I give the 4 stars to Patty as she is very well veresed in customer service she smiles and always super nice to everyone in the line.Management did not get her name but she was very nice as well very helpful. Tiffany on the other hand is rude condescending and just a smart mouth.I already spoke to another manager once who was just a visiting manager that dating she had the store manager actually speak to her. But she is a miserable person with rudeness about her.She should not be in the front dealing with customers. She can help cook the food where she is away from the customers.Ease help her.Thank you.

The woman working on Friday July 28 dressed in black (I assume she might be the manager) needs to quit the gossiping if she can’t multitask. I had to constantly repeat the items for each plate because she kept talking with a co-worker while taking my order. She assumes she’s capable of multitasking, but it’s clear she’s not because she put the wrong items in two plates.1st plate: I asked for Fried Rice, Mushroom Chicken, and Honey Walnut. She put Fried Rice, Mushroom Chicken, and Sesame Chicken.2nd plate: I asked for Chowmein, Sesame Chicken, and Kung Pao.She decided to put Fried rice, Honey Walnut and Mushroom Chicken.

Placed an online order, they couldn’t find my order for over 20 minutes. The staff didn’t know their address. Then finally the manager told me I’m at the right address, other staff told me I had wrong address. It’s bizzare at the level of unprofessionalism without any concern for customer’s time. Over 30 minutes later, I got my order. They also have the longest lines and they move slower than any other panda I’ve ever been to.A lot of room for improvement all around.

Very dissappointed. Ordered family meal with 3 large entrees and 2 rice. Of course we got 2 Orange Chicken and thought we would try Broccoli and Beef. Brocolli was so hard couldnt even stab it with a fork! Beef I could even see any Beef! Had to take out ALL the brocolli to find the tablespoon of beef that was in the whole container! Tried calling but no one picked up. So ridiculous! Look at picture.

Food is great but poor customer service! My husband and I always notice that the associates who work here have poor demeanor and poor disposition. Today was an example of a horrific attitude from an associate who was fixing my order. Beware of LILIANA- disrespectful, nonchalant and careless. I was asking her in a polite manner to make sure all the condiments are in the bag and she just shouted aggressively at me, while angrily putting my order away, saying ITs IN THE BAG!!!! I could not believe what I heard from this lady. She did not ring me up, and left me waiting. The manager didnt care. No apologies or anything. And worst, Liliana helped the next customer in a respectful tone and good manner? I even feel more disrespected. How can Panda hire people like this????

I ordered a plate with two entrees and the portions were so small and lasted only a few bites! I think the server only gave me half a scoop, and when i looled over at another plate with 1 entree, he filled it and it almost looked like 2 entrees. The portions are not consistent. Sadly it wasnt worth it for a plate price.

Probably the busiest Panda location that I frequent, but given its location that makes sense. However the employees are very quick and efficient, without sacrificing friendliness and accuracy. Even when the line is out the door, it doesnt take long to get to the front and place your order. The quality of their chicken is also consistently good.

This is a very good and very consistent Panda Express location. Ive visited this location many times at all different times of day and days of the week; the food is always fresh and well-made.The only thing that I might knock them for juuust a bit is that sometimes the service could be a little friendlier. But lets be honest, does service matter that much at Panda? Youre in and out of there so quickly that you dont really have much interaction with the staff.

We ordered online and i went to pick up my order. I went straight to the cash register where is said online order pickup. There were two people ahead of me so I waited patiently. After the cashier helped the two people ahead of me, she began helping other people in the line that had placed orders and wouldnt make eye contact with me. After the third person i yelled excuse me to get her attention and told her I had an online order to pick up. She said she would help me Ina moment. It took a minute and she asked me for the name of my order which I provided. She asked me to confirm my phone number. I gave it to her twice and she told me I was wrong. I showed her the screenshot of my order with my number which is exactly what I was telling her and she finally said ok and handed my order. I dont know if they were understaffed or what but whats the point of placing an online order for pickup if I have to wait behind the people who are ordering in the store. They should have two different cashiers helping in that case.

Very good food from the regular Chinese food norm. Just be aware of your choices, to avoid the greasy choices. But the food is good. Restaurant is clean. Employees are very nice. And the soda machine is there for you to access all the refills you desire.

Been going to the same location since Ive to theOC area. The crew must be having a bad day or not in the mood day. Service crew were rude and the food was bad, the kung Pao was off and the noodles were uncooked. I want to take a pictureTo show but can find the button. Really guys do better. Always a long line but when you get your food its always hot and fresh. Its sometimes hard to understand the girls working behind the counter but we ate there when its during the busy lunch & dinner time and its pretty loud inside. They seem like they always understaffed & always having to run back and forth between different positions/jobs.

It was a fairly busy lunch time and with the new distancing rules, there was a line outside waiting for their turn to place an order. It took a while to order but once the order was placed, the food was ready fairly quickly. Everything is disrupted with restaurants at present and they are doing the best they can while making sure it’s safe.

Took one star off because they were out of the Passion Tea that I really love and I noticed the container was not even being refilled. During this pandemic, they are following safe protocols to keep from spreading the virus. There are always reliable dishes that youd expect at Panda Express. Im a fan of the orange chicken, personally. Theyve allowed substitutions, like veggies instead of rice. Also, I greatly appreciate that they participated in fundraising for a school. I love civic-community minded businesses.The parking right by this corner location is often full, but there tends to be lots of open parking in the general parking lot on the other side of the building.

I use to clean the grease traps in Panda Express after hours. It was pretty awesome to see everything shut down. As much as I cleaned and didnt want to eat Panda Express, I still did because the food just hits a spot. Although, youre hungry an hour later. Thats why you always buy 2 plates my dudes.

They have great tasting food. Although they often run out of food during rush hours and causes extremely long lines. I now visit other Panda Express to avoid the long lines and get what I want. I noticed the managers dont seem to be as proactive as they were before. When we had to wait a long time we were always offered a drink. No the same service and attention to their guests.

After waiting 20 minutes to place my order I asked for a bowl with mixed veggies and mushroom chicken. I was then asked to hold on a second while a large online order that was placed well after I walked in the door and just before I gave my order was made in front of me (~12 to go plates) which took another 10 minutes or so. Then I was told that I needed to pay for my meal but wait 5 minutes for mixed vegetables. At this point I decided to cancel my order and walk out.This is the second bad experience I have ever had at any Panda Express and both bad experiences were at this location.
