This Panda Express used to have some issues and I stopped going for a while. But in the past couple of years its become one of the BEST Panda Express stores anywhere. Its super clean, the manager is amazing and the food is fresh and delicious. Today I had a great experience and decided to leave a review. Anabel is a wonderful store associate and she was nice, professional and very helpful. Thanks, Panda!

Visit this place every year. This year however I asked them to cater for our golf Event. The team did an amazing job feeding 60 golfers. Foid was ready for us at the time specified and came with all the extra bits we needed..Dips, Napkins, plates, serving spoons...and even a few extra chicken rolls!...we will be back next year!!

They are no longer offering sweet and sour sauce? The teriyaki sauce comes in a small package and is very small. I was disappointed that didnt ask me if we wanted any sauce with our teriyaki and orange chicken.

I order Panda Express often and every time I order beef & broccoli it’s always hard to eat and still raw. My plastic fork just broke from picking up a piece of broccoli. Panda Express please cook your broccoli longer!!!

Really good and filling food. If youre gonna dine in, I would recommend a Bowl because the Plate is really filling and I could barely eat all of it. This is a really good place to order for a family to take home too. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the food is on point. I got the Chow mien, Orange Chicken, and Honey Walnut Shrimp.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Ordered dinner before 7pm for delivery between 8pm - 8:30pm. Some time after 8pm they cancelled the order, leaving us without dinner and experiencing a hard time to order anything but pizza for delivery. Why couldnt they just decline the order at 6:57pm?

Oh god, this Panda Express branch is great. The reason and possibly the only reason it’s great, is because of an employee named Alyssa. She has excellent customer service! 👍😊💯🥳 rey impressed by the way she takes car of her customers. Every time I have walked into this panda, she greets everyone with such welcoming greeting and makes eye contact with everyone of her customers. She is full of joy and shines as a jubilant team member. The guy in the black, which appears like a manager is so terrible and lazy. He has to really hand his position over to Alyssa. It’s self evident that he is miserable there. And whoever that employee was, look up to Alyssa, because that’s how you should always treat customers! Not agrupe with them. Thanks Alyssa for your kind and generous service. 💯😎👍

Last Sunday, I got the wrong oder and I lost points because I couldn’t return the item back to the store. I call manager and he refuse to help me because I didn’t had the order number. He also refuse to help because he was not available on Sunday. Be a-wear door-dashers this is the second time this store is not well organized and costumers don’t order food from here. I don’t recommend to eat at this store😟

I’m 8 months pregnant so I have some food aversions. I asked the cashier if it’s possible to get noodles without the veggies and before she could answer another worker, named Alexis, immediately and rudely exclaimed “NO!” She didn’t even bother to look up. A simple “no, sorry” would’ve been sufficient. I left without getting anything. If you want to order food I suggest ordering with anyone but Alexis.

I just left this place and it was so disorganized. The employees are doing what they can but not what is suppose to be done.. people are not keeping 6ft away from other customers-specially those doordashers. No protocol as to waiting for food or paying and organizing who is in charge of handing out their food orders. Cutting in line, people wanting to pay for their food because is ready-when is not their turn to pay. Is not fair to have a few employees for the amount of volume and sales this place has. It’s reflecting on poor customer service and poor organizing in general. Not fair for their employees and us as customers.

The girls at the counter are very nice but they never seem to call back the food soon enough when its just about low and then you end up waiting 10 minutes three entree to be made. They never seem to have enough help. I was there tonight and theres two girls of the counter to cooking and theres a guy leaning against the counter on the side on the computer just leaning he could have jumped in and helped I dont know if he was the manager but the girls were going crazy cuz they were super busy and this is not the first time Ive seen this. But the food is always good.

Panda Express has adapted POORLY to Covid restrictions. Ive placed an online order as much as 45 minutes in advance and when I arrive my order is NOT ready. I end up having to wait in line anyways. Restaurant is clean and food is good.

Everyone always yells WELCOME TO PANDA! when someone walks in. They are good about making sure to keep amounts of each dish available, the longest Ive ever had to wait for anything is five minutes. Theyve even offered for me to wait for a fresh batch that might be coming up soon from the cooks. Friendly, courteous, and delicious.

The contact form is broken, but here was my problem for all to see.I had a bad experience at this restaurant. It took a very long time to prepare the food, there was no teriyaki sauce for the chicken, they gave me the wrong order, then made me wait even longer after I handed it back. By the time I got my food, it was cold. My wife and I got instantly ill and her face swelled, and we did not eat anything else that day. And besides all that horribleness, your employees looked miserable and unhappy to be there, no one smiled at me.

I am very disappointed. I usually come to this location three times a week. My last two visits have been a disaster. The store manager Humberto is very rude and so unprofessional. He tried to serve me old stale food and I asked him twice to change it to fresh food. He refused to change it until I said that I did not want to take the food. I am not going back to that store until he changes his attitude or he gets relocated to another store. I am sorry Panda Express, I am not coming back.

I had a Panda Express bowl with grilled chicken and fried rice Saturday night. Not much rice. And not as much chicken as usual.They often short you on food. Some of the chicken wasnt fresh and had been sitting a long time. Teriyaki sauce was thick and goopy Panda Express is inconsistent on quality. Id give it one star at the most. Also, theyre often out of some entrees. This location was in La Quinta, California. They didnt give me a fortune cookie until I asked for it. Second time this has happened. Workers there are lazy and unfriendly. No manager ever in sight. One Panda Express worker once told me they are told to fluff up the noodles so it looks like you are getting more. Poor service and poor food.
