Panda Express is one of the best options to eat when you’re working or doing errands and you have no time to go home or simply, you’re tired and want to eat ASAP! Always fresh food, good options and it doesn’t hurt your pocket. This location is one of my favorites. All the staff member are very friendly and service is great!

Very nice food. Vegetarian food was bland. The chow mein and fried rice were great. Springs rolls were not much oily if you’re diet conscious. Overall came in hungry and left happy and full. Polite staff explained me some of their items as I was a first timer.

We ordered a family meal with Black Pepper Angus Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Eggplant Tofu, Fried Rice and White Rice. No probleem with the taste. Timing is great. But the shrimp is just half box, Egg plant and tofu came with 1/3 sauce. Angus Beef is also 1/3 full. Something was wrong.

Mushroom chicken is best overall that kids can eat. Orange chicken is hot or miss, but even if really good, not so good the next day. Kung Pao Chicken is good too. Their new apple egg roll isnt that good.

Get Chinese food fast, with a decent selection served cafeteria style. Order and pickup at the counter, where you can see all of the dishes displayed. Once youve got your order, theres a small dining area, or everythings already packed for takeout.

Ordering ahead is easy with the app. Food was a few minutes later than the estimated time, but they were very busy in the evening. The Beyond Orange Chicken is very good, though portions (for everything) are small for the price. It would be great if the app had a rewards system or special offers.

The people working when I went were SO quick and did a great job with the food I got. I appreciated that they valued speed and finished up my order faster than other Panda Expresses I’ve been to. While I was there, the employees were also talking to each other and having fun while working. I always like it when employees seem like they like each other :) definitely good vibes all around

Staff was loud and cursing, one of the people cooking the food kept touching his hair and looking at his phone without washing his hands afterward. And all of them seemed to have an attitude with whoever walked in.We were waiting first for orange chicken but cashier bagged and checked someone else out first that also had orange chicken before serving us first. Sanitizer bucket was out on the counter next to the utensils. Not very clean or friendly.

Ordered delivery. Requested 1 Large Orange chicken for $12.50, one medium Orange chicken for $9.00, and a small fried rice. With tax, plus delivery and tip, the bill was over $40.00. What we actually received was 3 small containers and absolutely no refund of the extra $s they charged for the medium and large orange chicken. I tried calling the location store 3 times over that night and the next day with no response. No one even picked up the phone. I believe this would actually be considered fraud in many areas. Not happy here at all!

Another bad experience :(Look at related photoUsually when I order a family meal or a la carte large entree, the boxes are so full they can barely close. This time they were only 2/3 full :( I mainly order from here because of the amount of food you get for the price....but if you are going to reduce the amount of food and still charge more.....at least make that apparent when ordering.

Very poor customer service, never coming back to this panda express ever again. Employees were rude, indifferent towards customer needs. Food was left on the counter until I went ahead and asked for the order to be given. Trainee employee was so rude, she didnt give the sauces with food and when asked for an empty to-go box, I was told I have to pay for it. I have never had such experience at panda express before or any other fast food chain restaurants. Dont go there if you dont want to spoil your good day.

This place is always busy and it is because their food is cooked fresh.The staff are friendly and assist you the best way they can. Work with them and they will work with you.On a few occasions when Ive gotten the honey sesame chicken or the wok seared steak and shrimp they were both really salty. I usually would be able to taste the sweetness in the honey sesame but it was like eating salt. My order was for pickup and I did not have the energy to drive back to get a refund.Their food is 90% off the chart when we eat here, so that is why I am rating this location with 4 stars. Otherwise, I will continue to eat here when the family wants Panda Express 🥡.

We ordered a family meal for the family. First thing I would like to say the food was good but I dont think they have figured out how to get the food to the customer. There was no one to take care of the online orders in a efficient way. Oh well at least the food was good! I do like ordering online though. It was the best Panda Express restaurant Ive ever tried (I always recommended this place to my friends) but its not any more. I was there 2 times this year and uncountable time previous years. Starting this year they rise the prices, which is fine during inflation but at the same time, the amount of food that is put in boxes is reduced by 1/3 or even more. They reduced not only entries, even rice and chow mei are reduced a lot. I hope this comment will be heard and this particular restaurant will come back to serving food amount of food, like it was in the past.

