. By far the best experience at any panda express so far. (=Thank you to the two staff workers workin up front today. I had an issue with postmates and I called the restaurant for clarification. The gentleman that answered my call was very helpful and took the time out of his day to find the answers to my questions. He called me back a few hours later with a number for me call so I can resolve my issue with postmates. I know how simple this sounds but it’s the extra step to go above and beyond for customers and those actions do not go unnoticed! This Douglas location is the only location I have received exceptional customer service. Thank you Panda staff!!

Probably the worst panda i have gone too. The food looked like it had been there for hours as soon as i walked in i felt like it was not clean at all. The black pepper chicken you can tell was old, orange chicken not crispy at all, i ordered veggie spring rolls and those were not crispy either. Im definitely not going there again!

I love Panda Express, but this time I was seriously displeased. I asked for sweet fire chicken, was told it would be 5 min, waited 20! Then when I came up the guy said can I help you like he forgot what I was waiting for and the chicken still wasnt done. And all my other food was packaged up (getting cold). Then when I left with my food, I got home and found out that the egg roll I paid for wasnt in my bag... pretty annoying

Panda Express always has delicious food but since there food stays out so long without being covered I usually find bugs hidden with my food. Very disgusting, last time my brother cut his chicken and found a live bug inside. I had to rush back to panda express and warn them about the contamination. Rather than warn the people that were eating the same food inside they just kept it to themselves and threw out the batch.

The five star review is in comparison to other Panda express restaurants:Panda Express is a known quantity, I am assuming you are familiar with tbeir entrees and what they are about. They offer quality fast food with an Asian twist. They are affordable and get the food out fast, so they are usually situated in a strip mall or other high traffic area. As such there is almost never adequate parking and or you need to fight traffic to get there. This one is located atvtge corner of Douglas and SR 76, so getting there is super easy and convenient, and there is tons of parking. If you just want to grab something fast (fast being the operant term here) you can get there, in, and out in a snap. I would rather drive past a panda express that I have to fight traffic to and from and circle the lot for parking. That said, I have eaten here several times and they are fast, friendly and efficient. All that said there was one experience there that endeared this restaurant to me. I stopped in after work one day hoping I could convince my wife to join me for a light supper. I sat down and told the waitress when she asked if I needed any help that I was waiting on a response from my wife and would only be dining if she chose to join me. I was fairly sure she would. They were kind and I was not rushed in any way, they even brought me water. They were kind and courteous even when they were not sure I was planning on eating there.

My mom brought me back a chicken bowl from Panda Express and I have to admit that it wasnt very good.A couple of days ago I cooked chicken breast in a crock pot. I threw in some BBQ/Ranch dressing, Tapatio sauce, and diced garlic. It is moist and delicious!

I have been here twice. I try to go when I am not working, after lunch and before dinner, around 3 or so on weekdays and parking is easy. This is a strip mall and parking is very tough during peak times. The workers are friendly, dont mind questions and are fast. They dont mind if you want to wait for fresher rice, chicken, etc. The food is just the same as it is at their other locations and they give you plenty of rice. The 2 plate is enough for me but the 3 plate can make two meals. I like the teriyaki chicken even though it is dark meat because they cut it in front of you and give you large slices. They will put the sauce on the side for you. The orange chicken is ok and the sweetfire chicken has a lot of flavor. The egg rolls run out fast so you may have to wait for a new batch. I havent had a problem with the food or service. I will be back next week. Make sure you save your receipt and do the online survey so you can get a 3 plate for the price of 2.

So I stepped in and repeated to the employee, he would like a sample. Amanda simple said, No. When I asked Why not? Is it due to covid?, she repeated loudly No. When I asked again, I received the same negative reply. I worked with an author RE: customer service and find it difficult to believe Panda Express would hire someone like Amanda who wouldnt listen to customers, wouldnt feel a need to answer our questions.

My boyfriend and I eat here at least 3 times a month. Food is usually very good for a quick Chinese food fix. Ladies are always nice. We hate that they always remind us that shrimp is a dollar more. I mean they know us BC that always say welcome back, so its redundant, but we figure corporate makes them say it. Try the coconut walnut shrimp or peppercorn shrimp. Very tasty!

Decent Americanized Chinese food. You can sample each of the foods before you make your selection, which I suggest you do. The spice level can change depending on each cook, which is sort of the surprise. Staff here is always so nice and the facilities are clean. There is an outdoor eating area in addition to indoor seating, but it is on a busy corner so it is pretty noisy outside. There is a variety for vegans, vegetarians, and beyond. This eatery is located in the Mission Square shopping center (Walmart, El Pollo Loco, etc.) and is in a stand-alone building facing the street. It is a credit to Panda Express that they can maintain the quality throughout their chain. Were major big fans of thePanda and have enjoyed their food from Hawaii to California and all points beyond (actually, any point where we can find the Panda while traveling). This location was clean, the lines moved quickly, portions were generous, and the quality was what we expected.

I came in for their Beijing Beef after a friend brought it home the other day. I havent been there in years & forgot how to order. The girls worked with me and got me exactly what I wanted. As I was waiting a loud drunk guy started cussing at the same girls, acting belligerent. The girl I assume was the manager handled it well despite being called a Fin B****. My food came quickly and it was delicious. Worth every penny. I would give this place 5 stars but the man that was working there let his co-worker get harassed by this large obnoxious pig of a man. He could have asked him to leave, man to man instead of letting her go through that. This jerk must have been three times the size of the girl he was harassing. She told him to leave or she would call the police. He even stood there for a min by the door like he was going to do something. I minus a star for sexism. I know its everywhere but I wont accept it. The jerk was being driven by his wife who I assume was going to get an earful and maybe a fistful at home. Mamas, raise your boys to be men, not grown boys who think temper tantrums are the way to get things. Anyway the food is great there especially the Beijing Beef. If you can handle spicy, get it. Great service from my experience other than men not backing up their lady employees like real men.

Today I had a horrible experience at #pandaexpress in #oceanside #California My daughter is allergic to dairy. We have dined at other Panda Express locations without problem and it is one of her favorites. I wanted to make sure a particular item was still dairy free. It has been a while since we have eaten at a #panda and never at this location. I asked the employee if I could please have an allergy menu or ingredient list.She quickly responded that she has no idea what either are I asked if she could ask her manager. She told me that I could look at the calorie menu placed on the wall. Again I asked if I could speak to the manager. She slammed down and a plate of her own food and walked to the back. She returned and told me her manager said she doesnt know anything about allergies and had asked me to leave if I was concerned with what is in the food.A few minutes later the manager rocio came to the font. I explained that its my daughter who had a dairy allergy. She told me that she has no idea what an allergy menu is and that I should leave.I explained that 1 in 13 children have a food allergy, And that the information should and be available.She again told me to leave the restaurant and she could write down her name if I needed help spelling it to file a complaint. I left.My husband retuned to ask for the owners contact information. Rocio said his name was Andrew but refused to give any contact information.Both employees were laughing loudly when I left with my confused daughter.I have never experienced such mean behavior towards an allergy before today. #pandaexpress #foodallergyawarness
