Good food always! Super super busy and over crowded in the evenings. But they are fast and efficient. Never had any tables open to sit down, but they moved their customers through efficiently. Employees have smiles on their faces and seem to enjoy being there.

Typical panda, the staff was efficient and appeared to have prepared enough food for the initial dinner rush. The only thing is the seasoning seemed to be lacking compared to other locations, I think, for the fried rice and chow mein.

Three times in a row I have had amazing food! It’s always fresh and super tasty. Never soggy and somehow I don’t get dehydrated from eating it. It’s close by and I will be ordering a lot more! Thank you for the great service.

I came here at dinner time last weekend (around 6 pm). Place was full. Employee took our order before we entered the line. Food was delivered after a short wait. Egg rolls are dry without the sauce. Cream cheese rangoons are delicious.There are small 2 seat tables, which are great.

Walked in over an hour before they closed. Everything was out. Mushroom chicken has 3 mushrooms and no chicken in it. Broccoli Beef was all broccoli. They only had orange chicken cooked and ready.Then the server asked me what I wanted for my second entrée. It is pretty obvious that there is only orange chicken left. I told him theres only one option. He didnt look at me, didnt apologize for having nothing cooked. Just stared at the wall and said Well, we close in an hour. It seems like this is pretty reoccurring. Pretty sad to see since It wasnt like this before.I dont get this kind of service at Panda Express in other cities. Just Tracy.

Look I know it’s 30-40mins before closing, but when you run out of both fried rice and white rice and still charge full price for the entree’s, that’s crazy. I understand you guys run out towards the end of the day but the least you could do is give a small discount since I’m basically getting HALF the meal I’m paying for. Why is it so much to ask for that?Food is over priced garbage anyway… They give very small portions for the price you are paying. Your better off going somewhere else if it’s even an hour before they close. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money.

The portion sizes they give are for a child. You want to serve child portions then charge accordingly. The line was so long and the service was so slow. Everything is already cooked whats the hold up! Half of the restaurant seating was closed off causing everyone to stand and be in the way. I would have given a 1 star but I like the orange chicken. Get it together Panda!

I placed the order on Sunday 03/20 at 7:54 pm which was paid at the time of order. When I went to pickup the order at 8:25pm, the staff said they no longer have the items and they will not make it. When I asked to cancel the order, staff said that they cant cancel the order. I went online and search for order cancellation. I did not find any option to cancel it. Instead online status was showing order fulfilled. Staff was not willing to talk to me on how order is in fulfill status. So My only option is to dispute the transaction. Beware before you place any online order to this place.

I’m not sure what it is about Tracy but the service in this town starts decent and then becomes awful. Everywhere. This place used to be decent, but now? Awful. The food is fine. It’s a chain restaurant. If I’m going to pay almost ten dollars for a dinner plate I expect them to give me more than a single scoop of everything. Short on the rice, noodles, and entree. Also had two employees tell me they didn’t give any college student discounts. That’s a blatant lie. Next time the district manager should give these people a surprise visit.

Tables are more often then not, dirty. This panda is understaffed for the volume of patrons they serve. Lines/wait time during busy times can get pretty ridiculous as food items will run low and itlltake some time to refill, so if youre looking for a quick bite during lunch/dinner you may want to explore other options. But if time is not an issue, food is always true to panda.

Very poor customer service !This is the fourth time this last two months the food or service has been horrible!It use to be great. I have been coming here sense they opened at lease once or twice week.This time I ordered a two item plate, white rice half chow main, orange chicken and black pepper chicken. .There was only me one customer in front one in back of me so slow.When she asked me what I want she wrote it down then started to give me the wrong food thats fine I reminded her what it wasI wanted.I asked her if I could have the fresh chow main that was coming out she said yes it would be six mins I said fine as there was just about a cup full of dryed out left in the bowl.The customer behind me also chose to wait for the new chow main. I waited for about three mins not bad yea.I payed for the food sat out side to eat it.I open the food the rice and chicken tased fine. The chow man was dryed out and cold.She gave me the old one even thought the new one was in the glass container.and cooked.I went back in asked if she could please change the chow main out the rest was fine. She started to do it then I think it was the manager said no we have to throw the plate out and give you a new one and you need to pay the difference . I re explain what I wanted . To throw out the food was a waste of food and was not needed it was fine except for the noodles.. I just want to have a small thing of fresh noodles as these are old and cold the rest was fine she refused to do this.I went outside took the noodles of my plate and ate the rest what a waste.I am so upset not only did I wait and pay for fresh noodles I ate my plate with none.I love Panda Express. But who ever has been running it for the past 11 months or so its not the same.The food use to be great and every one was friendly and great customer service. Not anymore!The place has changed its not food they dont care about the customer anymore. I watch how they treat other customers as well it’s awful.Its ashame it Just horrible!!!!

