I’ve been coming here for years now and they never disappoint. The place is super clean including the restrooms. The staff is super friendly. I have tried every single item on their menu and everything has been delicious. It’s hard for me to pick one item because everything is so good. Will definitely keep coming back.

Worst customer service at this location, the girl serving our bowls was very rude around 7:30 plus she under portion our chow mien then ignored us when we asked a question, then when we were paying for our food the cashier Devin was also extremely rude when we asked for some sauce packages with a remark that they cost the company 4 cents a packet like who treats customers like there not wanted there ? Come Panda Express do better 🤦‍♂️

Hard to beat for Chinese fast food. Cub meals for younger or smaller appetites to the Bigger Plate and Family Meal for those who come hungry. Really like the veggie spring rolls and steamed vegetables. Lots to enjoy here!

In the past this place gave me a discount on hot food already cooked after 9 pm. I came in and asked if that was the case today. They said yes. Then at checkout they didnt want to honor it. Even though I waited until 9 to order, the woman wanted to power trip and not give me the discount. She wanted it to be from 9:15 to 9:30. Terrible customer service just blatantly lying to my face. Eat somewhere else.

Always missing items. I go there twice a week. 1045 am maybe too early and food is not ready because they barely opened. Maybe have more items available for lunch time instead of waiting there for a long time. The staff is always friendly and helpful but I rather have the food ready.

Panda In Clovis, CA has the best Chinese-American Food around! I’ve NEVER had to wait more than 7 minutes and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. HOWEVER!!!....They DO NOT close at 9:30 as it says online. They DO NOT close at the time specified on the sign on the door. They START closing around an hour before those times. They begin mopping, phasing out entrees so all pans can be washed, they start carrying out the trash and rope off the areas as they clean then as not to be soiled again by we patrons. Want Orange Chicken and Chow Mein at 8:55? Good Luck! If they’re out they’re NOT GOING TO COOK SOME FOR YOU! Nope. That pan has been washed, dried and put up and won’t be dirtied again til the next day. They move what food is left at about 8:45 to the front and you’re told “This is it. This is what’s left to choose from.” Want some Walnut Shrimp & Super Greens at 9:00 pm? Well TOO BAD!! You get one egg roll, 1/2 and order of fried rice & 1/2 an order of chow mein and some mushroom chicken! I’ve contacted the corporate office several times and get their sympathies and a promise to contact the owner or franchisee or who ever. If they’re going to shut down menu items and start mopping where the customers stand, it’s time to start closing at 9:00!! But something tells me this nonsense would start around 8:15!

Apparently this location starts its closing duties 2 hours before they close. Less than 1/3 of menu items prepared by 8:15pm. Out of white rice for the evening and the fried rice had nothing added to it except eggs. They were actively cleaning and scrubbing the floors around the registers and what food was prepared. I watched more people walk in and leave than stay and order. All due to lack food available.

Panda is the fast food of Chinese. The chow mein is dry and the fried rice is a bit flavorless. The entrees arent too horrible but lack any sort of speciality. Are you in a hurry and want that corporate feel to youre atmosphere? Panda is for you.

I ordered delivery and upon checkout got charged a bunch of hidden fees that were not shown properly before being charged. The delivery charge shown on Google is also not what they charged for delivery. Im sure the food tastes fine, its panda express, but the lack of transparency and hidden fees is an extremely unscrupulous bussiness practice. Hence the low rating

Slow staff, staff standing around talking while customers are waiting... Cashier started working on putting together the customers food behind me, and then asked if it was mine. No communication between staff.. my food was packed in the 2-entree plate within 1 minute, but it took a few minutes for anybody to even recognize that I was waiting to pay... Then as I finally got any attention, a Uber-eats driver came in requesting his order, and I got ignored once again. No apologies, the employees seemed to just want me out of there. Never coming back.

When I arrived at Panda Express there wasnt any of the main food entrees made and no one was cooking. Eventually when I ordered I had to wait for my food and they held my food alonf with the kids food. I wasnt the only one waiting on food entrees to be cooked. There were 6 people waiting and others who did show up were walking away. Finally they didnt offer any cookies for the kids meals which I forgot came with the meal till I was gone, and I had to ask to get the kids drink cups but when I asked for the cups the cashier didnt seem to understand and charged me for a regular size cup. Overall I will make an effort not to visit this Panda Express. This is my second time with bad customer service with the Panda Express at Ashlan and Fowler.

I am not satisfied with this experience. I came in as third customer. They need to work on their teamwork and assemble line. They started writing down on to go containers with numbers and your name. Not putting food in and set it aside, then take everyone’s order. (There were plenty of food). I never felt this rushed to order and pay it first. I watched them as they took everyone’s order and all those to go plate piled up. Then finally putting food in them. They handed my plate to someone else without checking the name on it. Finally they realized they lost my plate and had to create another one.
