I usually buy food from this location and I love it. But this time the woman who filled it filled it out nervously. This is how full the plate is when I come home. You cant fill a half-empty plate just because youre busy. There are only 3 pieces of broccoli on the plate.

Shout out to the young Chef JR at Panda Express Vallejo! He cooks the best Black Pepper Steak and all his Chicken dishes are good. He cooks everything with excellent flavor. Better than all the Pandas I’ve been to. Everything taste fresh!Thank you Chef JR!

I got the plate with 1/2 rice & 1/2 chow mein. My entrees were honey walnut shrimp [ + $1.25 ] & sesame chicken. [ Or sometimes broccoli beef ] The shrimp are really good ! I also got spring rolls.Dont forget to ask for senior d/c.

It was a busy night and the line wrapped around the tables inside the store. But the crew didnt slow down and kept working and working together.Pros: The food was hot and fresh and the portions were good.Cons: The air conditioning was blowing hard and cold and we didnt get fortune cookies 😕

I usually dont post unless something goes wrong. I ordered through DD and received the food just as it appears in the photos. These are both large size and as you can see they are about 75% full. Paid over $12 outside of delivery fees. My opinion is that even if its not just vegetables, the boxes should be full because you are paying for that size.Edit - not letting me post photos

They dont give good portions for the price,mostly Asians workersI was treated very bad,my food was not free I was paying for It!!. and very rude I asked for double shrimps to pay extra and the kid gave me half about 7 shrimps, some workers in other pandas have good customers service but this one are very cheap and rude, will never go back, again, They should all be fired or retrained, give a job to someone who wants to treat public good and its proud of working at panda.

Horrible experience. Please note I post very few negative reviews. Zero plans to go back. I walked in at 8:33 and walked out at 8:53. Waited in line for 20 minutes with only six people ahead of me. There were literally seven staff members sitting there. So there was more staff than customers. By the time I got to the front all the teriyaki chicken was gone and she told me they would start more. The same lady that was walking around as the manager, drinking her soda, and not helping while the line just kept getting longer. When I walked out of the store with no food the line had now 16 people. I post very few negative reviews. This was just an awful experience.

It wasnt busy during that time but yet theyre still confusion. I only wanted a bowl but they prefer or think I say plate because I was wearing my mask. The lady at the cashier had very good customer service and a guy was understandable and reasonable why it was hard for me to get the order right. I think at this time Im the bad customer and they was trying the best due to the fact that they cant understand people wearing the mask. FYI some the customer wasnt wearing it.

Love, love, love this place! This time they were so crowded. Waited outside a long time. When I ordered my food they really skimped on it. Example: I ordered the new honey sesame chicken and only got 4 small pieces, and half the noodles as usual. I was totally disappointed! Just because they are crowded you should not be shorted the normal amount of food. Because of this it will be awhile before I even think about going back, and I usually go once a week! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

The restuarant got my order wrong and it is missing and additional item I paid for. Unable to get anyone to answer a phone as well as unable to access online, or telephone, survey. How convenient for them. They just made an extra 10$ from me. I do not drive so I ordered through their website. I am very very disappointed in PE. Food was nasty and the chowmein tasted like dried out top ramen. Also they need to train their employees better in the area of customer service, One cashier told me they consider the rice/chow mein an entree and then wanted to argue with me when I corrected. Had I been one of these crazy quarantine people she wouldve been snacthed over the counter, work and whatever she was going thru definitely does not mix well. Ill never go there again. Worst Restaurant experience ever.

I love Panda for its pseudo Chinese food. It is delicious. Favorite sides = mushroom chicken (some good juicy chicken and mush) and the orange chicken for some crunchy sweetness.Dont forget to save the receipt and complete the survey so you can get another side on your next visit.

Certain days food is a hit or miss here. Customer service can be alot better. I went the evening of 3/7/20. As I was waiting in the long line, I noticed one of the cooks cough over the prepped veggies without covering his mouth. No telling what else unsanitary he might have done. Ive even notice some servers with dirty fingernails giving samples and making plates.

Disappointed. My boyfriend just left your store entirely instead of getting his meal because you guys only gave him ONE Teriyaki sauce packet. Im sure it wasnt that serious and you couldve given him more. He likes to put the sauce on his rice too so its just stupid to keep condiments from your own customers. Makes no sense. Figure it out Panda corporate. This is a time to try and bring in your customers with more bang for their buck.... Being stingy and refusing them will only keep you off their minds when they have more money to spend.

I have had one of those, they really care mome ts in a while. My 3 year old and I went at prime dinner time, line was long but moved quickly. As we were getting our drinks she knocked over our food bag by accident. The staff did not hesitate to start remaking our food. They wanted to redo our whole order, I would only let them do the one that spilled in the floor. They wanted no more than to see a happy customer and ensure we were taken care of. Thank you!

The lines are always long and they only begin to start making a dish once they run out. Its so frustrating, that the manager is not anticipating that in ten minutes or less he will be all out of teriaki chicken and orange chicken during a dinner rush. For gods sake, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to make the stuff, start making it when youre half way through it and not when you run out.. That way customers wont have to wait 15 to 20 minutes after they pay for their order to be handed to them... I thought this was fast-food?

Ive eaten at Panda Express around the US and this one is the only one that pinches the servings. Not just the meats but, even the rice and lo mein. Lately, Ive gotten barely cooked Chowmein and soda that tasted wrong. Their Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken seems to have also declined in quality (for a fast food joint). I would not recommend stopping at this Panda Express for the time being.
