I come here very often due to my job, very good food, always fresh, hot and consistent flavor. The people serving there are very friendly. I had a very bad bad experience on another panda express but this place is run by very professional people.

My husband and I had the unfortunate experience of Evelyn serving us our plates. Evelyn gave us an extremely small scoop of everything, and even took a decent amount of chicken OFF my plate, after scooping it on there. When I asked for a little more she glared at me, then placed a single piece of chicken on my plate, and closed the lid.Evelyn gave my husband barely any beef on his plate, while being extremely rude to him as well. Evelyn kept speaking in a disrespectful tone toward him and making irritated faces while he was ordering and while she was scooping his food. Complete disrespect, I would never wish on anyone the displeasure of having to interact with her. I’m in disbelief someone with such an attitude problem can work in customer service..If zero stars was an option, I would have rated her at that.I’d imagine an employee wanting to please the customer and not damaging the companies image, however Evelyn clearly didn’t care about that. Evelyn was blatantly rude, and disrespectful the entire time. I live in Hermosa Beach so unfortunately this is my local Panda Express, however with this experience in mind I’ll happily drive elsewhere for decent customer service, and adequate portions.

I went to Redondo Beach last night.I stopped at the shopping mall.I remembered this place. I used to come here when it was hot in the summer days.I didnt have a chance to eat my dinner.And I was hungry for Chinese foods.Then, I found the Panda Express fastfood restaurant. This shopping mallhad a big parking lot. They even hadan underground parking lot.Anyway, I went inside the restaurant.It was very clean and they had plentyof tables & chairs to sit. One youngman who served me for my food.He was polite and friendly. He helpedme to choose my selections. I had twochoices of Orange Chicken & TeriyakiChicken, which came with fried rice.When I tried the Orang Chicken, it wasamazing taste. I loved their tasty sauce.It was sweet and tangy. Teriyaki Chicken was all white meat, and it was juicy and tender. Also, fried rice wasnot salty, so it was good with Orange Chicken & Teriyaki chicken.They offered a big portion for one person. I couldnt finish the food.Panda Express is a Chinese fast food restaurant, and they offer many selections of tasty Chinese foods.This place offered outdoor seatingareas. It is a nice place to sit outdoorsand enjoy foods.If you like Chinese foods, I would liketo recommend Panda to everyone.

This location not good. Staff unfriendly and not good with service. Manager or supervisor who assisted not very professional. Doesn’t care about customer. I’ll continue going to Panda Express but never on this location again.

First time at this location, and probably 200th time at a Panda Express, and Im reviewing today because this Panda really stood out. Had a great conversation with Omar who took the time to learn why I ordered my regular order (Plate with fried rice, chowmein, broccoli beef, and Orange chicken) and then recommended and let me try out like 4 other entrees thatre similar and explained how theyre prepared the same. Was stoked to find future options thatre just different enough for me to give them a go. Checkout was friendly and quick. Got to say, might be my favorite Panda location.

I was on vacation from the UK and staying nearby. We drove here because we had heard of PE on twitch streams!! The customer service was superb, and the food was really good. I was impressed that they do not use any GM foods at all, which can be hard to find stateside. We both got a takeout box, and the food was just delicious. The beef and blackbean was my fave. Premises was super clean, even the bathroom. If I am ever in the area again Id love to return. Please come to England, this is so good!

Big thank you to Angel who picked up our lost catering orders which was originally placed with Manhattan Beach location. I was super frustrated when the MB store told me they do not have my order (placed call at 3:54 pm, 11/15/22, 9 minutes call) and lied that redondo beach location has my order. Luckily Angel took over our order and gave us all we needed without any delay. Five stars to Angel and her team! ❤️❤️❤️

Service here is spotty. Language barrier with some folks make it difficult, but they are good people. They are very stingy on the fortune cookies though. Nice little outside patio too. One other thing, when they say, We are out of ... but it will be ready in 5 minutes, it usually takes 10-15 minutes.

This is one of the best Panda Express I have gone to so far! The lady who works the line was so nice and she was sure to speak loud and clear yet very polite it was very refreshing and I was impressed. The food was delicious and the lady who worked the register was very nice. She even accommodated us a egg roll because we had to wait on our noodles to finnish cooking! Thanks ladys it was a pleasure!

I would give it 5 stars, but it upsets me that on every visit to eat there, the servers are never consistent on servings. There are a few that I feel are to scared to just scoop and seems like they are counting the dam orange chix pieces! It might be better to charge by weight that way they aint cheap on portions!

Love this location! The staff are so nice and they really do a terrific job! It has been my pandemic comfort food place. They take great care to be covid safe for all of the guests and I very much appreciate the extra time and effort. I worked at a restaurant and cleaning is not fun. As for the food, it is prepared perfectly. Personally, I recommend the Eggplant Tofu! Thank you for all of your hard work and I 100% recommend to everyone.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen in Panda. They forced me to select my food really quick. When I asked a paper plate, she said that you already got it. I spent $50, She was arguing about 5cents paper plate. Even the amount of portion, is way smaller than Panda branches in Orange county.

This is my usual goto Panda Express and I have been getting food here for many years. The food is very consistent and service has been good. The wait time is never over 10 minutes and majority of the time the wait time is under 5 minutes even during dinner time. Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor seating.

Large size store and their restroom is actually open!! During Covid most Pandas have the bathroom off limits for customers so that was a pleasant surprise. When you’re constantly on the road it’s getting harder to find a bathroom.They were super quick with the service also

I arrived at the Panda Express in Redondo Beach about 11:30 on a Thursday. I was just about the only person there at that time. I ordered a chicken, rice, vegetable Bowl. Delicious! Broccoli very fresh. I will definitely go back.

We all love Panda Express but this place needs to improve with the service. Lunch time, busy hour of the day and only one girl at the counter. Why? One other worker decide to have lunch and the place is one big mess. It took me 10 minute to get to the counter. Not good !.

Not all Panda Express are the same. This is best one I’ve been to. The food here tastes good and CONSISTENTLY tastes good. I Ctrip extra mile to go to this one instead of the one that is nearer. I hope they keep it up.

This is a great panda express it’s not crowded it’s fast and the food is awesome as you would expect we got the teriyaki chicken and the honey chicken and it was fantastic. The staff is very nice. We will be back

Ok for a fast food alternative.I tried the Beijing Beef. Very dry and tough.You have to beg for condiments like soy sauce.Biggest pet peeve is the cooks ignore the alarms indicating something is done, and let them go on and on and on until it is a deafening din. Very annoying.

The store manager was talking on the phone while cutting the chicken for the teriyaki chicken. He didn’t change his gloves. This is bad example for the other workers. The other workers who serve the food and handle the money, don’t change their gloves. I will never return here.
