Unacceptable! This is our third or fourth order that is literally broccoli and beef with two almost invisible pieces of meet and beijing beef that looks like half of the portion they sell at the store. All were online orders for pick-up, hence the result. And even lied about the sauces when I asked if they put any.

I ordered from Doordash at this location. It is VERY upsetting when we have to pay more money, you guys up charge on the app and we get the worst service! Why am I ordering teriyaki chicken and you don’t even put the teriyaki sauce on my chicken?? What did I order it for then? You don’t add any condiments in my bag. No soy sauce no chili sauce nothing.. there’s nowhere to add it on the app so why isn’t it an automatic thing to add a little soy sauce .

Food was good, usually is. Sometimes it can be awful. But about 85% of the time its pretty good.Everything is usually pretty fresh. And this location is usually very busy. One of the Bathrooms is large and wheelchair accessible. The other is a smaller one. There is also an entrance by the bathroom for easier access.Seating inside for about 30+ people.Seat outside as well weather permitting.

I have been coming here for over 3 years now simply because its in my neighborhood.The food servings are very poor compared to what we pay. Adding a little extra or half a scoop will not make the business to fail. Instead you will have a happ customer and a return one at that. I understand there are rules to follow but this location has no idea what customer service means.Furthermore the staff are very rude. A little training in customer service is required.Anyway whether it changes or not i am not coming to this location any longer .

The place has good food sometimes. Its never consistent. The chow main noodles went thin all of a sudden. The drive thru never gets it right. The place has been around a long time. They still arent perfect but theyre cleaner then most others also more expensive. They just plain want to fight you for soy sauce. Its average. It used to sell the best orange chicken you could get now its like a bunch of rolled up burnt skin. Yeah theyre slipping.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT buying from this location. There was a worm in my food. Yes, a worm in my food. I first had a problem with an employee ignoring me three times. She did not want to give me what I wanted to order. I also had gotten into an argument with the manager and he insulted me by forcing me to order outside if not he was going to kick me out. He was forcing me to order outside because it would be faster but there was an option to go inside and i wanted to go inside but he was forcing me to order outside if not he was not going to allow me to purchase food here. I felt blackmailed and offended. After my horrible experience buying the food. I FOUND A WORM IN MY FOOD. I probably had more worms in there but I had only noticed that one worm. I went back to go show and give it to the manager and the manager started to pretending that there was no worm in the food and that it was a catapiller. He did not even care and still had attitude. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING AT THIS LOCATION and always check your food.

I came in when it was slow. And you guys forgot my Kung pow on the side for My bigger plate. I saw them put it in the box and I assumed they put it in the bag but I got home and nothing was in the bag just my plate and 2 kids meals. Its frustrating because I dont live near by. **Do not bother online ordering here**As someone who has worked in food, and retail, I am more than understanding when a business is busy, especially in rush hours. HOWEVER, the service I received tonight here was horrible. I placed an order, and my receipt said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I showed up at the restaurant, it was reasonably busy, which is understandable. When I notified the cashier I was here for a pickup, she let me know it wasnt quite ready yet. I took a seat, and waited almost 15 minutes without another word from her, while watching my order being placed on the counter behind her. Not once did she bother to check the progress of my order. When I got up to ask if it was ready (as I could clearly see it was), she very rudely told me it wasnt, and if it was placed on the counter behind her, it was missing something. The only reason I didnt absoluely lose it was because of a very sweet employee who overheard my frustration. She offered to go check my order, even though she was on her meal break! Im sorry I didnt get your name, but thank you for taking the time out of your break to offer. The cashier then bagged up my order, not even 30 seconds later (and with nothing added to it, might it add). Poor customer service, and definitely not worth me ordering ahead. Could have just stood in line and gotten my order in the same amount of time.

Ive been coming here with my family for years and its really gone downhill . The portions have changed so much, they used to be great with portions now i feel like i have to beg to get more shrimp. If im paying a 1.25 extra from shrimp why do i only get 4 pieces? Ridiculous. Always packed, always a nerve wrecking experience. The line is always out the door and the staff gets mad when you hold the door open while you wait. Where do you expect us to stand? Good food, food containers getting smaller, they dont top them off, getting skimpy, their food is never stocked, you always have to wait for them to cook whatever you want, because they make it based on your order, so be prepared to wait for them to cook your food, employees dont look happy, dont greet, smile or offer you samples. You have to initiate it all. Ive been to many pandas and this one takes the cake with friendly customer service. I really like Panda, thats why i keep coming back, but they really need to improve on the things mentioned above. Good luck & enjoy!

Store #1905 has the worst customer service I have ever seen. In an attempt to place an order that consisted of white rice, we were told that there was no white rice. My husband then asked how long it would be before there was white rice available and the response (from who I can only deduce was someone in charge - she was wearing a black shirt) was just, No. No white rice. Is that how Kay was trained to respond to customers? No My apologies for the inconvenience or any type of explanation? Just no. And then to be stared at by the employees as if I were some ridiculous, uneducated person with any outrageous request. White rice. Its very frustrating to order your food and your entree not being ready. Whats more frustrating is ordering your food, entree being said to be ready in 5 minutes(but more like 15), your order tossed by the other entrees, forgotten about, and being skipped over when other people order the same entree. I have to say that the whole entree not being ready thing has gotten out of hand as I have came in to this very same establishment, same workers, at the same time as I have been for the last 3 days. I went back to this location on January 2, 2020 and I must say this Panda Express is not a convenient location. They gave me some jelly textured teriyaki sauce, obviously it’s been sitting too long, and there was a hot pot of teriyaki sauce available. Then the lady gave me one scoop of orange chicken, then I observed her giving others more than one scoop and they ordered the same bowl. I don’t know if it’s all Panda Expresses, but this location is definitely inconsistent with the portions. This location consistently cheats on the meat. I always order a Panda Bowl, a menu item that consists of one entree and one side item (ie rice, chow mein, or vegetables). They will pile on the side item like filler and then put a teensy bit of the main dish on top as decoration. The last time they did it, they went too far. I ordered Beef Broccoli, not Broccolli Beef. There were huge stems of broccolli but when I took it home to serve it my kid, there was this one tiny piece of beef. Thats it! I was outraged. I work all day, I off-load meal prep for my family to Panda Express and they rip me off! Not cool and not to be tolerated anymore. Theyve always been cheap on the meat, but now with covid you cant watch them prepare your bowl so they get you. Not cool. Im filing a lawsuit.
