The service here is usually pretty fast. Around Noon, when Cal Poly has U hour, the line can get pretty long and seating can be really hard to find, but if youre willing to share a table with others it is not a problem. The location is conveniently located amongst other restaurants like Carls Junior or Taco Bell Express, and offers pretty much everything a regular Panda Express location would offer.

If you want Panda Express and youre not a student or work on the Campus... forget it. Its a pain to get to and hard to find if youre not familiar with the campus. Find a off campus location and save yourself the hassle. Its basically a glorified cafeteria.

The food here is very good and it is definitely worth your money. One thing to keep in mind is that it is quite busy at this location especially during U hour. The options are great however, the service is nothing to brag about. Theres a lot of rush due to the line and that can be a bit annoying. The employees dont come off as friendly and that can diminish the experience, the prices are reasonable and yes the fortune cookies located by the register are free so get your fortune. The drink is not mandatory despite their endless attempts to persuade you its not really worth the price. Overall good spot for food.

I have been dining in this establishment many times. During the U-Hour, or after I would get out of the class. Of course, during the U-Hour, the place would get crowded. Still, that shows that people enjoy the meals. They had ample of items to choose from, and they were decently priced, as in other Panda Express stores. I have many good memories from eating at this place. It was one of my favorite locations to eat, while being in Cal Poly Pomona.

I know they have a line out the door but the food was not great. Chicken was burnt and broccoli beef had a weird texture. Chicken egg role was dry.

We needed to repeat the order several times in order for the server to finally get it right. The vegetables were old and felt like they used the old oil, and the chicken was old as well. Go to a different panda express, itll be worth the distance .

The food is delicious, but the staff sometimes make me feel that I am being rushed. I however do not blame them because Panda Express is popular and always face a wave of dozens of people on a daily basis for lumch and dinner.

To skip the line during U-hour, use the tapingo app. Fastest way to get your order done. After ordering, just go to the cashier and ask if your order to see if it is finished. They do well to serve quickly.
