Utter horror! 🤬 Upon arrival at the establishment and approaching the cash register, they did not pay attention to me for about 10 minutes, serving a live queue, although I made my order online and I only needed to give it out, although one of the employees was free, people came later than me, but they were served much faster, I had to call the employee several times, to which I was ignored.Look at this portion? Is this usual for Panda Express? No and no.There were 2 pieces of meat in the extra box, and they were sinews, they were impossible to chew. Overall the little box was 1/3 full and it was onions.Terrible, disgusting, I am completely disappointed in both the service and the cuisine.

Its a good Chinese fast food restaurant. Im actually surprised with the Panda Express.chain, it has not made its way into Greater Vancouver! The food is good and fast. Unique style to their cuisine.

The food is very good but unfortunately they never have any ice for their drinks! In the desert no less! I cant count how many times this location in the Desert Crossing Center is continually out of ice or soft drinks. We are about ready to change what Panda Express we go to. We dont understand why it never gets fixed. Someone needs to take charge of this situation.Update: We had not been to this Panda Express in about 6 weeks. We went today and they still had no soft drinks or ice! Their machine is still not working. All they had to drink was bottled water, very small bottles of apple juice, and one flavor of Powerade. No bottled soft drinks. We will no longer be going to this Panda Express. The owner needs to get this repaired or replaced asap.

Maybe it was because we got there shortly closing, but this has to be the worst Panda Express Ive ever been to. Flavorless fried rice and noodles. Broccoli beef tasted a bit off. The scraps of Pepper Chicken was the most edible thing.

Way too loud. Can really barely hear the people behind the counter talking to you when I do go in and pick up... I usually get delivery and theres kind of always something missing. Especially soy sauce no matter how many times I ask

I wanted to try a different Panda close by and had never been to this Panda. We decided to go Sunday night at 6:30 pm. As we walked in the door, I started to have second thoughts because there were only a few people dining there. However, when we were served and was paying, suddenly a long line magically appeared.As I ate, the quality of the cooking was better than the other Panda close by. Plenty of families. Very important; plenty of Asians eating there, too! Plenty of ice (unlike the other one that was out) and plenty of tea hours before closing (unlike the other one).Bottom line: Goodbye other Panda; hello new favorite Panda. Better all around.

Started off with the manager Christian being absolutely rude about why there was no food available and 11am. Wanted us to wait 15 minutes while he made excuses about how it wasnt ready because they just opened (over an hour ago). Not only did they not have anything ready they half scooped our food and let it sit until it was like warm. The manager Christian needs customer service training badly, hes running this store into the ground

Rude service. I brought in my baby to get food after a long road trip and shopping, super hungry. I never wear a mask anywhere (God forbid I breathe, right?) and no one gives me issues about it. Ever. Its been 2 years that the government insists we wear masks and when I went in she asked if I had one. (Let alone people eating without a mask on, and the lack of logic entirely.) I told her no, I cant wear one. She insisted on pulling out a pile of masks to force me to wear one anyways. I told her I said I cant wear one. It gives me anxiety and blocks my breathing, but the reasons are no ones business. She still tried to force me to wear one and so I left. Its my basic right as a human to breathe and not have someone suffocate me. Wear your own masks but I just want to eat! (And breathe.) This is discrimination and violating my basic human rights.

Very slow and poor customer service! A lot of food items not readily available and the person (male employee with headphone on) at the counter is very rude and unprofessional! He asked me what would I have, so I told him and I pointed the two items (Angus Beef and Wok-fired Shrimp). I noticed that the containers were empty, so I asked him how much longer before they are available. He mentioned about ten minutes. So, I told him that I will wait. He asked me what else would I have. I told him that I wanted the two items that I already mentioned. He proceeded to asked me if I wanted a double items. I told him what double items is he talking about. He then told me that it will not be available for another thirty minutes. I said to him that he should have told me that they are not available and I just left after I said to him very lousy service!

