Certainly not as good as it has been. Chow mein noodles were dry, beef tough. Chicken is good. All dishes lacked sauce. Egg rolls were very good.

They were friendly, food: needs some work on the recipes a bit because, although not terrible, its a little off from the standard. But still edible. Ive visited twice now and the location is nice, small, and because its new, its still well maintained and updated. I like that they have 2 parking spaces out front dedicated to curbside pick up (mobile orders).

It’s alright. It’s a regular Panda Express without tea bar. Seating doesn’t have anymore social distancing. Portion is alright and better than the one in Artesia Blvd, Gardena. No drive through. Too much noise (not sure if it’s the music or what) … it’s hard to listen and talk to the cashier. Otherwise great customer service. There’s a lot of parking spot so no need to worry about that. Great place to eat at overall. Nearby a dental clinic, subway and a nail spa!

This place is done better before with less staff. Im not sure what happened today, but customer service was really lacking. The entire ordering process felt rushed and the order was mixed up with someone elses. Dont know what happened today here but hopefully they fix it

This is not one of my favorite Panda Express locations I go to a lot of the them around the area.I understand that panda is popular and it gets crowded around noon time but I always felt that the workers here have kind of an attitude. I generally dont get a friendly vibe that makes me want to come back I only go here because I shopped at the Walmart next door and its lunch time and Im hungry.My main complaint is this and its happened at several pandas the customer ahead of me wanted chow mein but they were out so when they came time to take my order I chose rice and everything that I wanted was ready to go, but I had to sit there and wait for almost 10 minutes behind the customer ahead of me while he got his chow mein? And I asked the cashier is it pandas policy that if the customer ahead of me ordered something that was out that I have to wait until he gets his order filled? So Im standing there for like almost 10 minutes waiting for this guy to get his chow mein and my food is just sitting there on the counter??? She said yes thats the way we do it here so that we can charge him at the time she didnt charge him until he had the chow mein fulfilled!!!!!! Thats a bad policy in my opinion for panda to have. I mean if you eat there a lot say more than two times a week you start to notice that the foods salty and its not really a very healthy choice its just something quick and better than eating a frozen Burger.

The workers need a raise. I love Panda but lately all the ones I have went to are extremely busy. Workers seem very rushed and busy but are very friendly and the food is like always amazing. Hope the workers take it easy people can be rude as hell. Thank you Erika and everyone else with her on the shift on October 15th.

Just awesome...went in to get lunch on my way to work and In n Out with no problem. Workers greeted me,took my order and I was out. Food was flavourful,delicious and fresh! I recommended this Panda Express to a friend.

Small portions. They have a spoon in the rice, and the person served 2 spoons cutting top off. When I called it out, the server girl said, Thats enough rice to fill me and put another half a spoon. This is the smallest portion serving panda I have seen and took chicken teriyaki, which smelled rotten chicken. Their box is Styrofoam, the smallest version. Didnt even give a single utensil, no sauces, and no cookies. Panda, please change the ownership and management and tell them people pay and buy food. Not that food is given free. Customer service is horrible and treats you like a person came to steal or something.

Finally a Panda Express that makes the food right and made me remember why I use to like it. I haven’t been to one in awhile since the ones by my house are not good. So when the birthday girl suggested it I was very hesitant but birthday girl gets what she wants. The food looked better than most other Panda Express I’ve been to lately and the taste was great. Definitely will drive a little longer to this location when I’m wanting Panda.

Small portion. When you order a bowl, they give you 1/3 rice and 1/3 side dish. Then another 1/3 will be air lol. They have no changes. For a angus steak, they gave you 3 cubes oof angus steak and all others are onion, pepper, string bean.

My Grandson, loves the teriyaki chicken and fried rice is his favorite food, I enjoy the anything with mushrooms the menu is delicious and the egg rolls are too.🤗 I enjoy the staff too, always have a smile 😁

I place is always good to grab something to eat without waiting for long. My favorite was orange chicken now a days feeling like the quantity is getting reduced gradually for the money. Overall you are hungry and some thing to eat fast and tasty 😋😋 good place to go

Workers have attitude (it’s was much worse). They don’t include utensils even though I ordered I drove 15 minutes to a park to eat there and found out that I have to get back home because they didn’t include utensils. Thanks

This particular Panda Express has just recently opened. I was really excited to finally have one in my neighborhood! But what a disappointment.As far as friendliness, they were very friendly and I was greeted with a smile.Now the food. It looked good, a little short on most things but they had probably just served a lunch crowd since this was about 1:30 pm.I Ordered two bowls and one three entree plate.I was not paying too much attention as they were filling my order, I wish I would have. But I was busy taking in the new building and getting up in line to pay.When I got home, I opened up one of the bowls to give to my grandson, he had noodles and orange chicken. He had 4 Small pieces of orange chicken. He was very hungry so I gave it to him.I opened up my husbands 3 entree plate which was really 2 entrees with one on the side which was just fine. He had half and half on the noodles and rice which was an average amount. His orange chicken was 3 pieces, and the spicy shrimp 2 pieces. So I then i opened the small container that was his broccoli beef, 2 small pieces of beef.....the rest all broccoli. Big chunks of broccoli. My husband looked at it and was more than just a little disappointed. I heard about it all through our meal.My bowl which was to be noodles and Beijing Beef, had one piece of beef! The one piece was about the size of a 50 cent piece, so not real small but that was the ONLY piece of meat.I was so so disappointed! What a shame!Before this one opened up so close to my house, I was going to the one in Long Beach on Spring st. close to Millikan High School. Looks like I will be going there before I go back to this place again! It may be further to drive but I can always count on the food portions being of a good balance between veggie and protein ratio.I gave it 2 stars for the hospitality. If I were judging simply on food I would have given it 1 star because it really wasnt all that flavorful either.

