This branch used to be above average; unfortunately, it has been performing sub-par in recent years.Today, I made an online order. After picking it up, I realized they did not give me a receipt or even asked if I wanted one. So, I went to the counter asking an associate who had limited English proficiency. She understood my request but was blaming me that I didnt ask for it... Isnt it the business obligation to do so? Then she had a condescending look and tone throughout and asked her manager. The manager told her if I wanted it, then just do so. She went to the trash can and gave me a receipt that was so scrambled up! Why not just print a new one?The food was excellent, so the 5-star rating averaged out with their 1-star attitude...

Overpriced! Don’t get ripped off by them. I ordered large boxes a la carte but they didn’t even fill the box. Both were only about 3/4 filled. It doesn’t worth the price in anyway. The small box was smaller than my fist and has 4-5 tiny pieces of beef.Food are just average or below average. I totally regretted trying panda express and will not buy food here ever again. Better go for local Asian restaurants next time. Thise local places give better quality and larger portion.

Did some side gig delivering food and was sent to Panda express at Main St. to pick up 2 orders. When I was still waiting for the orders, I asked Henry politely if I could use their restroom really quick. His answer to me was “We only allow paying customers to use our restroom”.I couldn’t believe what I heard from this Asian guy. I was providing them support for their sales by delivering their foods and they treat delivery guys like that?And most of them don’t even smile. I guess they’re all unhappy with their jobs. They should just quit and find a job wherein they will be happy.

I wouldnt come back anymore. I mentioned clearly that I just need one cup of free water. Then i still being charged for 2 dollars for a drink cup. That cashier doesnt speak english well and just asked the help for her manager about how to refund for just 2 dollars for 5 mins...Her manager got very bad atitude against me in mandarin . And it seems like I am the trouble maker to their well trained employees for 2 bucks.

Great service and good atmosphere. The cashiers are very punctual and organized as well as considerate; I ordered a whole lot of food and drinks for my crew and to my surprise one of the cashiers came up to me as I was filling drinks to put them in my car with a box to use to hold the drinks and the food.The restaurant space itself is very clean and spacious; lots of room for many parties for the dining room.

Ordered online ready for pick up 4:15pm got there at 4:17pm they said not ready waiting 1 items to be cook, she said 5 min I said ok. Within 5 min I got my two order I am like yeah.. When I got home and open the bag one order is missing 1 item (2 items combo) but the other order is fine!! First time eating here. It was one of the worst experiences as a first time customer. One Asian lady was very rude and made me feel super uncomfortable ordering, especially since I had never been in there i didnt know what to order just yet. She put the wrong thing in my box even though I said no fried rice. And then she took it out while sighing heavily and was tapping her foot at me and started speaking to me so fast. I had a hard time understanding her and was trying my best to order something I wanted. The way she talked to me was very rude and everyone in the restaurant started staring at her and I. I finally told her within the few seconds I was being rushed to order, I am sorry but I am new here and I dont know what I am doing. Please hold on. She just stood there and waited again and this time she started speaking in another language to her co worker about me and what I was ordering very rudely. I will NEVER go back. Also the food was dry and was not good quality food. I can see from reading these other reviews on here that people have been having the same issues with this one specific employee there and the food as well. I wish I would have known that before I decided to try something new here. Panda Express, you need to check your staffing and management if you dont want to lose customers. Just saying.

Well, normally I get some decent customer service but what they fail to do is modify their time management and provide quality customer service when their is no rush. They pressure you to select your times quickly and they are often haste at collecting your money. However when u ask them for an extra fortune cookie they have the nerve to tell you, HOLD On. Like if Im rushing them? Overall Poor customer service but they are quick to collect donations, they need to modify that script of theirs.

I usually visit this Panda location for lunch as I work nearby. Those experiences have always been very pleasant. Very nice staff and they serve good size portions.This was the first time I visited for dinner and unfortunately I was disappointed. Only one small scoop of orange chicken was served as one of my entrées. Seemed a little stingy to me considering they usually give a decent size portion. Also, a woman who appeared to be the manager (MO) was constantly yelling at the staff and even some of the customers in a loud, shrill voice. It was extremely annoying and I couldnt wait to get out of there. Probably wont be back here for dinner but would still recommend visiting here during lunch!!

I often order take out from this Panda Express. They keep the place nice and clean. Their food is consistent. The only good problem I have about them is that they are busy on Friday evening. But I usually order online and I can just skip the line and go directly to the cashier. Very convenient!

Ive ordered from here through Uber Eats and the past two times the stir fry rice had no flavor or veggies, egg rolls mushy and the eggplant tofu dish under cooked. I really dont like giving bad reviews. The only reason is to help the restaurant improve.

I asked for a bowl with white rice & noodles + Orange chicken, the amount of rice was less than a half of a cup!!! She did the same with noodles and got an attitude when I told her that was not enough I wasnt asking for more than what I usually get at the one on Fair Oaks, no wonder the restaurant was empty Saturday @ 7:30pm ...no more of that Panda Express for me, I understand food is getting pricey but at least give the right amount of food. :(

They got one star for at least having some food available! This is the closest Panda to us but I really hate coming to this location, its always missing 2-3 items on the menu. There staff could care less and just want you to order what they have and sit down.Management could care less as Ive complained in the past and no changes have taken place. They share the same parking lot as the Regal theater, so parking may or may not be a hassle. Sometimes, I just park in the Rite Aid parking lot and walk over to pick up my fix of Panda Express. I keep it simple with orange chicken, chow mien and mushroom zucchini. I sometimes like to order their hot and sour soup. The food is always fresh and consistent, well...for the most part. I really like it when the orange chicken is super fresh and right out of the fryer.

Nothing to do with the food, but they are just so cold and robotic. Charge you if you want so much as a single grain of rice extra. They only put about HALF of the food in a combo as other Pandas but charge the same. Plus they get furious is you ask a question. More than 15 mins l and late for work due to their delay and ater after I brought it to their attention I was given my order. So disappointed.
