Horrible experience. Was over charged. Asked for my receipts at the drive-thru and was told by the cashier Lizbeth that it was in the bag and it wasn’t. Went back inside for my receipt and it was given to me all wrinkled, like it was crumbled up and probably taken out of the trash can. I then found out why it wasn’t given to me, she had over charged me. So I go back inside for the second time and ask to speak to the manager. Waited for the manager since he was in the restroom. As I waited an employee had no shame and was eating his food in the kitchen area, walking back and forth through the kitchen (where the cooking was happening). The manager, Ruben came out and I explained the situation. Not to apologetic as I expected him to be. I then went on telling him about his employee eating in the kitchen area. What bothered me the most was that the cashier tried to hide the fact that she over charged me by lying to me that my receipt was in the bag. And the whole time I was waiting and complaining at the counter she kept looking at me and didn’t bother to apologize for her mistake and yet they want $22/hr wage. Never going here again! 😡🤬

Horrible Customer Service. Dont acknowledge you. I stood waiting my turn to pick up my online order, and they just ignored me and kept helping the customers walking in. Order was placed WAY ahead of time. I just left. Hate this location.

Went through the drive thru and ordered String bean chicken and Kung Pao chicken. I waited in my car for them to bring the food to me. They said it would be seven minutes, so I waited. Ten minutes later I saw other cars pull up and get their orders before me, so I went in and still has to wait a few minutes for my order. It make things right, they offered extra meat choice or an eggroll. Thank you Adriana!

This place looks like they are rationing. Ordered a bowl and got fried rice and orange chicken. They gave a few pieces of orange chicken and rice was half way. Gave $ 8.19 and got served half empty bowl. This is terrible!!!!! Never coming again!!!!!!

Moreno Beach location, very very stingy with giving you meat. I ordered the mushroom chicken bowl with white rice. I told the person in drive through, the last two times I came here, I got more veggies in my bowl than chicken. On the menu, it has chicken in the bowl too, not all veggies. If I wanted a veggie only bowl, I would have ordered something with veggies only. The short haired girl at the window said in the intercom that she would.make sure there was an equal amount of chicken and veggies in the bowl. When I got home, mostly veggies and hardly no chicken, just little tiny pieces.This is the 3rd time and 3 times and your out. Never again will I buy from this Panda Express.

The customer service here is terrible. I came here at 8:00pm on 8/24/22 to get a 3 item plate. There was one customer ahead of my in line. He couldn’t decide what he wanted and was asking the employee a bunch of questions about the different food.There was two employees working the drive thru. One employee from the drive thru offered to get my food for me but then had to leave to go help the drive thru. I ended up walking out because I stood there for about 15 minutes and just wanted to get some food.

If your store doesnt close until a certain time... do not stop cooking the items until the store closes 30 minutes early. Having 4 items on the entire menu available is unacceptable. Why even be open? Why not close when you no longer are going to be the food people expect? Poor service.

This specific store is horrible. I never waste time writing reviews, but this specific store has messed up my order every single time. I would be missing food and when I would give them back my order along with my receipt as proof that I was missing 3 entire entrees they still overlooked what I was complaining about and claim that I had everything. How does one overlook 3 whole entrees? They obviously just dont care. I get not liking your job, but Im not going to just let them not reimburse me or give me the food I paid for. Please save your energy and just eat somewhere else. The store on Iris has caused me much less trouble.

Horrible.They rush the food here. Its disgusting.Both my plates of chow Mei underneath it was a slice of pineapple, so you can only imagine how disgusting the chow mean was. The orange chicken was very dry as well and you only get about 6 or 7 pieces. I paid almost 40 dollars and every last thing was nasty and I am very upset that I wasted my money on that. What if that was my last meal my last $40? Come on now yall gotta do better than that. SMH.

This experience is solely based on my visit today through the drive-through with Erica R. She was an absolute delight, and I felt compelled to write a review. Which is uncommon when youre going through a drive-through at a fast food restaurant. She was incredibly friendly and had excellent customer service. She made sure that she got everything correct, which is it something that happens very often at this location. Its employees like her that make a big difference. Great job

This had a 5 star from me, perfect service. Everything was great. Than covid happen, I am not sure during that time they lost there manager or what. When the dinning room is open, which is hardly ever, take every chance they get to close the dining room, most likely to lazy to clean it, they dont pay attention to what there doing. Barely give you any food and its OK at best. This place went downhill fast.