Very rude young people working here tonight. They dont care though. Terrible customer service. They lie to you. Horrible young people working here. Its like they spit in your face and dont care. No accountability or management. No cash payments. Food is always out. Very salty. Dont waste your time. Better more authentic food right across the street so support them...they are a small family biz...the young people here dont care ..horrible experience....And they throw so much food out...so much wasted food

A few months ago I called to place an order, just to still have to wait in line because the manager thought it was “unfair” for the people waiting there… the people in front of me didn’t even knew what to order! By the time I pick up my food it was cold! Ridiculous!Last night I placed an order through the app and the food was DRIED they didn’t even provided teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki nor the sauce for the spring rolls, and as usual… of course they forgot the soy sauce and hot sauce!It’s like they’re expecting people to go in there to tell them what to do, or else they will mess your order somehow

Unprofessional workers. Went in for dinner and was told it would take 5 minutes for Beijing beef, we waited 10 and then politely asked when it would be ready, and they had just started making it. When we asked for a different entree, they complained about us not wanting to wait when we had already been waiting upwards of 15 minutes at this point. Our food was just sitting there getting cold, and we didnt want to eat cold food and they decided to be rude that we didnt want to wait for the beef that we were told would be 5 minutes. Dont expect to get anything in a timely fashion here if it is not done already

On 05/19/21 at 4:11:36 (receipt time), my family & I went to the Lakewood, CA location (#3284). Not having been to a Panda Express for some time, I was surprised to find that the items behind the glass were not labeled with names big enough for identification by the customer, & I was also taken aback when I noticed that the serving containers were now so much smaller than when I last visited.When it was my turn to order, I ordered a 2 entree meal. I requested that my appetizer be 1/2 chow mein & 1/2 fried rice & my receipt shows that the person who took my order, did it correctly. However, it wasnt until I got home that I noticed my order consisted only of chow mein & my entrees.It is my belief that, because of all the various noises & the loud talking between all the cooks & front line workers, that my order was filled incorrectly. Not only do I believe this, but I also found the noises to be annoying & unwelcoming, if not unappetizing, while I was in the restaurant.Finally, at home eating what I was given, I discovered that the Mushroom Chicken entree that was part of my order grossly lacked in actual chicken pieces & the pieces that were in it were tiny.Although it has been some time since my last visit to Panda Express, until this visit I had always considered it a regular in my rotation of store front restaurants & had found the food to be consistently well made, with the right combination of ingredients & tasty. I used to think that the value/satisfaction ration ratio was positive. Now, I am inclined to lean in the opposite direction.UPDATE:Received a timely response to the email complaint I sent to Panda Express. Ended up happy because, by the wording of the response, I could tell they actually read my complaint & took it into consideration. I feel they heard me & are willing to correct the issues I raised & that is what I wanted.Happily, Panda Express is back into my regular rotation of store front restaurants.

One of my favorite fast foods. I like the soy sauce and hot Sriracha sauce with chow mein and orange chicken. So good and filling. All Panda Express outlets are the same with the same setup and items. This one has about 5 tables to sit on.

I ordered chow mein and the worker gathered up all the soggy leftover scraps at then end of the bowl and gave them to me. I asked her if I could wait for a fresh batch as there was almost zero noodles in the container & she assures me there were plenty at the bottom. Out of the large container 2/3 of it was soggy lettuce, onions & celery. Also I’m unable to their feedback survey because they only gave me half a receipt as they ran out of paper as well. Won’t be back there again.

Love this place I dont order much food from here but I deliver a lot of food I love it the girls that work there very besides them being beautiful theyre very nice kind and respectful and customer service is great they dont have you standing around for delivery and this place is always clean friendly environment family and friends yeah the facility might be just a little bit small but other than that its a great place to go

I try and go heavy on the veggies because the rice is so bland and the fried rice is oily AND bland. Egg rolls? Ugh, talk about oily. The fan favorite orange chicken is still below average.

Food quality is bad compared to other locations since the workers dont make it efficiently and often rush. We waited in line for one dish for 20 minutes. Too long for fast food. Their customer service is bare minimum. This location is the worst I have been to by far.

I have been here twice and both times the fried rice was horrible. It was not really fried. It was just steamed rice with egg, carrots and peas. The rest of the food was great and employees were friendly. Worst fried rice ever.
