Tonight was not a good experience. Picked up food but they charged me for rice, a few strands of noodles the entrees seemed to have switched places with the side dishes.Panda is not known for serving an abundance of food which is good for eating sensibly, but tonight I am so disappointed.Here we have a double order of orange chicken with noodles. Seriously?Noodle bowl with honey walnut shrimp. You can count the shrimp, again not expecting a pound but this seemed under the top as opposed to over the top.This is supposed to be a broccoli beef bowl with steamed rice. Again sensible i understand but this is ridiculous.When I saw the plates I actually looked at the server and asked: “where’s the broccoli?” She smiled but said nothing. The person that appeared to be the manager heard me but did nothing as well.My family and I have been coming here for years, lately ordering delivery which seemed like the reason why the orders were light. 🤔Today was the last day I visit this Panda. Perhaps this is the universe suggesting we cook at home.

Not a good panda to come and eat. The short lady cashier has an attitude…idk what i can do to make her life better. The azn guy has bad customer service..like rushes u he is always in a hurry trying to go home and get on tik tok. Food taste like its been sitting there.

Not happy that they charge $1.25 Extra for a premium item and give you WAY LESS than a regular item. Also chashier NIKKY was rude and short with me. Would NOT recommend this location!

They might have shouted out greetings and acknowledged the order on my device, but when the order came, they could be so fussy, check and recheck again, even for a tiny order. Not sure what profiling criteria they are based on, just fast food, are visitors supposed to put on a suit and tie?!

My first time visiting this area. Service is slow and you can see not enough staff. Line is almost up to the door area but they will still stick with 1 server and 1 cashier only eventhou line is so long. Im from Hacienda and decided to buy here instead of going to colima since Im passing thru this area. My son love panda express mushroom chicken so much, got here Im almost at the door to line up. And waited 12 mins until be served then once its my turn and I told the lady my only order is mushroom chicken thats it. She said it will take 5 mins for that to be ready, so I waited. I will never go back to this place again atleast I know I will rather go to colima where there is a drive thru and fast service and the area is big.

We Pandas were hungry. Stopped in this Panda to get a family meal. I went up here after 11:30 a.m. Depending on what you want to eat, the food was made fresh. If you go when they open, there isnt alot of choices.I personally like the Panda on Foothill and Michillinda in Pasadena. This one has better selectionI go to this on Azusa cuz of convenience (close to home).I would recommend this Panda.

Awesome and polite service from the second I stepped in! I came during the lunch rush, and they still greeted me warmly, offered me a sample, and served efficiently. Instead of serving the last bit of an entree they recommend waiting if I could so the new batch can come out. I can tell they are dedicated to serving only their best!

If you like chow mein stay far far away from this panda express, Im livid they gave me 85% vegetables and 15% noodles its insane how cheap they are this is the 2nd time they do this. Youre better off going to the panda on Colima to avoid being ripped off.

Walnut shrimp was awesome! The layout seemed backwards because you really couldnt see the menu until your done ordering. Also, trash was overflowing even though they werent that busy. Overall, the food was good. Id go again.

Every time I order take out, they always forget something, and when I ask for a manager, hes always too busy to talk to me, I dont want anything for free, just for them to pay attention to what theyre doing!!! I hate getting up from the table when everyone is already eating just because they cant do their job right!.

I came in and ordered two large sides, they didnt have one in stock at the time so he asked me to wait, I opted to wait.By the time the one large site that was out was made and packed, the other item that I had ordered had been sold out while I was waiting.They asked if I wanted to wait for this second item now, I told them no Im done waiting, and they actually asked if I was for sure because it was coming out soon.I dont expect super high-quality from Panda Express but this is very very disappointing.P.s. I didnt even get an apology. At least then, the server would have acknowledged that they messed up. They also managed to mess up my two items order...Im not naming names because they are supposed to work together so theyre all accountable for my experience.

The personnel and m anager is very rude, I ordered through DOORDASH and I called only to ask them to please include sauces and a fork and she reacted very rudely and told me that if I did not write it down when placing the order that was not her problem and she was not gonna help. She told me to email DOORDASH if I had to complaint