Worst Panda Express ever. Manager is rude, the other girl working was rude. The two boys working and cooking were cool. Food tastes great. Item i wanted was low, ask to wait for fresh. The girl wasnt happy. When it came out asked her to serve my plate before she mixed the left over with the fresh. She said no you get it this way. Today was not a good day to visit. I ordered a chicken mushroom bowl w/white rice. I got chicken mushroom bowl w/fried rice. Im not kean on their fried rice because it is usually dry. Today was no exception. However, that being said; the kids that work there are usually very nice. I paid with a $20 bill. I got the paper money back. But, when I tried to get the coin money, the girl that helped me apparently didnt hear me, or wasnt paying attention to me when I told her to wait just a minute. I showed her my right hand, which is in a cast, and before I could get my left hand up to accept the change, she closed the window and put the change in what appeared to be a tip location as she turned her back to talk to her peers. If it had been all of my change, I would have waited and maybe even have honked my horn. I was tired and didnt want to cause a scene, plus there were 2 other cars waiting behind me. If I had known my ordered wasnt correct at the time, I would have sat there for both my change and had my order corrected.I have been to this particular Panda Express over 10x within the last 6 months and order the same meal each time. This was the first time I was NOT satisfied with my order nor the competience of the staff. YOU KNOW I WILL CHECK MY ORDER in the future. ☹

Orange chicken flavor is inconsistent. One day is spicy, the next its super sweet. Their mushroom chicken has a funny taste that cant be masked by sauce. Beef and broccoli is good but you get more broccoli and little beef. Overall OK. But so prefer pickup stix.

This is our go to place whenever were on our way home. Its the typical Panda Express experience, sometimes the employees are very helpful and friendly and other times they act as if they want to be somewhere else. But the food is always very good with ample portions. You have to remember to ask for soy sauce and they ration it out very carefully. Ive found that the acoustics are very bad at all the Panda Express restaurants with the clanging of pots, exhaust fans blowing and the shouting of orders from the cashiers to the cooks. This location has clean restrooms but unfortunately can only accommodate one person at a time so it can be a long wait. Parking is sketchy at times with the small lot and spaces. As an aside, making a left turn to exit to get back to the freeway can pose a bit of a challenge.

I went to get a plate of fried rice, chow mien, Beijing beef, and black pepper Angus steak, I was told that my steak is gonna take a little while to get done so that gave me a free drink . I was brought the food shorty after and I see there was also free spring rolls inside the bag. I come here like once a week after 7 pm mostly and its usually not too busy but it does get packed sometimes late at night. Please donate to the childrens hospital btw !

The associates were friendly, they were more than happy to get freshly prepared food for my order, and the other patrons eating there were friendly and talkative.If youre looking for bland food, and lots and lots of onions, this is the place for you. Albeit there was some seasoning, there was not much to be had. I believe they use the excessive amount of onions for flavoring. Take your Mylanta you will definitely have heartburn. Be sure to check your order before leaving, we ordered 4 egg rolls which we were not charged for, but nor were they put in the to-go container either. I ordered two different entrees, but received one laaaaarge order of a single entree..Again, the food was okay, the associates were friendly. Its a good filler food for an on-the-go person. If youre looking for something with more to it, such as flavoring and accuracy, you would be best enjoying it somewhere else...

This is one of my go-to spots for fast food on the healthier side. I always order brown rice with my meal. I usually also order the Kung Pao Chicken and whatever else I rotate into my plate. Maybe one day brocolli beef, maybe another time mushroom chicken. Environment is clean and peaceful. The bathroom often is not so tidy lacking in one area or another. The food is a bit above average in my opinion, especially if you get some prior to the last few servings remaining under the lamp. Also, realistically, expect to get sick or the runs from this food maybe after eating 1 in 20 meals. Ha! It happens, but overall I think its worth it. I havent gotten sick lately, so maybe I have built up a tolerance. If by chance you do get served an entree from the bottom of the barrel, sometimes after you have paid for your meal they will offer you a free serving of that same entree. Oh well. I tried to offer a fair review. I definitely recommend this dining establishment, but I just want potential patrons to know what to expect. Chow!

The first time I went here with my girlfriend and the proportions sizes sucked and they gave us only one fortune cookie. When I asked for another fortune cookie they told us we would have to pay a dollar for more. The actual food doesnt even taste that great. This store left a bad impression and I did not want to return. I decided to give it another shot today and ordered a bigger plate with only fried rice and triple orange chicken and an order of cream cheese ragoons. When I got to the drive thru window she repeated my order to me amd she made a mistake she said double orange chicken and I corrected her and told her I ordered a bigger plate with triple orange chicken. She said sorry did I say double, I meant triple so all was well. When I got home and opened my order it wasnt triple orange because there wasnt a side of orange chicken. I opened the container and it was the skimpiest PLATE I had ever seen and it didnt even taste that great plus my ragoons were old and stale. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

They closed early for no reason while we were in the store. Went here at 925pm and were not offered to be helped until 9:33pm. We then ordered and were told that they will not make any more food than what was there and that the drive thru had priority over people walking in. So in the middle of us ordering a drive thru person took the last of an entree and we lost out on our meal. If the sign says open till 10 they should not stop making food or be unwilling to make food. They also said that their dining room closed at 9:30. The sign on the door says 10:00pm. Loved the Pacific Chili Shrimp. Had a side of vegetables that were delicious as well. I hope this dish becomes one of their regular dishes. Google says they open at 9:30am it was 9:46am when I arrived. There was an employee cleaning the floors and I asked if it was opened she said yes, as soon I walked in to panda Employees didn’t let me in because they said they opened at 10am . Then the employee cleaning floors outside went back and forth to other employee by the door about opening store hours. #1 they have incorrect opening times, #2 employees don’t know openings hours or they open whenever they want... I still decided to wait but I believe they should have more communication between employees and update hour times on doors and online.
