Very bad customer service by the person who runs the cash register. They only have chopsticks and not even a spoon to eat rice with. All other Panda Express has at least a spoon. Originally they didn’t give us any cutlery or chopsticks. When we asked they gave some attitude.

This panda express location is just 👎👎👎👎👎 if I could give no stars I would. Theyre always late with online orders, it seems like they are under staffed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this last time I went my order wasnt ready like always and they shorter me in one of my plate sides so be sure to check you order/plates before you leave...just a bad experience everytime.

Literally the worst panda. And Im Taiwanese so I should I know. My people need to find better staff and get this show together. I tried to give this place benefit of the doubt but each time they under deliver. Bad service and most of unable to make decent plates. The food is already in front of you. How hard is it to plate them nicely and evenly. I got chow mein today and they decided to proceed to give me mostly onions instead of noodles. Everytime their ratio is off. Get it together Redwood panda.

They have terrible customer service, especially this guy is rudely disrespectful and he was even serving poorly cooked chicken but the last straw was when we asked him to add one more product to our order with a very lousy attitude, he agreed after several times having to ask him what It made it terrible that they have workers like this when there are so many good friendly people, excellent workers without work for this kind of mediocre people. If you have been to a panda express before, you know what to expect, the food here is bland. The Sanitation of this restaurant is at an all time low . the workers handle money and touch food. I looked to the back of the restaurant where I seen a worker whom was on break, touching on his nose, his mouth, and then proceeded to put on gloves and come and serve food. No one is washing their hands.

Went here because landlord suggested that this one gave more food compared to the one at Foster City.Line was long, family feast costs 37 instead of the 30 at the other location, and the food is barely above the bottom plate and didnt reach the top of the box when closed.Ingredients are a bit fresher than the Foster City one, so they at least got that right.They also ask if you want to donate to kids during check out and announces your reply. I am pretty sure the donations are for kids much like the sign in their store that says CCTV are here for YOUR protection.TL:DRFresh ingredients, less than generous servings, passive aggressive donation asking.

Placed an order through their website. If you pick delivery option it just uses DoorDash to fulfill your order. This restaurant told my door dasher that there was no order for me in the system when he asked, after making it explicitly clear that I ordered through the website.I placed a new order for pickup instead, and when I got there (after it said it was prepared) I found my *first* order sitting on the counter... 🤦‍♂️ then I had to wait another extra 10 minutes for them to make my second order that they apparently hadnt seen yet.So I paid for the dasher tip + delivery fee on the first order for nothing, the whole of the second order, and now 30 minutes later than expected (plus driving time) I have twice as much food as I wanted. They were apologetic at the store, after realizing what happened.If youre going to get food here, Id recommend doing it in person or maybe directly through DoorDash and *NOT* using the Panda Express website.

Once AGAIN, my order is not correct. I mean I understand the first time but more then once is really me not liking it. Cmon team closing shift, you can be better bc if you dont, youll be losing customers to another panda. Bc I rather go where i feel Im going to be taking more serious then just picking my order and pay for something I dont even ask for. The solution is really not to give next meal for free. Bc even when it was for free, what make me guaranteed the mistake wont be repeated. I mean, seriously work your skills better. I understand it can get busy but still not an excuse for multiple errors and always my orders get messed up for dinner. The night shifts/closing team need to do better. I am guessing bc there is no manager at night (I asked if I can speak to a manager and they told me to call during the day), it is the problem. It is sad. But I am a loyal customer and I already give you a second chance by buying food once again here but I want to believe this will change and youll do your best to keep me happy as a loyal customer and give me what I am paying for LETS DO THIS!!!

Order a plate on and ended up getting a totally different set of entrees than I order. Then when calling them back they don’t pick up the phone. Pandas quality trademark taste is gone. My orange chicken was 70% fried batter no chicken. Still scheming and up charging folks for a big plate (three entree) when one only orders a two entree plate only. Or up charging and most recently placing an additional charge for a survey free item claiming its a prime item. Survey states any free small entre for taking survey.

Panda express food yes, but not this location... The service here is horrible. I ordered online in front of the store because I wanted to avoid the crowds and wait in the car instead of the packed store. I walked in at the pickup time (25min later!) and the associate told me that they will start to make the food. I walked back out waited another ten minutes and when I came back he told me that they are waiting for Chow Mein. So I had to wait another ten minutes this time in the store to get my food. In total 45 min... Thats not express and online order is completely useless. Disappointing!

I should have read the reviews before going to this location, but I was naive and figured all the bad reviews were due to the shortage of workers in the fast food industry right now. I ordered online and gave 45 mins to prepare the food given that this location in sequoia station is busy. When I got there, I waited for 30 minutes for my food as I saw 12 people come in, order their food, and leave, all before they looked at an online order receipt they saw after I told them my name. I feel for workers because they seemed understaffed, but why would you want people in the restaurant staring at you waiting for their food. I highly recommend not ordering from this location, but if you need to, I would place your order in person.

