Stopped by last night, right before they were closing. I grabbed my plate of food and left, I was helped by Kevin, absolutely great guy. Overall everyone was very accommodating considering it was near to closing time. Great and hard working people. Thank you, will be back soon!

This panda express was really good! Me and my friend got orange chicken, fried rice and the chow mein. The food was great, not greasy at all and tasted amazing. The staff were cool and the facility was clean! Would definitely return!

I had a disappointing experience with Lizbeth L during my recent visit. From the moment we walked in, she completely ignored us. There was a severe lack of eye contact, making us feel unwelcome. When I politely asked about a military discount, she raised a finger in a dismissive manner, which was quite rude. To top it off, the discount was never applied to our bill. Lizbeth also rushed through serving our food without asking if we needed any condiments or extras. Overall, the service was subpar and left a lot to be desired. I rarely leave bad reviews because i don’t like to be a Karen but I felt like this time it was needed. I work in the customer service industry as well and I know some days can feel exhausting but there is no need to take that out on customers, especially if they are respectful. I hope upper management looks into this and addresses this issue.

The food was a little too spicy compared to all the other pandas. I like it but my father didnt. The service, though, was phenomenal.

I went there at 8:45pm that it was long line busy but all foods are fresh and and keep filling up that lots of staffs to cooking and staff servicer. Feel no pressure hurry from staffs and they know they are busy but show no stress and doing their jobs well. Satisfy fresh yummy n filled lots of food during busy time!

Came by here for lunch. It was not busy which was nice - though it usually is pretty full of people. Good food, fast service and a nice outdoor place to sit and eat.

No tofu options for vegentarians, since they got rid or Beyond Orange Chicken.Forced utensils in my order when not asked for (city code now to ask).Food always good just need to have more inclusive options and be conscious of waste (still using Styrofoam)

Best service around. Come here! The food is super fresh, and I got served by the manager!😀. He is super fun and nice. Its like your eating in your familys kitchen. The David guy or GM was helping out, and was serving as I said. Everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend this Panda Express🐼

Chow mein was mushy, teriyaki chicken was barely cut and mushroom chicken was way too greasy. I’m not usually one to complain about a fast food restaurant, but this experience was bad. The lady behind the counter asked us if we wanted to wait for fresh chow mein, but we were on a time limit because we had to go back to work so we just took what they had. It shouldn’t have been served at all. It ruined our lunch. The mushroom chicken was disgusting and greasy too. Definitely not as fresh as it’s been before. When I came back to see if there was anything that could be done, I got attitude from the cashier and she said “Well I asked you if you wanted to wait for the fresh chow mein.” After her and the other cashier exchanged their dirty looks towards me, she offered to give a fresh portion of chow mein and mushroom chicken. But I rather not have been served at all. The two ladies were unfriendly and not willing to hear what I had to say. This place has bad service.
