I went in to eat lunch and it was busy and had a line of about 6-8 people so I waited to order my food and figured it was going to be good and hot. But to my surprise it was ok and cold and it wasnt like I took my food somewhere no I sat down and ate I wouldve walked up and said something but like I said they were busy and I didnt have all day to wait I needed to go back to work oh and besides that the soda machine didnt taste right like the mix was off or something and they were out of medium cup lids.

Horrible service!!! Arrived 25 minutes before closing and I was told that I could only choose the 2 things items and white rice that was already made. They would not make the food fresh like they usually do because they didn’t want to make food and have it be left over. In the short time that I was in the store 3 didn’t families showed up and were also refused fresh food. The Manager Jimmy Santiago said it costs him too much money if anything is left over. I have been eating at Panda because it’s my favorite and they always offer to make an order at all locations if they are out. Today is by far the worst experience that I have ever had. The manager said it’s up to him and he doesn’t care what I thought because they want to go home also. To make things even worse I told the manager that I would eat whatever another family wanted just so it wouldn’t go to waste but he still refused…

Manager Karen is completely incompetent. Asked for one thing gave me another and not what I wanted, then was slow and everything took way too long and was rude. Even charged me extra for donations without asking which I didnt want to mention because it was awkward for me and she was already rude. Would never come back to this particular location.

Too much noise from cooking of food .they get your order wrongTalking so fast that you cant hear them.the size portion of your 3rd entree goes in a chinese box that is 1/3 the size of a Normal traditionalChinese take out box.so you pay for 3 entrees and you get 2 and 1/3Or they forget to put it in your bag

Got there at 12noon and they have no prepared refill for chowmein- was asked to wait for 10 mins and we waited…. But the chowmein was not cooked properly… it was not good at all… also broccoli was not also cooked well ( staff gave little of the food) 1 piece beef and all broccolli.! Omg! Will consider very hard before going back to this panda express!

The reasons I give for my rating are simple. When you have positions for 20 dishes on your menu, but you only have 6 items prepared, at noon, and the rest of the menu items are unused bowls, you are controlling the menu and limiting your customers choices. These employees were more than happy to have us wait almost 8 minutes to prepare a single item. We had limited time to eat lunch, so we ended up taking a choice that was not our favorite, so that we could enjoy eating the food before we went back to work. Apologies are meaningless when it is clear that you havent prepared the items shown on your menu and making customers WAIT is UNACCEPTABLE!

So I ask for a plate, and they barely gave me any fried rice, like literally half if I ordered a bowl.i tried to say something and they just looked at me.i order the kids meal for my daughter and they dont give me her side. I ask for it and they say theyre out of it. They were going to have me leave without even letting me know Im paying for less. You cant seriously be that stingy for a 10 dollar plate and serve half a scoop of rice ND then avoid giving my daughter her side and pay full price. Very unethical practice here

Miss Fatima has a problem right when i came in she was giving me ugly looks look mam i dont know you just here to get my food she greets everyone else nicely and when I its my turn to order she start ignoring me I am calmly waiting patiently and starts talking to me all rude for no reason so I just paid even thow she messed up my order gave me something I didnt want but I just didnt say anything being shocked how she can be working for panda company all the other girls where sweet shouldnt be having people like Fatima to be working for your company neeed to show better roll better customer service sad to say I wouldnt want there service again

Its Panda Express. You pretty much know that youre going to get pretty good, not amazing food, at a pretty good price. Place is always clean and the staff is always nice. If you want great Chinese food, this is not what youre looking for. If you want pretty good Chinese that wont break the bank, come here.

Ive noticed lately the texture of the food has changed and when you order a certain dish there is another type of food mixed in there. There fried rice has changed and when you receive your order the food is not hot. Put it this way, the quality of the food has gone down the drain. I purchased a big of the fried noodles that had expired two years prior and I showed the supervisor immediately. They pulled the expired bags immediately.

