Online order still wasnt ready until 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and I was waiting inside for the last 30 minutes of that. Asked twice about my order and was only told they were still working on it. All because one entree was not ready to be served. Asked for a third time what the hold up was and I told them to just swap the entree for a different item. The chow mein and other entree as well as the rangoons were cold when I finally got the order. Would have been out of there only a little late had people been informed that something they ordered was out and would be out for a while. It was literally 4x the original amount of time projected to get my food.... cold. I was better off had I ordered in person since someone would have told me they didnt have something.

The food’s good, and the staff are nice, which is most important. But these guys seem to really have a management issue/need more employees. The last few times I’ve gone I’ve had to wait 15 mins to get my food, which isn’t really fast food, and the trash has been overflowing. Pretty gross.

Ordered catering online 3 days in advance to be delivered at 1:00. Food was done cooking at 1:30. Food arrived without plates or utensils. My whole event (~40 people) was stalled for over an hour because I had to personally leave and go back to the store for plates and utensils.I also did not receive a receipt or email confirmation at any time except when I personally went to the store the morning of, which should not be necessary. This is the worst catering service I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I expect more for a $400 order.

Coming here is like walking into a Kafka novel. 30+ minute wait every single time. Everything is running low or out. How long is it gonna take for this item? Anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. Can I substitute for that item? Sure but itll still take 20 minutes because 10 other people are waiting for their orders.Im lazy and theres no other Chinese takeout near me so I keep coming back. Each time I pray for competent service. But it never happens. This building needs to be razed.

Food is good as always for Panda but I came at lunch rush hour and the service was just swamped. There was a 6 deep line to order food at the counter let alone 4 deep in people,not even including me, just waiting for their food to be ready for online orders. Staff was just drowning trying to keep up and the cooks were making food nonstop just trying to keep up with demand. Waited 30 minutes after I got a notification that my order was ready because some of the food was not done cooking and then another 10 minutes just to have a staff member be available to hand me my food cause they were so busy. I ordered ahead thinking it would save time during the lunch rush but I feel it took just as long if not longer. Sadly I wasnt the only one that was waiting like this as well.

Employees are fine. Food is ok. Prices are acceptable. The place was pretty clean. The only problem I have is the FORKS. Why are they in a metal bin for everyone to touch on with crumbs in it RIGHT BESIDE THE TRASHCAN! Totally unacceptable. At least get the individually bagged utensils. This is nasty.

Theres lots of parking, food is fresh thats constantly being made, fast service once on- line orders are all out for a great price. Good place, people, price and service. 😊

We usually order here once every few weeks and its been great, but this is the second time in the past few months that weve been given totally burnt and hard orange chicken. Had to dig through to get the few pieces that werent totally overcooked. Every other item we ordered has been fine

The worst Panda store Ive ever seen. Long time waiting, theres always missing something. I usually see doordash drivers waiting for 20 minutes or more. I love Panda, but in Davis I dont wanna go there anymore.

Customer are made to feel like a burden to the staff here. Expect to wait for your food here. Items are always unavailable. The management doesn’t seem to care about the dysfunction of this restaurant.
