So happy to see that added new drink options. Unfortunately, when I asked for a large Lychee peach with no ice they proceeded to say I could only get half of the cup filled if I didn’t want ice. Their excuse was “it’s too sweet”. How ridiculous, as a customer, I shouldn’t have to get half of a drink I’m paying for only because I don’t want ice added. It’s already a cold drink.

I love your chain of restaurants and have been to many cities. But Ive never seen anything like Napa. Terrible service. I asked for a large plate, pointed to the dishes that I want. The staff forgot to put me one, I showed that I need three different ones. When they gave me the food, I saw that they put only two types . I called the manager and asked them to give me different servings, not two of the same. The manager started saying that it was my fault for not explaining to them which portions to choose. I asked for a substitute dish. She refused, this was happening in front of the customers. I got upset, but I didnt fight. I just never go to Panda Express Napa again.Your regular customer, Vasilii

I ordered shrimp and when I opened the box it was completely empty where the shrimp should have been, I live about 15 minutes from the location so I was NOT about to drive all the way back. This is completely unacceptable !

I’m a big fan of this chain in general, but the one in Napa currently ranks at #1. The food is always consistent and, despite being so busy, the wait times are fair. The staff as a whole are top notch.

I walked in on my phone. No one was in line but I was standing back in case customers came in. I ended my call quickly and walked up to counter. I was never greeted or acknowledged. A customer walks in and heads to other end and was greeted immediately because he had phone/Uber ears or something. I’m still standing at counter while an employee looks att me & proceeds to make a takeout plate. Now another customer walks in and another employee greets him and ask what would he like to order. I say excuse me am I invisible! She says oh you’re ready because you start over here. I’m a few feet over. I say you guys didn’t acknowledge or greet me! It’s obvious I’m ready to order. She says I can help you & I say no continue with his order. I ended up walking out!

Slow service, under staff! Got here at 1:18pm. Time check now: 1:35pm as I write down this review and they haven’t take my order yet. Sadly, I got my food ay 1:43pm! Such a waste of time.

I asked Ralph for two of their plastic containers of sweet and sour sauce. They said they dont have them any more due to covid (yeah right) and so now they have little packets of it but wont give me more than two. Fatima said we are saving them for other customers and yet while I was there not one other customer asked for them. But I got 3 chili sauce and 3 soy sauce which I didnt ask for.

Horrible service!!!!! 0 stars. Will never return I will go to different location. My order was ready 30 minutes after claimed. Women who works here rude to customers and employees. 0 STARS!!!!
