Horrible management by Rafa. He is always in the kitchen and burnt spring rolls. I showed him and he argued that if he didn’t cook them as long they would be frozen. Wrong. Edwin gives special treatment to specific customers like him and has little patience with others. Good should be consistent. Not burnt one day and cooked right the next. Very defensive manager with no couth and no sophistication. Has no idea how to speak professionally or correct his staff. There is also tons of litter in the front of this location that he never addresses.

Food was bad... and I mean it doesnt even taste like panda. I can go to 5 other locations and they all taste the same but this one... the teriyaki tastes like they added something... it tastes very off and I hope im not getting poisoned eating this...

The most popping corner in the food court!Fresh and hot, this place is always cooking food to serve and they prepare small batches to keep the food amazing.They partner with charities and I trust the Panda Family so why not give a dollar when you pay.Nice selection of bottled beverages including unsweetened iced tea.

I had to make a really long time to order my food, I wanted egg roles and the lady told me she didn’t have any buy to pay for them and come back in a bit when they come out, I go back and this rude lady was a black shirt asks my family are you ordering something? We say no and explain we had paid for the egg roles and she says she doesn’t remember us, Then she said under her teeth that we probably wanted them for free, Showed her my receipt and all of a sudden turned apologetic about her attitude towards my family!!!! Horrible !!!!

Very clean. Food tastes good.My issue is that the mall employee behind me (who came 6 minutes after me was allowed to cut in front and then she took a long time ordering because she kept changing her mind. So me and another guy behind me had to wait twice as long. One of the managers came out eventually and helped us out. The worst part is thought it was funny. I speak Spanish so I understood what was being said. Really unfortunate. I don’t mind waiting and if they would have asked me I would have allowed her to cut anyway. My concern is for people on a tight lunch break.

More important than the food..I was in the parking lot walking to my car and this girl from panda was trying to get my attention..I left my wallet & she was running to return it to me! I wanted to cry..I didnt even know I left my wallet there by mistake...THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE..IM SO BLESSED HONEST PEOPLE STILL EXIST AND CARE!!! thank you to the employee who took the time do all that she for me...

Extremely slow. Took about 20 minutes to get food I was told would take about 6 minutes. The grill cook was openly handling dirty rags that he was wrapping around a swiffer. He did not wash his hands between handling cleaning materials/rags and handling food on the grill. Truly disgusting. I asked the cashier if she sees him, and she looked back and then didn’t respond. Very gross.

Tasty, I go to a lot of Panda Express! But this one is quite greedy with the portions for what you pay for. I was still hungry after, every other panda gives fair portions . But I will say the cook here does a great job in the plant base orange chicken.

Update:2023 - the amount of chicken or beef in the dishes have shrunk. the broccoli beef is 97 percent broccoli by volume, 3 percent or less beef. the mushroom chicken has miniscule pieces of chicken. Obviously, the bean counters (accountants) have been making the culinary decisions.Minimal number of choices at opening, during lunch hours, the afternoon, and early evening hours. They always say you can have what isnt there if you can wait 10 minutes. Out of the number of people who come to eat at this mall food court store, no one wants to wait and so they pick something that is already there. Normally, there is a minimal amount left so you get whatever they scoop from the leftovers in the bowl. If there isnt enough for one order, its not your lucky day. You get the bottom scraps no matter that they are just bits and pieces. Try different times of day and you get the same result.

Went yesterday and it seemed quite busy. I had to wait 5 mins to order and 10 mins to get my order. However, when I finally got my food they give a pretty good portion size. Also, the employee where very nice, but they looked kind of tired so I wont put the 10 min wait against them, overall good experience.

I went there to buy lunch just now, got to cashier, she asked me that I wanted to make donation, I told her no, after that, she kept asking me another 3 times, finally I told her: I donated thousand dollars every year to the charities I preferred, I dont have to just donate these couple coins. After I told you NO, you kept asking 3 more times, its really impolite. Then she told me: we are short of coins. If you were short of coins, please say it directly, I would consider just Donate those coins, but please RESPECT people when they told you NO at your first ask, and kept asking same question without giving the right reason.

I stopped by this evening to get some food and I received a great service from Marlon who not only helped me decide on the best option but also recommended an option on the menu that was budget friendly.He really impressed me that I took the initiative to sit down and provide him a positive review.Even the customer behind me also complimented him as well.I hope the owner of this franchise is aware of a great employee they have.Thank you Marlon I look forward to always stopping by even if it’s to see your nice smile.

I go to panda express often because my kids love the food there but this is by far the worst location I have been to. The customer service is very bad! The last times I have been there, the cashiers are rude and they ignore what you tell them. They never have knifes there and the servings they give are very small. Their lemonade always tastes like water and when you go to complain about it they always give you an attitude. I know it is located in mall and very accessible but avoid this place if you can!

Felt discriminated even though I was working county guidelines. The First Lady that helped me was rude to me as well as the woman ahead of me. She was unresponsive and walked away several times while serving. Second lady went on to tell me that “she doesn’t care what the Gov says, she will still wear a mask”. She was implying blatantly that I should be wearing a mask even though I have done my part by being vaccinated. I don’t feel political opinions should be discussed in professional interactions.I was there at 12:15 pm on 02/27/2022

I got really sick yesterday after eating this garbage food . This isn’t the first time . Last time I heard your workers talk about how one had food poisoning and hoped we all got sick . I will file a formal complaint against this location to the FDA and the health department. Someone please shot this location down or you will all get sick .

Its Panda Express.... tastes the same as every other Panda, good and bad thing i guess. My daughter likes Panda so we frequent them often enough. We were at the Westfield location on Friday on our visit to the mall. The line was long as usual. The line is generally pretty long.... Unfortunately they were also out of a few items. I got to try the new fried chicken dish, it was pretty good, tasted like fried chicken with a siracha dry rub. Egg rolls are nice and they give free samples. the fried rice and chow mein are horrible.

Went yesterday.Served great by Dennis M at the register. He asked me and my brother how our days were going. I thought that was what really made my experience special. The customer interacting with the workers. His attitude was very postive. Always having a smile on his face. He seemed to love what he was doing which is always great for the customer to see. I am a big fan of the Panda, but I also felt ripped off at this location. I didnt want any rice, noodles, or vegetables and just asked for a small side of honey walnut shrimp. I was told this would be $6.00. Then the guy pulls out the tiniest box I have ever seen and put a few shrimp in it. No walnuts and didnt even fill it to the top. I just walked away. Not today, Panda.
