2023-11-07 02:35:53Hello,Im really really disappointed on the services and our meal today, location 1320 El Paseo de Saratoga, San Jose, CA 95130, My wife went over to panda today to grab dinner she had the worst experience ever, the person serving was rushing her demanding her second entre saying anything else anything else anything else my wife said hey theres no body behind me whats the rush, and the person completely ignored her and moved away. She then called me to ask me what I wanted while she was getting her plate served. I wanted to try a new special, so I asked for that. And the person behind told what do you want, anything else while she was on the phone with me, They rushed her to the cashier, she also asked for broccoli beef as well while she was paying cashier told, You waiting on cream cheese ragoons. My wife said no I asked for broccoli beef, there was broccoli beef on the dish and also its on the box B1, why are they asking her if she is waiting for creemecheese ragoons. Then they asked her to pay, $30 dollars didnt offer her any drinks nor to make a donation. Yes, a donation is part of the 5 demands that panda asks for a cashier. As I worked at panda for 3 years as chef/ lead, under Cris,Fady Nina, and Ignacio aka nacho one of the regional chefs my locations were the valley fair mall, Campbell location north and 1st oakridge mall, and others . Panda is and will be one of my faves. But the way she came back almost crying for the poor quality and services is not right. She didnt get any receipt of the order. No sauces, no utensils, and to top it off, I open the plate half my chowmein is uncooked her broccoli is hard to bite. This was my worst plate ever. I dont like to make complaints, but Panda, you let me down. I would like to receive some sort off recompense or an apology, I wish I could attach the pics here. Please contact me back Im frustrated and angry this was in fact the worst experience ever.

2023-11-02 22:40:43Main reason for going back to Panda is the (hope for) consistent food. Mostly, food is what you’d expect but please take time on making sure your rice is actually fried (not steamed with simply some amount of soy sauce for brown coloring… I hope it was just a bad batch but I am posting because I care about the quality that I’m used to getting at this location. Today was different—don’t let it go downhill…

2023-11-09 23:26:04We’ve been coming here for over a decade and the food is always good. We just ordered Uber eats for a party and it all looked good and tasted great except he prawns were not ideal as the coating was coming off. Overall very good and tasty. Recommend! There is plenty of parking but you may have to walk from your car during busy times. Plenty of parking with no other cars around you in the big parking lot by REI and AMC. The chow mein, fried rice, spicy beef were really good.

2023-01-28 18:42:53I have always liked their good food. This store is very clean and they give fast service. The people here who make your dish are very pleasant and helpful. Very nice place to eat in or take out.

2018-02-18 03:12:12Standard American Chinese food, cooked pretty much in front of you. This Panda Express is a bit small, there is not enough place to line up hence line is out of the door. The staff is OK, they are pushing for volume. :) But you are not here for the service.

2023-09-12 05:43:13It was a very bad experience for me. The lady was not able to receive my order correctly. Instead of saying sorry, she was super impolite and annoying as if it was my problem. And then she continued messing up my order and refuse to apologize. Will NEVER be BACK!

2023-07-19 02:27:161 star because negative 1 is not available.First of all, it was nearly impossible to communicate with the staff. The place is chaotic and loud. Trying to comprehend the servers and cashier was very difficult. A mix of mask muffled soft voice, accents, and loud background noise made it hard to communicate with them.Secondly, hire someone who actually can work effectively.I had to wait 15 minutes in the store for orange chicken. It was painful to watch an incompetent employee running around like a chicken without a head. Asking the cashier to give me paper tray was a lot harder than necessary.Thirdly, learn how to smile and be curteous. I ordered a family meal to dine in. Even after I asked for plates, the cashier told me they dont provide plates. How the hell were we supposed to eat, out of those doggy containers!?!?!?I had to go back to ask for 3 paper to-go boexes which she gave me reluctantly and rudely. The food is actually not too bad. The orange chicken should be renamed orange and chicken flavoured batter. The beef broccoli really just means the combination of ingredients. There is isnt any real beef broccoli flavor. The honey shrip is also more batter than shrimp.During the one hour I spent in the store between 1:15 to 2:15, I did not witness anyone cleaning the tables, even though several tables had been turned over a couple times. That might be suggestive of the overall cleaniness. The experience is just pathetic to say the very least.

2023-05-27 22:15:27This is probably the worst overall experience of any Panda Express location. The location is far too small for the number of customers it attempts to serve. I say attempt with intention. Ive left the location without ordering more times than I have successfully purchased anything.Dining in should not even be considered, unless you like other customers standing in line with their rear end at your table. The line snakes around the tables because there is no where else for it to go.Having surrendered on in person ordering, today I tried mobile order. I think that was an even worse experience. My scheduled pickup time arrived, and there was mass confusion in the store. I watched as people in line were getting served but mobile orders were not. After 5 minutes past my pickup I asked someone for some ETA only to find out they had not seen my order. That turned into them rushing to get it started, because they were, yet again and again, out of orange chicken ready to. Its as if the lunch rush each day is a sudden surprise. At this point too much time had passed, and I cancelled the order. Of course the store personnel couldnt figure out how to do that, so I had to call customer service to take care of it.I have lived in the area for over a decade, and I cannot remember a single instance of ever having a positive order and prep at this location. Go anywhere but here. Save yourself the trouble.

2023-05-25 21:42:25Me and my mom went to eat yesterday around 8:30pm, the first person making the plate was very rude and if people were indecisive, shed keep repeating well whats the item, whats the item me and my mom were next to order & said what can I get you then walked away to count cash in the back corner. Luckily the cashier maria c came over and was so nice. She continued our order and even rang us up. If it wasnt for her I wouldve left. I just wish the first girl was more welcoming
