2023-08-20 21:45:58Worst customer service ever!!! I started ordering, Jennifer was taking the order she interrupted me, ask me not to point the food and they didnt have a name tag on the entrees, I told her that she had an attitude but she told me she doesnt have any attitude at all and said that I was more than welcome to walk away and eat somewhere else. Which I did but before submitted a complaint trough panda express portal, seriously I am reading a lot of comments complaining about the same woman(Jennifer), how are you supposed to improve if you keep having the same employees and giving them management positions, a manager is supposed to be an example if you have a bad manager dont expect the rest of the team to do better, definitely never coming back, DISAPPOINTED!!!

2023-09-17 01:30:30Rude lady employee at the cash register. Ordered from their Panda website. Gave my name several times and she said there is no order with this name, I clearly saw the package with my name on it there and she refused to take the order number, (I need name only) after waiting for 10 minutes she gave me the same package…

2022-08-07 17:27:52Once again I arrive at Panda after the time it says it is open and he has his doors locked. Today, Sunday, August 7th. I just tried to buy my food at 10:25 a.m. and the door is locked. Its not the first one, its already happened about 8 times that I arrive after opening hours (10AM) and its like this. I just ask you to change the time of the site, so that people do not plan for a restaurant that is not able to serve on time. Thank you!

2023-06-22 03:32:358:30 pm and they dont make more food, you take whatever they have, chowmei was just the juice and little, store close at 9pm ...this is bad!

2023-05-16 17:42:17I find that selection of food is limited no matter what time I come to get a meal. I like Panda Express, But prices have increased, food selection is limited, I have food covid-19 has change alot of things. I miss trying a item before I order. I was in Branson, Mo. In January and the Panda Express in Branson had alot of issues ( short of staff & food), etc. I feel that I will stop at Subway and get a sandwich next time.

2023-10-26 18:57:50This is for the one lady that works there. Don’t know her name but she is horrible! Rude and disrespectful. This one lady that is in there has bad customer service. Wow, will never ever eat there again.

2023-06-24 03:35:14Terrible service and terrible meal. My String Bean Chicken Breast contained non-breast chicken (thigh?) 🤷🏽♂️.I waited 6 minutes for String bean (non) chicken breast and then told me they were out of orange chicken because they gave it all out before finishing my order and I had to wait some more. Ridiculous!!!

2023-01-30 22:30:50So when my wife and I arrived at this location, the first server was super nice and friendly. The second server usually has no interaction with the person purchasing their food, and all I can say is he was doing his as he should be and placing the food on the plate for the food purchaser. In between the second server and us purchasing our food, Miss Jennifer (the cook/chef, which I also believe is the manager or supervisor because she was the only one wearing a black shirt), asked for what else was needed at the front to refill. The second server responded, I do not recall exactly what he responded they needed, but Miss Jennifer replied back irritated, saying nobody told me about that, then the second server responded back with a yes I did, I told you twice. Miss Jennifer angrily replied back with a long and loud uuuuuggggghhhhh as she walked towards the back of the restaurant. She then walked back to the commercial kitchen area and began to yell at the two servers, and at one point told the both of them if you guys dont want to be here you shouldnt even come to work here. After I had enough of hearing Miss Jennifer talk to the employees like this, I decided to ask her for her name and write this review. Then, my wife and I proceeded to pay for our food with the cash register employee, who was also very nice. From my point of view, Miss Jennifer was wrong to mistreat the servers, and if anyone did not want to be there working, it was her, not the servers. I would love to give the servers and cash register person 5 stars and give Jennifer -5 stars. Nobody should be treating anyone this way. It is a very bad experience for any customer.

2023-06-21 03:47:13Once again, I walk to this location at 8:15 pm and they did not have most of their items. I asked for two things to be cooked and they said that’s all we have for tonight. The customer service over there it’s horrible. I will not recommend The Spot to anybody.

2023-07-27 23:02:49Jennifer the manager was so rude. Overcharged kids and didnt provide a receipt. When I went in for refund shestarted yelling at me.
