Panda Express in Rancho Cucamonga

Stopped in for a late lunch 3:16 pm. Ordered bigger plate with honey sesame chicken. The chicken looked like it had been sitting for awhile but a few pieces looked ok. When i took my first bite the chicken was gooey and had no texture to it at all. Like mushy. I took it back up to the register and asked if i could get fresh chicken. The girl asked the cook if she could get fresh chicken and the manager Ming started yelling loudly NO. NO. NO. Im not making fresh. Nothing wrong with chicken. Then Ming started yelling loudly and making a scene from the kitchen MING YELLING AT MEDON’T COME BACK DON’T COME BACK you have done this before asking for fresh order because food not fresh.DON’T COME BACK. Ive eaten at this location for over 20 years regularly with my wife and 3 kids and cant rember returning food after it was served to me. I have asked in times past if the item doesnt look very good when Im placing my order at the counter toWait until they have a fresh batch to fill my order. and Ill wait whatever time that takes just to have a fresh order.THE RESPONSE MING HAD TODAY WAS COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE.YELLING AT A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS DON’T COME BACK ALL BECAUSE OF MUSHY OLD CLUMPED TOGETHER HONEY SESAME CHICKEN. BY THE WAY I TOOK OUT MY PHONE AFTER HE STARTED YELLING AT ME AND RECORDED THE WHOLE TANTRUM AND THE PLATE OF CLUMPED TOGETHER MUSHY CHICKEN. PANDA EXPRESS CORPORATE OFFICE ? The orange chicken that I had from this location is some of the best I ever had. It was clean and all the items was full. I’m coming back to see if it was fluke or their orange chicken that good.

We used the app to order for pickup. They gave us fried rice when we ordered chow mein. They didnt give us the sweet & sour sauce we ordered to go with our veggie spring rolls. There was no store # on our receipt to use in our complaint on the survey online.Super crowded in the location. No room to ck our our order.And they no longer have the Impossible Orange Chicken or Eggplant Tofu options that were our favorites.VERY DISAPPOINTED

I have been coming to your restaurant for years basically since it opened. Tonight one of my favorite employees was working Mamika, I went to talk to her but was interrupted by chef Ming... He proceeded to be as demeaning as a human could be to another human being who is my favorite part of your restaurant. Very disappointed with his behavior. By demeaning i mean making her feel like she wasnt doing her job correctly. She is the best in the business(Mamika) and she has seen all my kids grow up... And i enjoy talking to her for the quick min while she serves up the food. Chef Mings primative mindset of mistreating women is unacceptable. He needs to stick to cooking and stay off the line as he has NO customer service skills whatsoever.

I wanted to try the Sizzling shrimp that I saw on the TV ads. The shrimp was plump and moist. The chow main and the Super Greens were very good.

I love the food but this particular location, never again will I go back here. I ordered a Family Meal online. But on their online MENU they didn’t have Chicken Teriyaki. But when I got there, they had it. So I asked if my other order can be change to Chicken Teriyaki. At first, the Asian lady didn’t want it change. So I ask for the manager (I guess they didn’t have a manager that time). Then the Asian chef was yelling & shouting at me! I couldn’t even understand what he was saying. But finally, the Asian lady decided to exchange the other food to Teriyaki Chicken, then I left! Great food but their service sucks!

Ordered fried rice today 10/22/23It was bad usually it’s notIt was undercooked you could feel the crunch of the rice not cooked all the way and it was steamed instead of cooked their normal way. Very disappointed

With a limited staff the personnel try there hardest to accommodate the patrons . I had a bowl with chow mein and black pepper chicken. It was good but seems like I got more onions and peppers then chicken.🤷🏻‍♂️ lol all good the gentlemen “Steven F” was very nice and helpful. Went to the walking refrigerator and got me a Cold Bottle Water 👍😊will definitely come back.

Really stingy on the portions. Got broccoli and beef and it was two pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of beef. They put no sauce on my teriyaki chicken. Spent $60 for my family and it was clear that they want to leave everyone hungry. Tasted fine. I will go back to our local small business Chinese place.
