As far as fast food goes, this place is pretty consistent…. The food is usually pretty fresh and the serving sizes are good too. This location is always clean and well maintained. The staff here tonight were efficient and helpful, even though there was a line out the door. This happens occasionally mid week when they do a school fundraiser.

Walked in an saw the fried rice was less than half full and dried out & crunchy looking.I asked if they were going to make fresh because I was willing to wait until they made it. She replied, “no because we don’t have enough customers”. I worked in the food industry as a line cook for many years.I would never serve dried out discolored rice to a customer. First time I have experienced this at Panda Express. Please fix this because I work out here often and there is no other Panda Express close by beside this one. “This happen today @ 2:30pm” .

The waiting time is astronomically long, we had to wait in line for 20 minutes before ordering our food. We wanted to order orange chicken and they said that we had to wait for 10 minutes before our orange chicken was ready. Turn out it wasn’t 10 minutes but instead 20 minutes. I would’ve given this place a one star but the food was great.

Food is good if they have what you want. Alot of empty bowls, so you have to wait for things to be cooked. Clean bowls so its not like they are super busy. They didnt run out, they just didnt cook it. The added 1.25 plates are always there though🤔🤔

We used to love to pick up dinner weekly if we had been too busy to cook. Yesterday was one of those days. We hadn’t been in for take out in over a year and we were looking forward to our favorites - orange chicken, Kung pao chicken, Bejing beef and chicken with green beans - what a disappointment. The take out boxes were smaller, the orange chicken had the taste and texture of frozen food, the bejing beef was over cooked & had texture of jerky. Chow mein had a gummy texture. I know restaurants are cutting corners to remain open but this was too much. We will not be returning.

I enjoy their food (although it can be a little too spicy hot at other locations, that wasnt our experience here). I appreciate the fact that if theyre out of a selection they will have it ready in 5 minutes or so. We always get carryout but that may change-I had to wait for a selection last time and was unusually hungry so nibbled a little as soon as I got to the car. It was FABULOUS! The microwave may reheat the food when we get home but it cant make it fresh with crispy meat. SO GOOD!

Unfortunately the manager of this location has a lots of homework to do a week ago I went in and pretty busy when he came out didnt even say hi or no greetings at all instead asked me if I was having a bad day I replied not at all...he continued with a gesture and saying Im the manager and I said the tittle doesnt fit you at all no customer service . anyways if you want panda express food which is very good dont go to this place in Palm Desert 111 and Fred Waring very bad service.not recommended...

I never thought I would write a review about a fastfood place but here I am. Staff is super friendly and attentive and they always are on top of things with quality control. I have on a couple occasions ordered something I thought looked good and had them ask if I could wait a couple minutes so they could send me home with something fresh off the wok. 5 stars.

The worst meals ever! Our experience was not consistent with previous meals purchased at this location and others. The Chow Mein had been covered and or cooked with a horrible tasting brown sauce. The orange chicken tasted like vinegar, and the Firecracker Chicken Breast had been substituted with Honey Sesame Chicken Breast.Panda Expresss website is not consistent with what is being offered at their various locations.

My daughter has autism therefore eating new foods is really hard for her, today was our third and last time we visit this location. They are always out of steam rice (one of the few items my daughter eats) and when we say we are willing to wait their answer is always very rude and with a lack of professionalism. We have been here in different times and is always the same, they only make a very few of their dishes and they are not even kind enough to compensate for their mistakes. My last time going to this location, is really a waste of time.

Terrible customer service. FIRST of all, online said it was open until 9:30pm so I choose to go to this one instead of the Panda I usually go to that is closer to my home. I walk in the door at 8:55pm everyone who works there says hi to me. I am left standing there for little while until the manager or whoever she is walks up and says I am actually closed despite it being 8:55. There were also two other people behind me wanting to get dinner and this clown manager/person in charge completely failed at what they were doing. Not to mention the way Panda Express does their ordering is something that is farce to begin with. Get your act together.

I love this store! Reliable for anything you need, styles, they carry name brand item for years! The tee shirts, mens underwear (their brand) last and last.. their stores are always clean, displays are eye catching, Here in our desert, they carry swimsuits, sandals etc..Its so hard when everyday is 100° and above to even THINK of wearing long sleeves, sweaters, blouses, shirts for all, good shoes.Their choices of jewelry, the REAL DEAL and the it would go perfect with my outfits are there. There is a hair salon downstairs, eye glasses and photography studio.The store has divided sections, women items are upstairs, and shoes. Downstairs is the Mens Dept, Linens, childrens, AND THE BATHROOMS.:) There is an elevator and a middle of the store escalator up and down.The elevator is located lower level around the corner from the hair salon. They cut men, childrens and womens hair.Their prices are good and they ALWAYS have good sales. SAFORA make up store is upstairs a really cool store! ALL IN ALL, the smiles, the hellos, would you like some help?As you can see, I truly love this store.Located on the east side of the Westfield Mall.

Dont eat in this place I went to buy right now at 10:17 am and the chaomen is stiff, you cant bite them, they give you food from another day, and they dont even heat it up. Disgustingly bad food.
