Food is good. Its panda but they dont even fill up a To go order. So much room for more shrimp. If you going to be so picky PLEASE start weighing it instead.

We visited the place for the first time and we were totally displeased with the service especially by the senior person out there . She was too rude, and not at all patient while handling us . Inspite of their mistake in billing she was so loud and unpleasant, gathering other customers attention onto us . We wouldn’t recommend this place, to other folks . Usually Panda Express is so good, but service in this outlet cannot be accepted at all.

Yesterday 6/1/2023 we got three different plate from that place and after dinner every one got belly pain and problems for whole night. I will Recommend city to check that place. Brothers and Sisters be careful. Im eating panda food sometimes, that first bad experience. Love to everyone 🤗

Panda Express is one of my favorite places, but this location, not so much. I arrived around 7:00pm on a Friday evening and they were out of almost everything I wanted. They said it would just be a few minutes, but I ended up waiting about 15 minutes. They were also completely out of steamed rice which I though was weird for a Panda Express.The portion sizes at this location, I noticed are a lot smaller than other locations. The staff also did not seem very friendly and looked miserable to be there.The location is convenient, close to a college, and the parking lot is big, but I will probably go to a different location in the future. I dont like being disappointed.

The fresia girl working at the register touches the lids with her unsanitary gloves then gets annoyed with a customer when they pointed it out. I walked out. Was also double charged for just two dbl orange chicken & rice plates. I Will be filing a police report.

I went to this location after work about 1:50 and I placed my order and checked out and when I left went on my way to meet friends and 1 of my 2 items was missing and I called repeatedly and no answer, one thing I noticed the cashier did not open the container to verify my items and I did not ask either, every time I went to a Panda 🐼 express they always verify the order.What is so stupid is they ask if I would like some sauce with my egg rolls.

Best panda near me. Quality is always better then nearby pandas and service is unmatched. Restaurant is always extremely clean especially when you peak into the kitchen you can see everything is clean. Manager even saved me when i ordered pickup at another location by mistake and she gave me the order at this location like i had originally intended. Great restaurant and service.

I’ve been going here to grab my lunch and the employees are working under extreme heat! In high 90s degrees no AC at this restaurant! Reporting now to Health department environmental agent! This is USA not a 3rd world country

In the mornings the service is punctual and excellent. But at night they take a long time with the orders from the app, they made me wait 16 more minutes. They should take more priority to the orders made by the app or the web page.

Feels a little crowded, more than normal panda express restaurants. Good quality food. Definitely get a lot of college students here, so if youre looking for a quiet place to eat, this isnt one.

The food served is very less, in general other Panda Express I visited provide lot more than this. Sometimes you get doubt which is main and which is side. I am really disappointed and maynot visit again. The food quality is same as other places and so gave 2 star.

Took me more than 20mins to get a Plate & a kids meal!! They were out of noodles, teriyaki chicken, beef and broccoli. The services was awful! The 2 ladies their were slow and told me I would only wait 4mins that was a lie!!! Very unhappy with this Panda Express never coming back to this one!!

No lines and you order up fast. Its fast food chinese so take that as you will. Nothing too special. The place is clean and small. Parking is bad because the lanes are so small and hard to maneuver.

Most time my experience is awesome at this place but this is second time I’ve come in the morning open at 10am and nooo food ready at all and have to wait 30 to 40 mins....makes the orders backed up from 10 until that 40 mins making me wait even longer sitting and waiting when you open you should be ready to serve the public...

Poor customer service. They made me wait for about 30 minutes for the chicken and. They wouldnt give me a refund when I asked. Never coming back there. When the meat finally came, they didnt put enough. Bad service

Tucked in its corner, has been pretty strong given theres one in CSUN itself. Make sure to do the survey to get a free item along with your food. Pray you get there when food just got made to hit the jackpot in hot food possible.
