Just placed an order there at 7:15 pm 11/1/23 through UberEats. The cashier and server told me they didn’t have the order. Then a few minutes later told me that a driver picked up the food already. My order was a pick up order. A driver should not have touched it. One of the managers came out to try to resolve the situation. He told me that he is basically giving away free food. Honestly I don’t care. I paid for my food. Someone else picked it up. That’s not my problem. I came to pick up the food that I paid for. Write it off as a loss at the end of the year. The only thing he needed to do was apologize and serve the food. After that he could have had a conversation with his team members on making sure that pick up orders are not being taken by delivery drivers. And again.. writing the food off as a loss at the end of the year.

FYI this is the small box. 6.5 dollars!!! I can’t even believe that’s my order. I ordered 2 small box! I can easily get more portions if I order just an 11 dollar plate!!! Such a ripoff.

The services have improved here, but some of your staff still need to be more courteous and considerate. Please cook your grilled teriyaki chicken completely well done until golden brown. Lots of times, they are not completely cooked, so they taste and smell raw. So gross! I have mentioned this before to your headquarters and it was fixed temporarily, but now it’s back to raw or semi raw grilled teriyaki chicken again. Could you please cook them until they are brown or charred? That would be nice.

Usually, their service is good, but today, it was really bad.I had to wait for about 20 minutes in line because they had too many online orders and people waiting for their food. When I finally got to order, they barely told the cook what I wanted.Things were made worse because the store was being inspected. A lot of the workers were too busy worrying about the inspection and not focusing on their jobs.

Consistently Panda. Orange chicken, Kung pow chicken. Both were very good. Staff was quick and friendly.Maybe they just missed it but no Fortune cookie? So sad. LolI will be back.

Horrible service and untrained staff behavior. A Hispanic lady misunderstood my order, she wasnt trying to say sorry instead of yelling at me and blame on me!!!!!. And she doesnt want to refund me from what she did wrong at all!!!!!! It was a take-out order, when I got home and opened the bag there were no chopsticks or a spoon. Im telling yall guys, do not go there!!!!!

The restraunt was clean and the staff was nice and personable. The food was hot and flavorful. My kids favorite food is orange chicken from Panda express and this location didnt let us down:)

I was impressed with this location. We were pulling up almost before closing and still the employees were kind and willing to make our order fresh. The only thing i would like to see is the super veggies be cut into smaller pieces. This is a corporate decision and not this location. I do not enjoy bitting into a huge tree size broccoli. This Panda is far better then other location not only in service but quality and taste of food. Ill be back!

I asked for sauce for my spring rolls and was told NO More. So I went to another restaurant in the shopping center. Horrible customer service. Glad not everyone treats customers like this.. They sure wanted my business during the pandemic but how soon they have to have forgotten. One star because the building was standing. Sure gave me attitude when I left. Oh well See Yah !!!