Service is bad. They fill your container up with rice and give you the smallest portion of meat if you arent paying attention. Even if you ask for more meat, they add one piece. I would NOT recommend this store, its a waste of your money.

Be sure to check your orders before leaving the restaurant. There are clueless workers who miss an item of your paid order. Some workers speak with heavy accent that is difficult to understand if you would be given just the free missing item or the full meal you paid for when you call to complain the missed item in your order. Make sure it is spelled out if you would be given just the missing item or the full meal you paid for before returning to claim your order as instructed by the heavy accent speaking worker. Costumer service is very bad.

This is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. We spent 30 minutes just waiting to pay. (It was NOT packed. About 4 ppl in line before us, 3 employees in the front & 3 cooking) We had to tell the cashier we were in line WAY before someone else. On top of that, THE EMPLOYEES STARTED ARGUING WITH EACH OTHER! Today i order my food on their website and payed for it, to be picked up 1:30 after, and when i got there, there was a huge line, only 10 people inside at a time, door must remain close for COVID19 safety precautions; anyways i waited outside until it was my turn, when i went in my food was not ready. So the boy “cashier” and also servant told me that i had to wait 5 more minutes which end up being 20 more minutes. So i am there watching everything; the boy “cashier” put on gloves to pick up cash and with the same gloves picks up the knife to chopped the teriyaki chicken when he is not in the cash register, so when is time to fill up my “a la cart” items he graves the containers (boxes) and puts his hands —with dirty gloves— inside the container and now i had a problem with that; so i quickly ask this other girl, working there to tell him to use new containers because he had touched those from the in side with contaminated gloves. BUT the girl tells me that is imposible to not do any health violations when there is so many customers. And to add to my embarrassment she stars telling this other customer what i was asking for as if i ask for something unlawful. Instead of taking my side and train this boy (employee) she got defensive and tried to make me feel like a jerk for not wanting food in a contaminated food containers; i am definitely not coming back to this place again. What ever happened to good customer service.

IF YOURE HAVING A BAD DAY STAY HOME CALL OUT! I don’t know, but don’t take it out on me. I stopped by because my niece wanted panda. I came in ordered and the First Lady and second lady were nice. Then Antonia, I think that’s her name because she’s the one at the register, glared at me and we stood there for 5 seconds. I was lost because she was just glaring at me. I said “oh, I have the 2 entree and 1 side with 3 chicken egg rolls” she yells at me “I DONT K OW WHAT YOU SAID BUT WHATEVER” I was shocked. I then ask for extra sides of sauce and she goes “WE ONLY GIVE OUT ONE” shocked again because she gave the cop in front of me a handful as request. I work at another fast food place and I know that is NOT how you talk to customers. I came in was very polite, the First Lady had to get her receipts in order and I told her take her time because I have no rush. Then I meet this grumpy lady. If you’re having a bad day, stay home or call out. Don’t take it out on people that pay you your checks. Without us paying customers, you would t have a job.

This is the worst managed Panda Express Ive ever been to. Im temporarily working in the area and have gone in several times for lunch. Each time 4-5 trays, including basic ones like fried rice, the special Firecracker Shrimp, and green bean chicken, are empty. Moreover, service is often slow with lines to the door even late at 1:30 or 2. They seem to have plenty of staff, but cant get their act together. The food is OK once you can get some, but who has this kind of time. Its supposed to be express!

Me and my daughter who is 9 years old were so hungry yesterday, so we decide to eat at panda, the restaurant was empty only one person before us after long waiting we were helped. Since I had not enough change I paid with 100 dollar bill the cashier told me they had not change but anyway she took the bill and walked to the back after 5 minutes she came back and told me the bill was not fake, so she walked to the back again and after 5 minutes she returned, she opened register and she went back again, after 5 more minutes she finally came back to register again and she told me my total to pay was 12.50 she asked to me two times to round the amount to 13 dollars the 2 times I answered no. Then she yelled at me in Spanish telling me ‘’ lady I cashed your 100 dollar bill so you should round your bill to 13 dollars instead 12.50? One more time I answered no I don’t want to round my bill to 13 and give me my change please. Then she yelled to my daughter to move to the back, she was so rude to my little girl she almost pushed her. I think this lady is crazy she shouldn’t be on register.

Before shaming someone by the language they speak, make sure youre life is perfect and not working for minimum wage at a food service job. Panda Express has been a fairly consistent quality among the locations I have been too. This one is redwood City uses a recyclable plastic plate to serve and a clear cover for to go order which differs from Hayward where you get a better quality carboard flip try box neither do a great of preventing spills. What ever you do make sure they dont splash the saucy from one entree on to the seseme chicken which ruins the crispy texture.

Im not sure whos idea it was tonight to have the brown rice be mostly white rice with, presumably, the last of a batch of brown rice mixed in, but Im not amused. If you were out of brown rice just say so, that happens from time to time and I understand. One of the reasons I go to panda as one of the few fast foods I can usually safely eat at, is because I know I can get straight brown rice and NOT white. Ive never had this problem before at a panda and it is very frustrating when I have such a restrictive diet to have something like this happen.