Ordered food through app and when I got there my food wasn’t ready. I asked the woman at the front and she said my order had not printed yet so it wasn’t made Told her I placed my order at 10 and it was now 12:45 so it should have printed. Said I had to wait for the machine to print order for them to make it. She served 8 people through the line and I asked where my food was and she said they were waiting for the printer. Finally this guy came up and looks up my order and gave it to me. Said that someone probably took my order by accident. Waited there almost 25 minutes. I will never go back

This panda location was a bit less fresh, crisp, meaty even somehow than any of the other panda expresses, at least in my experiences eating at the different locations my wife and I have come across driving to and from several different parts of northern, central california and also along the coast line regularly. Honestly just felt like it was sitting for a long time. Possibly left over from the day before ...maybe? I cant say for certain of course just sharing what was going through our heads at the time and nothing more. Might have been an off day and not the norm at all ? These things can happen anywhere.

My advice is to basically never order from here if possible. Other locations know how to handle online orders and their to go is smooth and the line moves. I ordered my food today and waited 15 mins, was told 5 more mins, waited 15 mins, was told 3 more minutes. Ive been waiting 10 minutes past that now and I still dont have my food at this point. Its been this way the last three times I came in, this time warrants a review. Customer service just isnt there. Id rather go anywhere else at this point. Six employees working and five of us waiting for our food with no end in sight.

They seriously need to reconsider their order ahead option. I ordered ahead and set a pick up time but still had to wait outside the store for 45 minutes until my name was finally called. Its a problem with the ordering system. If there are too many orders ahead of yours then it shouldnt let you order. After they dished 2 of my items, they had to set the plate aside for 10 minutes longer because they had to cook more of my final item and I only ordered 1 plate. Huge lack of communication among Panda employees. They do not understand simple english. Major culture clash. After they corrected my screwed up my order, they then gave it to the guy in front of me, who grabbed it and walked out the door. The Vietnamese woman and the Latina began to argue in a broken Vietnamese/Spanish/English language salad that was totally disconcerted. The Vietnamese woman at the register was extremely rude to her co-workers and me. I brought my parents there for their first time and I was embarrassed. I know they were disappointed, as I was too.Fortunately, the food and the serving portions and price were very good.I will return, but I doubt my parents ever will.

I wish the ratings would reset every year so that people could have a fresh perspective when looking at the ratings.I dont know why or how but my original review got deleted, probably by the request of Panda.Since the last 2 years, management has changed in the place, staff has changed almost entirely, it is a totally different place now, for the worse.The infuriating part to me at least, the serving portions are awfully small now !!! They redesigned the serving plate so the entrees are half the original size. 3 years ago, I would order a plate of 2 entrees and 1 side, and left satisfied. Summary: Basic Americanized Chinese fast food delivered with ultimate efficiency. Ive been coming to this location for a couple of years. Usually the wait is short, sometimes it gets crazy busy, but the staff do a good job of keeping the line going. Some of the staff have been here for years. The dishes are always fresh and the cooks do a great job of having fresh batches ready just in time. All in all, its a good deal, whether you pick the healthy dishes or go with carbs and fried stuff. But please, Panda Express, get rid of the Super Greens steamed vegetables and go back to the old steamed vegetable recipe. The Super Greens are nasty because everything in it tastes like kale. Ecch.

This place is actually pretty special even though it doesnt look like it from the outside. Do you want to know why its special? The portion size they really give a huge one as compared to Panda Express in the malls. As for cleaning this is pretty standard nothing out of the ordinary. This place has been my first choice whenever Im craving American Chinese food. And another thing is heres a secret thing that you can actually do: when you order go karts you can actually Order noodles and broccoli, instead of the usual chow mein and fried rice. I wasnt going to post this but Im just so grossed out. I went in like at 1:30 pm and ordered chowmein, tofu, and Beijing beef. I found 3 hairs in my beef and I called to complain but no one answered the phone. I ended up throwing all that beef away and I just got home from work so tired and hungry and microwaved the chowmein and I found another long black hair!! My hair is short and dyed blonde so it could NOT have been mine. I should have just walked outside and threw my money in the dumpster because I didnt even finish the food and it went to waste except for the tofu. Very bad experience today, the fried rice was very hard and also my chomin dish is not full, I waited more than 17 minutes for chomin because they didnt have it ready, they told me to wait and when the chomin was finally ready they gave it to new customers who had barely entered while I kept waiting, when I asked about my chomin they just ignored me very rudely.
