Their food is perfect and spot on. I just don’t like paying fifty four cents for a drink refill. Seems like they’re price gouging.

The cook here did not know what he was doing. Poorly trained. Food was disgusting. Stay away. You will regret eating here. If you see a young blonde boy, do not order. He cant cook. Using wrong sauces on everything.

Came here to grab a quick bite but the attitude of these two girls that work here is terrible! No customer service at all very rude and just wanted to check me out without finishing my order! Stoopid! I’m not coming back to this location and I do t recommend it

Panda express has always been the same no matter what fast food chain restaurant you have been to. And this one is no different. They always have food prepared and will have your food prepared instantly. I am not necessarily a fan of panda express But I have tried it at this location and its great

The Valencia Town Center location is awesome! Arturo took my order and I fed all my employees with complete satisfaction. Everything was perfect and he treated me with respect. I will order from them again as long as Arturo is there :)

Gone those Panda Express way. This location serves dry food as a cardboard. Chow mien is like eating straws. The serving is small and charge you arm and a leg and the service is slower than a molasses. Wow how this business still going on?

It was yesterday and I don’t know what was her name but the service was the worst of worst. She was very rude and chill-faced attitude to me and when I tried to grab the bowl one and she didn’t really give the enough amount of the meal. Panda express has awesome flavors as always but I was totally disgraced with the attitude in this mall. Never to go for.

Food was old and nasty I asked them if they could make me some fresh food and they told me that all their Items were totally fresh I’m not coming to this place anymore they don’t have good customer service.

This food is terrible Im a big fan of panda Express and Im always expecting good customer service and fresh food at all times, I make donations every time I go to any panda Express and this place didnt even said thank you then I sat the table and my food was nasty I wouldnt recommend this panda Express dont waste your money here.

Went to the valencia mall to eat at panda express after a day of alittle shopping very dissatisfied with the amount of food i get for the price of $22 we asked for double orange chicken and we saw her only give us one scoop also got my second plate wrong three times

Im a big panda express fan, but this one right here was terrible, very bad service and the food is not good at all, food looked like it was sitting for the whole day, not fresh like it is at every other panda Express.

My family and i went in to buy some food and the lady that was serving the food she said Oh you sure got some big eaters and started laughingThat got me mad because my family is not fat just because I have a lot of kid it doesnt mean she needed to a rude comment like that.
