Panda Express in Lancaster

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME HERE AS I ENTERED I GOT A VERY NICE WELCOME FROM ALL THE STAFF MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS AT HOME 🏡 THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE THANK YOU TO LUCERO THAT TOOK MY ORDER AND FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND THANK YOU TO THE STAFF IN THE BACK COOKING ALL THE DELICIOUS FOOD 👍🏻👍🏻

I usually buy food at this restaurant but today, I feel really disappointed because I order (in person) some angus steak and they have to cook a new one because the display food looks like old. I wait for 5 minutes aprox. When I arrived at home and check the food I found only 2 1/2 pieces of meat on it. I think that is unfear because if we order that meat we have to pay $1.25 extra. I understand that meat go with some vegetables but is unfair found only 2 pieces. Very disappointing!!😔😔😔

A lady gave me a kids club coupon for a free kids meal bi ordered chow mein with Kung Pao chicken before the restaurant closed.

No hot food. waited over 20 minutes to get the wrong order. Last time going to this location.

Its panda. This location is nominal. They have average panda service. No complaints other than that the coke zero always tastes extremely weird. The store has a few tables, and outside dining area. Service was ok.

Over cooked firebreast chicken or it sat in the warmer too long. Other than that the rice and noodles were satisfactory. Too many items on the menu are too spicy.

Great customer service. We stopped by for dinner before a two hour drive back home. It was 6 of us and we needed to use the bathroom. The young lady had just finished cleaning the bathroom and said it was closed but would let us use it. Small gesture but great impact.