Came in 45 minutes before closing (after attempting an online order 15 mins prior; it was denied due to timing restraints) and they had already pulled all the food items, my choices were majorly limited to only 3 entrees. I get you want to get out at 9 when you close but thats just lazy and uncool on a consumer level (doubt you guys will care about this review anyways given the work ethic here, oh well). Pulling everything the hour beforehand is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Close to closing (15-20 mins beforehand) is more than reasonable, thats coming from a fellow restaurant employee/manager. Unless again the goal here is get out AT 9. Respectfully, that should not be the consumers issue, thats yours and managements. You have set times for a reason and most restaurants allocate an hour after closing hours to do clean up. As a previous Panda employee, I know Panda has that allocation. Yikes.Do better for those that already have completely limited fast food places. Thanks.

I was at this Panda Express to pick up and order for doordash and David was extremely ok top of everything. He recognized that I was a dasher and quickly informed me of what items were still being made and gave me a free soda. Excellent service and really a go getter.

Aaron saved the stars from being zero. My order sat on the counter for at least 15 minutes, not under a heat lamp, just on the counter. When they called me the food was lukecool, I asked the female employee if the food was cold, she said no its hot. I touched the outside of the container and that was not what hot food feels like. The employee who gets all negative stars argued the food was hot with steam coming out of it,😂 Aaron came up and told me he had cooked it hot, which I understood he did, I was watching everything as I watched my food sitting there getting cold, other customers came, some called in ahead, a couple ordered there got their food and left. Aaron offered to cook it over and explained they want the customer to enjoy the food they order, and he would make it right. Another male employee offered me something to drink, while I was waiting. Although I declined, I thought that was nice. I went and sat back in the car and got to thinking, what was I doing, I didnt want them cooking my food over, I rushed back, and said thats okay Ill take it like it is, I could reheat it... The female employee, sounded exasperated and said something to the effect of are you serious??? They said she just threw it in the trash. I do not believe in sending food back, Id rather give it to my dog than send it back. The stars are for Aaron, and the food taste good. I might go back.

I had been waiting for my order for over 15 minutes. When I had went inside to talk to the cashier about my order he had went to go check on my order and had noticed that my order hadnt even been started. When I had asked for a refund from the supervisor in charge he had specified that I could not get a refund and that they could just offer me double the amount of food that I had originally purchased along with the food that they owed me. I ended up disputing this with the supervisor for over 5 to 8 minutes instead of him simply starting the refund and it caused me to not be able to eat on my lunch break and it caused me to clock in late to work. I literally had to come after work just to actually get a refund. I believe this is ridiculous and I should not have had to waste my gas a second time instead of just getting my refund the first time. I personally am ServSafe certified in California and know exactly how this manner should have been handled it was not handled in the manner that it should have been. On the supervisors behalf it was very unprofessional and I noticed it made the staff feel very uncomfortable. I will never return to this Palm Desert location again until the management is fixed.

The restaurant here is awesome! However ordering through DoorDash the driver needs to double check the order and make sure they’re delivering to the right customer .I received the wrong order had to contact Doordash Customer Support. Once I left my review through DoorDash they refuse to post my review because their driver delivered the wrong order

They were out of the 3 things I came for, but said it would take 5 minutes to make. Okay. Two others here were also waiting for their food. To stay out of the way, we each sat at separate tables away from the line with our masks on. After 2 minutes, the girl behind the counter yells at all of us that we cant wait at tables, we have to get up close to each other to wait by the counter. So we all had a good time talking about how safe we were trying to be, nobody is eating at a table, we are all responsible covid avoiders, yet sitting at a table without food and our masks on was somehow bad. I told the girl that they should rope off the tables if they didnt want anyone using them, but it wasnt her rule. The restaurant across the street has maskless eaters inside, but this place is takeout only, which Im OK with. I got my food home and they messed up my order by combining 3 meals into one plate. Wont be back for a while.

1 star is the lowest it goes but I wouldnt give this place any stars after getting served sour orange chicken and overcooked fried rice. I dont know if the chef tastes their own food but I had to throw away two batches of double orange chicken because although one was fresh, it tasted the same and Orange chicken shouldnt taste like its been drenched in lime juice. I have to say Im very disappointed and the lengthy paragraph just a warning to those who come across it.

A number of dishes not prepared ready. They were not even started in the kitchen. Super greens, pepper chicken, mushroom chicken.
