Ambiance: no different than the other locations, clean and quiet.Service: I went during lunch, and there wasnt a line, I consider it a win.Food: If you just want lunch but not too much, the kids meal is the perfect snackable size. Not too much and not too little and only $7 and change. Orange chicken was fresh, too!

Please remove new manager Hidi from this location. I have been having lunch 3 to 4 times per week .Since he is there we have to wait 10 minutes to prepare the food we like I always go on lunch time and I cannot wait that long. Customers have been complaining to the staff which are great and this situation is stressing them too The employees are friendly and very nice but this person will cost a lot of business to the Company. I have been going to Mac Donald because of this.

Manager Aldi or not sure how you spell it was so rude I called and he hung up on me and didnt care that a couple had there dog inside while eating that is so unsanitary and before you say maybe it was a service dog no it wasnt they wouldnt have been carrying it and talking to it like a baby

The manager, Tony, needs to improve on his customer service skills. My friend and I decided to meet at this place. We were going to eat but decided to catch up first. Before you know it, it seems that 1 hour had passed. The manager then came to our table and very loudly said to leave Panda Express because we did not order anything. Other customers heard and came to us to tell us how the manager behaved poorly. It is clear that this manager still needs to work on his communication/customer service skills. I asked to speak to Tony again and I apologized for overstaying. I told him that time flew by and I did end up ordering something. I asked Tony to please not address future customers this way since he yelled at us. Tony said he did nothing wrong and I asked him to apologize to us. He refused to apologize and kept trying to talk over my friend instead of just listening. I thought this was going to be a great learning experience for Tony but that wasn’t the case. I’m extremely disappointed in his behavior and I hope he can do better.

Im only giving it a one star because its been always my go to panda but after the experience from today i wont return if this issue isnt fixed. when i was ordering the lady with the black shirt (manager?) i asked her to put me rice as an entree she didnt ask me which rice i wanted so she put me from the brown rice and when i asked her i didnt want that one she looked bothered and gave me attitude to change it making it seem like it was my fault when she didnt even ask, and when i was eating my food i noticed she didnt remove all the brown rice she put in my plate and i had to go out my way to remove it ALL that i just decided just not to eat it because its not what i wanted. My experience at the bell gardens panda express was not good i wish they would have more communication instead of just assuming things. the added picture is just so you guys could see that this isnt fair that i paid for something i didnt enjoy.

Came to this store at Bell Gardens 10 minutes before they close and I wanted to get a combo rice and noodles etc, right but they didnt have enough noodle and they didnt want to prepare some fresh ones for me instead the lady wanted to sell me like the left over noodles on its tray that didnt look tasty at all, they should say that no more noodles period.

People can say what they want about this spot it’s their opinion and personal experience, I live on Ajax ave and honestly this spot is one of the best Panda Express hands down in my opinion especially because of the serving sizes and how generous they are alwys especially when it’s about to close, geez they stack your plate lol and also their really great at keeping up with how busy it gets

Very disappointed with this location especially with the beyond orange chicken (which by the way they charged me $1.60 extra!!) and it was terrible!! solid as a rock impossible to eat!!! It was a waste of food,Im not sure about the other locations but thats my experience from this location.

Giving the 4 stars the the staff the cooks the cashiers not giving a 5 because manager she was complaining that food wasn’t coming out fast enough um I rather the cooks take their time making the food rather than it coming out not cooked well because it was rushed manager also seems stressed just saying if the manager is stressed that projects onto the workers and they are definitely doing their best!!! Good job to the workers I know it’s a stressful environment but don’t let it get to you!!!

The food was okay. That’s where the positivity ends though. What they don’t forget to give me at least. Been here a couple times and almost every time, they forget one of my food items. I definitely recommend anyone getting food here, to have them show you you’re plate before you leave because they tend to forget things if you give em any orders pass 1 plate. Even then, the 1 plate might not be complete.

In the age of COVID-19, I was surprised to see The female manager on her cell phone in the food area. She didnt have her hands covered and I was concerned that she might go right from her cell phone to touching the food products. I also noted that some other staff wore gloves and others did not when handling the food. Nonetheless the lady who served me had her mask on and gloves so I purchased my food from her and it was good.

I personally loved it. The servers are sweet and courteous, and the food is just fantastic. If something is not up to par, they will immediately try to fulfill your needs. They only count shrimp that they give you because of the food prices dolt.

I love Panda. I had the steak. It was just okay. I usually get Orange Chicken, wont order the steak again but the sauce the steak was cooked in was really delicious and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Soooooo delicious.

Whether or not its the first time, my family did not enjoy the food, everything was undercooked or too salty and me personally got food poisoning. They are very greedy with the meat. You can get a mountain of chow mein or rice with only 5 pieces of teriyaki chicken. I can get more at a regular Chinese food restaurant. Im not sure if thats how panda is starting to work or if its just the manager that works there (Mayah). Not only that, it seems as if shes always in a rush. Never really pays attention to the costumer.
