Honestly, this is the worst Panda Express Ive ever been to. To the point, I refuse to eat Panda anymore when near work by this location. More bad experiences than good. Same story. My love for Panda has been giving this location chance after chance for several years. Ordered food in person tonight, and just as always, there wasnt enough food there to make a simple plate. They had me pay up front after asking what entrees I wanted, and then I sat for 15 minutes waiting for them to update their food portions to serve myself and everyone else standing in line, and those that continued to pile in. Under normal circumstances you see the food they serve you, however when youre asked to sit and wait for them to catch up with making the food, you dont see them serving your plate. After over 20 total minutes of sitting there, my name was called with my food bagged. Not only did they not get the order right, but they proceeded to give me 5 whole total pieces of orange chicken with no sauce on them (bone-dry), and beef and broccoli which wasnt what was ordered. They then in turn just piled up the chow-mein to fill the plate. I tried to callback to let them know, but no one answered the phone for the last 40 mins they were open. Being completely transparent, the workers were extremely nice and pleasant, however that doesnt make up for the rest.

Tried the NEW FEAST MEAL,,it was only $29.99.with 3 entrees and 2 sides..ordered 3 entrees of walnut shrimp,peppered angus steak and terriyaki chicken and chiw mein and fried rice for the sides...told them to include some plates and sauce,,they said yes but didnt get it...anyways..walnut shrimp and peppered angus steak were my favorites...

I usually just use the drive through here which is very cool considering most Panda Express dont have one. One small annoying thing is they only allow one order per car so a quick lunch order with co workers is not as convenient.

Wonderful place to eat! Lots of healthy food options for a very reasonable price! For the money you get good portion sizes with the ability to mix and match! In addition healthy vegetables and meats like chicken and beef are offered! They are also continually being made fresh as well! Staff are very helpful as well! Gluten free options as well!

The food was fine but the customer service was definitely lacking. This location was closing at 9;30pm and we had arrived around 8:40pm. The dining room was already closed off. There were 3 of us and we had to eat at a tiny table that barely fit 2 people located in the side corner. That was ok, at least we has a place to eat but then my young son had to use the bathroom and was told the bathrooms were closed. I asked hiw could the bathrooms be closed it was only 9:06pm. I was told they had been cleaned so we couldnt use them but we could see if the market would let us use their bathroom. Seriously?!?! Luckily, we made it to the market bathroom before my son had an accident. Never going back there!

Its ridiculous that they start closing up and hour or so before closing. They always run out of stuff close to the end of the night and wont cook more food since they already started cleaning. Avoid this location if you eat dinner late.

First off, let me mention the shift supervisor, Savannah. She greeted every customer as they came into the restaurant. She was friendly and engaging with the patrons and all the other employees. That is probably why everything was working so well. The restaurant, including the restrooms, was clean and well stocked. The food displays were filled and the food was fresh and hot. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience and a great meal.

I am a regular customer and last three orders are complete disappointment.Ordered a combination of chow min and greens but received chow min and rice. Happened twice. I just to consider this Panda Express to be one of best in the are but i dont know what happened, i dont know if they changed management or personnel but their customer service sucks. As always, great tasting Chinese junk food. Unfortunately, this particular location is always understaffed, and you could easily spend 10-15 minutes in line before you even place an order. Whenever you order Beijing beef they say; Were out, it will be an additional 7-10 minutes. It could potentially be a good spot, but management is lacking.Update; used the app to order, arrived twenty minutes after it wouldve been supposedly ready, and still had to wait another thirty minutes.Conclusion; order from another location if youre not ready to spend at least thirty minutes waiting for yor food

This is my usual Panda Express. The food is always fresh and delicious, the line moves quickly, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It can sometimes get a little loud because all the cooking noises bounce off the stone walls and tile floor but otherwise its a comfortable place to catch a quick and filling meal.

Panda has all your classic Chinese fast food. It seems fresh and tastes fresh as there is a lot of turnover of the trays of food, so nothing is sitting for too long. The orange chicken and sweet fire chicken are favorites. You can get combo plates with chow-mien, fried, brown or white rice.

A formal compliant has been filed with the County of Ventura Environmental Health Department. Wednesday July 19th, 2017 I witnessed your staff at the 1744A N Moorpark Rd, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360 location take chow mein from an already prepared container (with meat and other food) back into the bowls under the warmers. This food is contaminated, what if it came in contact with peanuts, then the given to someone with a sever allergy. This is a serious matter, that your staff doesnt seem to understand.When I confronted the manager, George he did not seem to understand why this was an issue. Then a second employee Maryann, gave me nothing but attitude and eye rolling when I asked for the store number. I repeatedly asked her to write it down for me. It was not until Bernardo stepped in and wrote down the store number.This was the absolutely worst experience at one of your locations. The lack of training for your staff and the lack of customer service was astounding. My friends and family loved Panda, but if this is the behavior and training you encourage then you wont find me in a place that doesnt have integrity.