Was there last night, just another typical Panda in taste. Was a little disappointed they were short on a couple main dishes, like chow mein especially with the Dinner rush just barely starting. Hence the lost star, but I came to review simply because of one employee who was on point, was handling things smoothly and with a smile on her face. Even though the place was packed, the food was backed up she kept a smile on and powered through. Kudos to Fatima.

The staff here is very friendly and fast. Even when theres a line out the door, it takes less than 10 minutes to get your food. Its often quite fresh, too.

Food is always really good. It is usually made fast, but I am taking off a star because of the long wait I experienced last time I was here. I was told we would wait about 5 minutes for our food to be made, but ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes.

COVID update: they have tables set up outside on the sidewalk and a partitioned part of the street.Pastas are still good though no specials of the day anymore (understandable).Got a mai tai and mojito, both of which were good. Not a huge fan of the fries but thats just a personal preference (they were the thick cut and I prefer thin).

I order through the app. Order teriyaki chicken but they didn’t give me teriyaki sauce. How tf… bring your brains to work! Chow me in is really dry and tastes old. Got to make sure to order from a different panda out here.

Very slow meal prep line. Long gaps of time in bringing completed orders to the pick-up door. The bowls we ordered were really full of rice or noodles, with a thin layer of the entree on top.

Went there an hour before closing and they barely had anything but that’s not why I’m giving it two stars. I drove all the way to my destination and was going to eat in my car cause I’m not near my home. And there was no fork or napkins in the bag. I went there for lunch and I needed salt. I asked the employee for salt, she said we dont have salt and I asked very politely how come, you are a restaurant I think you should have some salt. She replied very rudely, “I told you we dont have salt,” and then I walked back to my seat to see her laughing at me and repeating her rudeness to their other employee, in which they were both laughing at me. Her name was Odalisa and she was the manager. She is very rude with no manners. I surely wouldn’t come back again.

Panda is another restaurant who prices are just going up and up everytime I stop in. To get just.a bowl which has one main dish and a side its close to 8 bucks after tax. Then they have the nerve to ask for you to round up the change or donate an extra dollar to childrens hospitals. Since your restaurant is getting more money while giving less food, maybe take a dollar from the meal I purchased and donate that to help sick children. Sound like you are in a better spot to toss money to other peoples kids than I am.

I wish the portion sizes were bigger, but the food is great nonetheless. Its actually worth it if you use your receipt to get a free entree from a survey. I recommend the Honey Walnut Shrimp, thats worth the price!

Food is good, staff is friendly. Slow service. They take a lot of online orders and that delay the line of people that go to eat or buy the food there. They have at the most two registers, so that doesnt help.

Food tastes great, small portions compared to other Chinese places and its hit and miss, sometimes the portions are even smaller than small, sometimes you get all veggies and one little piece of meat. But its convenient and close by so we continue to visit.

Not all pandas are made the same. This one constantly has issues with their food. Soggy noodles, bad orange chicken, not enough food available. I tend to avoid this one and go to the other Pandas nearby

They discriminate against people, in the time I was there, look, they dont offer tests of the dishes to which we look like Latinos, they didnt even offer me to try any dishes. There was an oriental man before me and they offered him to try several dishes and when my turn came they only asked me what I was going to bring without offering me to try any dish. Even when people come in and look at each other from other races, they even yell WELCOMEEEEE and they dont even take us into account, they just come up to ask what were going to take. In these very modern times it is not possible for the difference between races to continue to exist, we are all human beings!!!!!....

Constante mind visited this food place (🐼) and I liked it because today 7/2/2020 at 3:15 pm I ordered my food as usual and the employees who serve the convenience have a super ugly attitude I think they are new since I never I had seen that lady serving and apart when I began to eat my food an unpleasant surprise in the food I ordered chicken with mushrooms and they gave me pure skin from the same chicken they looked like archers when I told them what was happening I did not receive an apology on the contrary I told them I apologized to see if they would say something and the woman who served me at the beginning changed my plate for another serving the food with a lot of anger I thought I would not return to this place anymore if the people in that place dont like their work I think It shouldnt be there, really bad, very bad and uncomfortable, the attitude of that person
