Panda express is generally one of my favorite fast food chains and I dont think Ive ever left a negative review at one.But I came in this location during a busy time (7:15PM). The staff was trying to get people through, at the expense of giving the smallest portions Ive seen before at any location.Notice my premium entree is about half of the tiny cup and I didnt eat a single piece of food before taking the picture.

Went here on a vacation night. The service was good but the portion was small. Wish they would fill up the pale and I was able to get more chili sauce. I ordered a 3 entree and a side of chow mein was wanting a bunch of chili sauce. But the worker was scared to give me some because of the manager. Wish there was no limitation to the sauces requested. But the food was good and fresh. Would highly recommend this place!!!!

My very first time at this location. I asked if I could sample one of the meats to see how spicy it would be and I was told no. So I left I dont know who came up with that policy, but they just lost a potential customer.

Stupid,useless, shameless place as well as Bianca employee!!!! Never ever again I will go to ANY Panda Express!!!Place my order online at 9:37 pm and I got my order at 10:04 while I scheduled to be picked up at 9:55 pm !!!! And what the tell me ? That is not they fault as they received the order at 9:47 !!! How is that my problem that your system works that slow ???? I’ve waited without saying anything, but when I came home and found out that after all this waiting they still miss my fried rice !!! I was furious, because in my books it’s unacceptable to do a business like that !!!! Screw you #PandaExpress !!! You can keep your NEXT FREE PLATE to yourself as my kid was so upset and stressed that there is nothing you can do to compensate that !!!!

If youre paying cash do not go there I spent over $50 they did not have change for $100 bill made me go to the Starbucks Starbucks did not have change either drove me crazy plus the portions of food that they serve compared to Mom and Pops they suck I could understand if they were putting it on a scale but no they serve you as they please

Kids love panda express. Google maps says this location is open until 9. Wer arrived at 8:32 and everything was locked. Staff was unbelievably rude as of they owned the place and didnt need the revenue. In the drive through they offered the nasty leftovers when policy used to be that they needed to make a fresh batch. Panda Express locations are not franchises - all locations are owned by the same family. Shocking that they cant ensure the business hours arent accurate online. Im guessing that Andrew and Peggy Cherng have checked out and dont care about the business. There are plenty of local Chinese places that offer far better service and value. Such a shame and loss of face.

Ordered the red bell pepper/broccoli/beef and the side order of greens. It took about 15 minutes for new greens to be made. Both orders put in one bowl, totalling 3 broccoli sticks, 3 cabbage leaves, 6 pieces of beef and lots of sauce. The free entre is not for individual orders like mine. It cost about $12.

Had a line but not a bad wait. I asked if they would have more the sesame chicken she said yes and gave only what was left in the bowl, not much.Had coupon for one free bowl and cashier forgot to take one off. Then we were offered to take it as a store credit or save the coupon for next time. We decided to save the coupon, not sure if we will go back to this one on old road as the one at Bouquet seems to have better quality.

The WORST customer service I have ever received. When she asked what I wanted, as I answered, she walked away to go do another task. I asked how the honey sesame chicken was, and she ignored me and proceeded to plate it. The lady at the cashier didnt let me buy a large cup for water, even when I specifically told her I was fine with paying the whole price. She gave me 2 palm-sized cups with more ice than water. Overall, wouldnt recommend anyone to come here if you are easily set off by bad customer service.

Worst Panda Express, when it comes to customer service. They had a line going of 7 people and only one employee working the line. Manager was in the back prepping items, but if there is a line i dont think that it would hurt to stop and go help with the line. The two cooks made sure everything was stocked up for the line and then they went to the back to relax and talk to the manager.

As if standing in line with a face mask isnt bad enough already (I know). My order consisted of steamed rice, orange chicken and mushroom chicken. Big disappointment when you cant see what is being put in your to go tray. Rice was not fully cooked, Orange chicken was horrible about 8 pics all small and hard and 4 were only breading no chicken inside and the mushroom chicken (where are the mushrooms). Felt like I got a kids meal or they are talking advantage of the current situation and not giving the portions they normally give. Ive been to other pandas before all this happened and have always ordered the same entree. I guess I will skip panda takeout until covid19 ends. By the way. I went to a mom and pop Chinese takeout the next day and ordered the same entree and it was way more delicious than pandas. So long panda. I found a new place.

So they close at 10, but I was told at 9:20 they close within 10 mins which explained why the employees were cleaning early and taking out the trash while Im trying to eat my food. Around 9:45 I couldnt go back inside for a refill either due to the doors locked. Cleaning when its getting close to close is understandable and fine, but locking the doors isnt.

One of the better Panda Express locations. Friendly staff. Excellent food. Clean facility. I only wish parking was better. There was an informal and impromptu car club taking up half the parking lot with a bunch of vehicles and pedestrians cruising and vaping like chimneys.

They stopped serving customers at 8 pm saying they were out of food whereas if online orders are placed, they are taking up the orders. the closing time for the store is 9pm.I was denied service when I tried to place an order in store saying they were out of food but when i placed an order immediately through the app, my order went through and they got the food ready.I had placed an order for a plate with two entree and a single bowl. i tendered my feedback coupon to them in order to get an entree free since I have a plate with two entree in my order. the women that preparerd my order argued with me saying that the free entree was for three entree plate and not for a two entree plate. the bill clearly states receive a free entree item with purchase of a two entree plate).i kept showing her the bill and she kept denying what i say. seriously dissapointed. would never visit the store again.

Panda is a chain and overall they keep the same quality throughout their locations. The only thing that really differs is the staff and the one hear is ok. Theyre friendly but they do make mistakes that might annoy some people. My experience was them forgetting to put teriyaki sauce after I specifically told them. It wasnt that big of deal but if it happened to someone who was in a rush and left right after then they would be leaving with no sauce and that to me is tragic. (The store was also not packed nor near closing time)

Probably the worse Panda Express meal my husband and I have ever had. The veggies in my Honey Sesame Chicken were completely shriveled up. Guess I should have known to not get the last of it. My husband always gets steamed rice and usually has no problem but his steamed rice was really really dry. This will be the last time we ever stop at this location.

I was there Saturday night around 8:45PM and had the nicest and most top notch guy making my plate! I love the chow mein, but not a big fan on the veggies, and this guy made it a point to try and literally shake out all the veggies! This guy was the MVP of my day! One of the better Panda Express locations Ive found. Always nice and clean with staff who generally is on top of things. One thing Ive noticed is that they do tend to run out of entrees quite frequently, so it could be luck of the draw as to what you want to get unless you want to wait for them to make more... Also, Six Flags employees get 10% off which is nice, just show your badge.

Gave up on panda Express. The only reason I came here was to try the sichuan chicken which was okay. Tried the extra spicy and there was barely any heat though the chicken was crispy. I would avoid this place since you get very little entree and way to much side. If fact the space for your entree will be partially filled by your side. If you enjoy more chow mein and barely any meat then this is your go to place

Its a good option for something quick and delicious found nearby regularly. Even though it is busy and popular, there are no long lines nor do they make you wait.
