Yahi the manager at South Gate had my family and I wait for 15 minutes in the line because she was doing all the online orders until my husband told her what time was she thinking of attending us.Karen cashier horrible attitude and was following along with manager and on top of that I had a discount on the app and did not take it. Hopefully their boss reads this and takes some action for it.

Rice is super hard. They literally gave me just 4 and 1/2 pieces of the honey walnut shrimp. I specifically get a small side order to get at least 1 or 2 extra pieces than when I order a bowl/plate. They literally filled the box with a bunch of walnuts and one of the shrimp was broken and incomplete.I literally go to different panda express throughout all of LA County and this is the first time I was shocked they did this.

They are very stingy when it comes to there orders in my plate they barely put food for my two options as you can see in the picture there is still enough room for more food, also you always have to ask for napkins and sauce since they NEVER offer or give any.

Did an online order, when I went to pick up! I stood in line followed all the guidelines, then one of the people who worked there on Saturday 4/4/20 around 1:40 pm. Was rude and told me to get out I understand, I had a question about pick up that’s why I entered But told be a couple times please leave the restaurant. Now secondly when I got my order I went to my car to check my order and decided to call because it looked like some items were missing, this was my first time ordering the family meal! Instead of going back I decided to call and someone by the name of Juan or John answered and I had a question about the family meal since this was my first time ordering, making sure they didn’t miss anything! And he first sounded rude when he picked up and then when I asked me I think I’m missing a few items, he just told me no family meal is only come with 5 orders! And I told him oh okay but on the receipt it said differently and he hanged up! I didn’t bother wasting my time calling back! I’m shocked that they just hanged up like that! I work for customer service! And it’s not an easy job but still you have to try to be courteous. That’s all I’m going to say won’t order from Panda Express South Gate anymore!

Ordered online, and restaurant only made half of the items ordered and driver still had to pick up the missing items on his own time/behalf. Workers also rudely blamed the driver when he did, though it was clearly their faults as ALL items ordered were incorrect though the receipt clearly stated the order was for me and what the items were. Horrible service, terrible quality and they should not keep managing such low quality service and expecting great results. TL;DR: Stay away from here;

I hate o leave this message but i have to be honest. Now, the effort for the work they do is acknowledge but i noticed a lot of fooling around and joking around in the back. The chou main was hard and undercooked as well as the rice. Its not healthy to eat undercooked food. I ate half of it because I was hungry but my mother left the whole plate. She was disappointed and we spent more than 20 dollars. It sucked and they had a terrible attitude .

Extremely slow service. The managers teach the employees how to properly give little portions. You can actually see them counting the shrimp. I dont understand how you pay for premium meat and get less. The only reason I frequent them is because I work next door. If I could post this every time they would have 100 one stars. Same thing every visit. Then at the end they ask if you want to donate. Hell no. Maybe when I get the rest of the food I paid for.

These guys made my moms experience horrible. They charged her for x2 serving she waited 10/15 minutes only to find out they only served her 1 serving of her chicken. When she asked for the remaining serving which was already payed for they told her to wait another 10/15 minutes. They failed to resolve the issue at the moment

I eat at Panda Express like 2 times a week. I really like the food here and the staff at this location is very nice. The lines are super long some times. So that gives it a four star rating. The food is super good tho so try it out!

Came into the restaurant without my debit card wondering if I could use Apple Pay. The food was ready for sale and for some reason my Apple Pay wasnt functioning like it normally does so it kept declining. After a while, the cashier Edith payed for my meal in which I met with great appreciation. However, I felt indebted to her after paying for my meal so I handed her the little cash I had in my wallet as a token of my appreciation. Im not sure if accepting tipping is against Panda Express Policy, but this is a very special case scenario in which the reward is rightfully deserved. After all The Customer Is Always Right

Used to come here all the time pre-covid and staff wasnt ever friendly but they werent rude. Went today after months and it seems everyone is extremely rude. There are no instructions posted anywhere and its really hard to see through the glass if theres people inside so when i tried entering i was rudely told to stay outside. I finally order and the girl taking my order was also rude and sends me back out to their other door for pickup. Great. I go to the other door and as soon as I open it they tell me to stay outside. No other instructions. How am I supposed to get my food or know its ready as i wait outside? I stay outside and a girl talks thru a radio that I guess is supposed to be loud enough to hear from outside. I get my food and leave. Id been coming here for years and this was my first time going since covid. Will not be returning again.

Slow service. Very unpleasant. At first it was nice..but on my third visit.it was awful.Half the items were missing. There was no cook but girls standing over the cook area with the so called..Im not going to cook face..I asked when is it getting filled.and they had a fuchi face..they said 7 mins..I waited..nothing..nothing was cooking..not until the guys arrived and THEY started cooking..how poor customer service. girls if you cant take the heat, stay AWAY from the kitchen. I wont be coming back and im sure telling everyone to STAY AWAY. After all it looks like they dont like money, so Ill take my money elsewhere..

Its alright you cant go wrong with the usual orange chicken with chowmein and fried rice or steam rice. The quickest way to satisfy your chinese food craving is here. The food is pretty good but they ALWAYS SKIMP out on how much they put. Which isnt fair for its price that I pay for they need to fix that

I thought it was just me who had bad experiences in that place, I have had 3 bad experiences, the staff is very bitter, they also get upset if you want to go into the bathroom to wash your hands, they take a long time to serve, there is never enough food, you always have to wait for it. They prepare it, if you ask them for teriyaki for your chicken they get upset, the chicken is supposed to have teriyaki sauce if not it was just roasted chicken and if you ask them they get angry and give you everything reluctantly definitely very bad service never returned to that horrible place I didnt even think I was going to order on credit or gifted 🤬