This location always has something wrong with their food. One time the chicken was somehow stale and hard to chew so it was virtually inedible; this time the celery and onions in the chow mein both tasted and smelled pungent rendering them inedible, and the orange chicken was soggy. Ive never had a bad experience at Panda Express but this particular location has consistantly disappointed both me and the group I arrive with so I know its not just me. I reccommend the manager take a close look at how the food is being prepared because it is definitely dissimilar from every other location I have been to.

Staff are fast and pleasant, however the food is very salty, and most dishes are deep fried or battered so really most are not exactly healthy. However they did make wok shrimp or something like that where the shrimp was sautéed and not battered. That was the only dish that was good but they stopped making it and replaced it with battered chicken or something. Come on...will you listen to customers and bring back that hot wok shrimp dish at least.

While on our way back from Yosemite we stopped here for few mins and ordered two plates both containing chow mein. They were not having Chowmein at that time and they quickly prepared it. Initially we were very happy that we will get hot food. But the shock was about to come. When we opened the plates and started eating we realized that noodles were only half booked and very hard. I immediately went back to the store and complained. The lady there acted very normally and threw the upper portion of the noodle stack filled in some new noodles and gave it back. I said thank you and came back. Later when we came to the car, we realized that while chow mein was like that. We simply threw those plates and moved forward with our way back home. What a waste of time and money!

Got a notification my order was ready and it was not. I didnt even know you could walk inside! Right now theres about 20 people in there! Dont waste your time with the phone app. Just walk in and order but wear a mask. They just kicked a Karen and her 2 bratty teenage sons out. Fortunately there was a security guard there to help get them out of the building. They were even gonna give them masks, but Karen said NO and read the manager some bootsy rights that she made up. He does have the right to refuse service so she left with nothing all because she didnt want to wear a mask. Thats her problem. Eventually shell get the same treatment somewhere else. The manager Alonzo was working the front of a busy night tonight, and I was IN and OUT thanks to his ability to multitask. I was surprised to go from end of the line at the door, to front of line so fast. Was thoroughly impressed with his demeanor and efficiency at leading his team. For example, the freaking guy turned around to give orders to the cook, while I was saying my order, then when he turned back around he didn’t ask me to repeat my order. He ACTUALLY RETAINED WHAT I SAID WHEN I COULD HAVE SWORN HE’D NOT HEARD ME. amazing. He was so quick too. I ordered 4 plates with teryakie chicken and 3 of the four entries were charred. I noticed that most of the teryakie chicken pieces on display were over grilled and charred. I told the employee I dont want charred chicken but when we got the order, two of the plates had severly charred chicken so I went back and told the employee and she said so she pointed to the same patch of charred chicken on display and asked me which ones I like. I told her I just do not want charred chicken, so the shift manager jumped in and replaced is with chicken that is less charred, but he was not courteaus and gave weird Stares and did not even apologize for serving me over grilled chicken. I also asked the same employee that prepared my order to wipe our table because it was very dirty and she said she will do it but she went to wipe other tables and went to break. This is by far my worst customer service experience. No courtesy, no positive attitude, and serving over grilled food.

A large side by itself is 4-5 bucks they charged her 8.95 the price for a meal and she didnt notice. Using my card no surprise there ! Anyway last minute we decided to just eat it there and head over to mall for some shopping. While eating the food 1/2 way threw the meal. I happened to look at the ticket and noticed they charged me for a meal. I know this review is getting long. So basically after bringing this to the managers attention. They told me tuff luck and were giving me nothing, nor more chow main or partly my money back. And made me to feel embarrassed for even asking like I was some kind of scammer. So in conclusion. Avoid this place. Unbelievable treatment. Disgusting business practices and portions are skimpy anyway. Next time ill go to a real Chinese restaurant and help out a small business.
