Told to wait out front for the rest of the order because there were cars behind us, so we waited 10 minutes, and went inside to find the order on a shelf to be delivered to me??? Poor customer service at the window from Roxie who had a nice nasty smile. Oh, and my order was missing the spring rolls.

I believe I arrived during a shift change... so I expected a slight delay, but this really was slow. 4 cars (I was the 3rd) waited at the drive through order speaker for a ridiculous amount of time. Once they started to take orders again, it moved at a normal pace. The food was almost at room temperature and not appealing (although I love the food). I parked to eat it so it should have been warm. The employee at the window barely acknowledged me. When she was handing me the food, she was busy laughing at who she was conversing with. I like fun environments, but I was just a distraction. Obviously the customer is not an important part of their job and the food reflected that.

The truth is that this place is going from more to less. I went to buy 4 dishes that did not have fresh rice. I waited 5 minutes. I ordered the honey sesame chicken and it was cold. I dont like to make complaints but I didnt like the food.

The sizzling shrimp side, seriously skipped out on the shrimp. There werent very many in there at all. It tasted OK. It wasnt disgusting, but I suppose after youve had P.F. Changs all the rest of the Gormet Chinese food establishments are just trash.

Just ate here and I’m still trying to figure out why dajhia J had so much attitude. Not a single thank you or nothing. Pretty much just rudely handed us the bag and that’s it. This isn’t the type of person you should have at a drive through window. They leave customers with a sour taste and not wanting to return. Line wasn’t long but the wait took forever.

I know I didnt waste one whole hour of my life for one spoon full of walnut shrimp and orange chicken would not recommend for portions size but it is convenient

Good place to grab a bite to eat if ordering right it isnt pricing that much at all. Customer relation was well on point was very quick and on it I was happy w there service and will return again

For a location that advertises to close at 11pm, it should really specify that it closes at 10pm. Arrived at 10:10pm and the dining room was already closed. The store hours clearly state a closing time of 10:30pm for the dining room. The Drive-Thru at 10:15pm doesn’t have much of anything available. Just change the time and say you close at 10pm or at-least have menu items until 10:30pm.

The broccoli wasn’t cooked fully. It’s cold. I got everything except my teriyaki chicken. I got a bigger plate and got two Beef and broccoli, and Teriyaki chicken. We weren’t feeling so hot so I don’t want to go back to get it. Fail at this time.

My new favorite panda express. I went a few minutes before they closed and they STILL served me. They were welcoming, efficient, AND the food was finger licking good.
