The fact that I paid my hard earned money for this to be 1/4 to 1/2 full is wild. This has happened twice going through the drive through. The first time I was willing to accept it was busy but I got played twice now. My fiancés bowl with fried rice and orange chicken literally had 5 pieces of chicken. I’m just saying, the panda on the Air Force base never does this.

Customer service top notch. Good greeting upon entering and check out lady is like a freaking Android in a GOOD WAY. Chowmein is undercooked and begining to taste on the sphagetti side in all honesty. Like a safeway Chinese food. They seriously need to bring back any type of grilled or sautéed shrimp 🍤....no choices of beef either. Just simple beef! All chicken choices. Kung Pao chicken taste very sugar salty extra syrup like. Panda got good, then is getting weaker by the bit as in food texture, quality and variation. I have faith you guys will bounce back.

I agree with another reviewer - Sara Rose. DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOR FOOD AFTER 9pm. They really rip you off. You will end up with orders that are small even if theres still a lot in the pan. Few shrimps (3-5pcs) Chicken Teriyaki 3-4 small strips and a very CRISPY fried rice. I think its been sitting there too long. Not coming back here

They always seem to serve my family fine and we get big orders. Not sure why so many have had bad experiences. Ive seen way worse too. Servers seem friendly enough and food has been good every visit.

My boyfriend went to pick us up dinner. I sent him with a post it note with my order. Girl behind the counter grabbed it from him and walked away. He tried ordering food for himself, but she wouldnt listen. He paid for my order and left. My orange chicken had 5 pieces in the order and my steamed rice was scraped from the bottom of the pan and was dry and brown. Dont waste your money!!

Looooord be the fence . I love Panda Express but I WILL NOT ever come to this Panda Express again. First young lady was so pleasant and full of smiles. The male manager was also peaceful and pleasant. Then this other older lady interferes and confused all of the plates. She then cleaned the lobby. Not washing her hands went and handed someone a doordash order. I attempted to tell the female manager but she smiled and said Im on break. Whew chile she proceeded to a table. Clearly she doesnt understand customers is why she is employed. Theeeennnn we all opened our plate. Lawd have Mercy. I did not ask for a cub meal or a diet plate. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. SMH

They forgot a portion of Rangoons, ordered 3 portions but only got 7 pieces.Both Panda and Express and Chipotle ABSOLUTELY SUCK about an hour before closing. They give you older food because theyre unwilling to make fresh batches later in the day. Youll get smaller portions too, for the same reason. They really skimp out near closing. They need to change their methods, staying COMPLETELY open until closing time. Too many business are getting comfortable halfway closing WELL before actual closing time. The location in Dixon is amazing and fast, have yet to be disappointed. But the Vacaville spot regularly is lacking.

First ordering from this location and it also happens to be the last. I ordered take out and used my 25% welcome discount for using their app.The order was ready a few minutes prior to scheduled pick up time so by the time I picked it up and got home (8min drive), the food was kind of cold already. But this is not the issue, it seems that applied the cupom on the amount of food as well. Both my husband and I were shocked at the little portions on the plate I ordered. I got chow mein, walnut shrimp, and beef and broccoli. There were about 5 shrimps, 3 pieces of broccoli and about 3 small pieces of meat, plus the chow mein seemed like a half portion.I don’t know if their standards are just too low, if the issue was that ordered take ou so they could skimp on the food portion, or if it was because of the discount applied. Regardless, I am not returning to this location and would strongly advise you do the same.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a lot of food, including a large drink. The root beer was flat and undrinkable. Would have been better off ordering a free tap water than a not-free flat soda. Tried to fill out the contact us page on the corporate website, but it isnt functioning. Checking the soda syrups is a simple, straightforward task and when its not done and people order a soda through the drive-thru thats not right, it ruins the whole meal.

I went to get food for my brother in law and my wife and me.....I ordered a single of broccoli beef with fried rice. And a 3 plate of honey walnut shrimp, crip shrimp and Kung pan chicken, with chow mein.Paid 23 for all that....but ended up only getting my bigger plate with one of the food items shoved into a to go container. Not even all together. I live in Fairfield and it was on my way home from picking up some stuff from Kaiser.When I found out and realized but they didnt even give me my beef broccoli or fried rice. I called the place and told them that they didnt give me half my order they said sorry and also mentioned that they were out of fried rice. Now I have to go all the way back to Vacaville from where I currently live just to get them to give me the other half of my order and also when I open the container for the shrimp items there was like only five pieces or four pieces of shrimp in each and a lot of chow mein.
