This location is terrible every single time I come here. The staff is rude, they take forever and the place is always dirty. It’s a disgrace that these fast food employees get paid so much to mess around be lazy and not do there job. I ordered my food online so that I could just pick it up and not wait in line. Order went through they processed the payment and I received a text saying my food was ready. I arrive to pick up my food and give my name but somehow the order was never made. They told me that the order just had came through when I arrived.

Honestly I can’t in good faith write this entire establishment off as bad because of 1 consistently rude and arrogant employee, the management and about 90% of the staff is generally friendly and very helpful. But there’s this one employee who’s short, on the chubbier side and has a mullet who always has the worst attitude and generally speaks in such a rude tone it really turns me off. Me being a customer who CHOOSES to spend my money to eat here doesn’t deserve to be treated this way especially because I’m not rude or Stand offish at all because I treat everyone with respect as a human. I understand everyone has a bad day but EVERY time I come here he always acts this way? I guess I just expected better, but again management and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly which I appreciate.

This was one of the worst Panda meals I have ever had. The broccoli with beef tastes of fish and the mushroom chicken is burnt. And they only had 4 entrees to choose from.This location is poor quality.

The worst service I’ve ever had. Boyfriend ordered super greens, double orange chicken, and beef broccoli, said we’d have to wait 4 minutes for super greens. Then he proceeded to skip over us when we weren’t finished ordering and helped two other people before I could get a word in. I ordered teriyaki entree and they had to make more also. 20 minutes and multiple people go by after us, they haven’t even STARTED the super greens or the teriyaki chicken. When we asked about our food the guy working the register SHOOK HIS HEAD at us and turned around to ask about it. This is the same guy who served us and he didn’t even remember the order. Absolutely disrespectful staff. Got a refund after and it was just terrible attitudes from the staff. I hadn’t been rude, but they acted like I’d been a terrible person. Just god awful. I’ve had problems every time I’ve come here, but this time really took the cake.

Dawg there was no egg in my brown rice. Rice was hard af. Do better chefs 😒 I get were in a drought but atleast let it cook for a while. hard rice 😒

Why does panda express white rice and chow mein have ZERO TASTE??? whats going on here? This is q very popular chain restaurant I rarely get panda but my goodness no flavor in the side dishes... and the Kung pao just has a burnt flavor...odd

Drive thru experience, the service was decent and the food was hot and ready. I got my usual; half noodle/half rice and orange chicken. No pictures, sorry.

My wife and I come here regularly here at Promenade mall. Today we order two each two item combos. I was extremely disappointed when I ordered double Beijing beef for my entrees I was given 1 small scoop and when I asked where the second scoop was I was told that was the portion. My wife ordered orange chicken and Beijing beef and received 1 scoop each a normal portion. I was given the last scoop in the pan and was not offered to wait to get the rest of my food. Very disappointed considering. No more lunch here at 12:15
