Ordered string beans chicken breast bowl, disappointed very little chicken & not breast meat. Ordered honey sesame chicken bowl, again skimpy on chicken. Ordered 2 sides that looked like they would come in their own containers, they didn’t. They were mixed in bowls. Broccoli & fried rice, not the amount shown in menu. Fried rice terrible. Won’t order from them again

The food is good and well cooked but their customer service is terrible, it always tends to be the cashier which is distracted and was engaging in a conversation with a man for more than five minutes while he had a line to ring up, the conversation wasn’t about anything to do with panda express but rather about the man talking about his job and the cashier asking for his business card. All while lots of peoples food sat on the counter finished for various minutes, the cashier even though my order was ready wanted to ring up the man first even though he ordered 2 people behind me and got more things. Ridiculous cashier he was a young man, I think his name was luis or jose.

This place is really busy. I usually order orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and half chow mein and half rice. This time I didn’t care for the Orange chicken, I don’t know if my taste buds changed but it was just awful. The honey walnut shrimp was delicious though and always has been, I love it.Staff was okay, table was really dirty and we actually had to clean it because of how dirty it was. The atmosphere is nothing special. I had never noticed before that honey walnut shrimp is a premium price which is disappointing that they charge more for it.Overall experience was not note worthy and only enjoyable thing from this place was the shrimp.Price Point ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Cleanliness was a 0Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I keep trying this location and they keep disappointing me, honey walnut shrimp, only 5, teriyaki chicken is pre cut and comes like soup, veggies are good. Another thing is they no longer have any vegetarian dishes besides steam vegetables, I miss the tofu eggplant😕

When someone comes in and orders 1/2 Rice and noodles they expect to get more than a 1/2 a spoon full of rice and cabbage. There was so much cabbage in the noodles that they weren’t edible and like I said, a 1/2 a spoon full of rice. Horrible.

Poorly Managed location, they started closing at 930pm versus 10pm but when I went in before close they said this is all we have and it was fried rice and egg rolls . I watched the Manager turn away 3 other customers even though their sign said open and it was still before 930pm . I talked to the Store Manager Diamond and asked her what time they stop making food so I know not to come in and she wouldn’t answer the question. She was being rude and her non verbal expressions were terrible . Her only focus was to clean up and get out so she just walked away from me leaving me standing there. I found out that they stop making food at 9pm do that would be a true closing time to base your trip. I am definitely a detractor of this location because of poor Management.

Disappointed in how they handled a pre-order via the app. The order was due to be ready by 9pm, however, it took an additional 30 minutes for the order to be completed. It is understandable that a shop can get overwhelmed by the number of customers but to overlook so many pre-order customers with those who came through the door was a bit unprofessional.

HORRIBLE experience today. I was the 2nd person in line, yes I was helped right away which was good, but the person who was finishing orders and payments was TERRIBLE. My food sat on the counter finished for over 8 minutes, It took FOREVER for the cashier to finish the peoples order in front of me, then 2 people come and interrupt as Im trying to pay for my food to ask for straws then sauces. The cahsier is easily distracted and over whelmed, After that the manager comes and decides to have a pow wow right when Im about to pay. This is now my 3rd interruption trying to pay for my food as it sits on the counter. Then the cashier walks away and decided to restock broccoli beef(which was half full) and orange chicken(which was empty) Mean while there are now 3 different orders sitting on the counter and everyone is waiting to pay. That was my 4th and final interruption. I left as it was IMPOSSIBLE to pay for my food as it just sat there.

Everything went well here. Yes, there was a line as they are only allowing 5 customers at one time but understandable and it went quickly. They had a good system for getting us out quickly. Jackie was the stand out here. She took calls and rang us up and noticed that someone forgot something from our order as she took the time to check to make sure our order was right and gave us what was missing. I appreciate that because we were about an hour away from home since we spent the day at the beach and we would not have driven back once we left even if something was missing that wed paid for. Thank you Jackie!

Panda was my GOTO lunch spot, but since the covid-19 closures, service at this particular location has gone down. Staff were welcoming and friendly, now it feels like Im in line for a prison meal. I feel like this location and a couple other fast food joints, make me feel like its a privilege for me to be served and we take what we get and we dont throw a fit.Hopefully, after this is all over, this place gets back to the great customer service it once had.Food is good, but portions are a bit on the light side.

Food is just ok. After all it is Chinese fast food. Depending on the mood of the employees and how close it is to closing time will determine if you actually get the amount of food you should get. The past few times we have been here within an hour of closing. The only reason we eat here is because it ends up being too late to cook something after the work day is done.Every time its a different attitude. Sometimes its just plain lazy. Others its entitled. The portion sizes of the same menu items has verried every time. When questioned about it, the employees spout back with a different, disrespectful excuse. When asked for a manager to get clarification. We are told you will have to call tomorrow as there isnt one here. If it wasnt for the limited later in the evening options in my area. We would never eat at this location!

They used to provide generous portions which made me feel that the meals were a good value. Now they are cutting back on portions, cutting back on the side sauce quantities and scrimping on the soy sauce (You always have to ask for it) and you dont always get the fortune cookies. Given the typical long wait in line combined with the scrimping its no longer worth it! Movin on.

Ever since covid they have been adapting to the new rules. Now most of their orders are pickup and online orders but you have to walk in to tell them you are there and then wait for your name to be called. The last two times I did online orders, they didnt get my order right. It seems like they are just too busy for quality control anymore. This place used to be stellar and I would go there weekly. Now I feel as if maybe I should find another place.

Went there last night, asked for a bowl she packed me a plate, they were busy so I didn’t say anything. While in like I saw a girl cutting up chicken and it fell into one of the sauces and she didn’t really care to take it out, even mentioned it and she “already knew”. I asked for it to be Eaton in but they made it to go. Soda machine always seems to have an issues whenever I go in. I should of tasted the soda before I left it was just carbonated water. The food didn’t taste all that great. Honey walnut shrimp And it usually is a hit but probably won’t be back. I wish I got my money back.

The guy in front of me didnt feel like like they had given him a full order so he argued with the manager who was very patient and courteousThen my order was up and I went to get my soda . Only water came out so a young lady tried to fix it then a older woman and finally that same manager. He was not having a good day. Food was good except the fried rice was hard.

I have always liked Panda Express. The one here in channel island is good. Most, if not all the people I have had serve my family and myself are all nice. Im pretty sure everyones always had a smile on there face. My only down side to it is, is I with they would give a little more than a small scope of food, maybe just a full scope. My kids cant eat a full plate, so they share...its always a hit or miss if its enough food. The food is good, everything Ive tried has always tasted good.

I enjoy using Uber eats, but when I order from Panda they do not include the sauces. I called the restaurant after I placed my order to make sure they included the sauce. Teriyaki chicken without the Teriyaki sauce is just not as good. And the vegetables rolls need a dipping sauce. I would have given a 1 star but I do enjoy the food when I pick it up my self and make sure I get what should be obviously given.

Tried coming back to this place with an open mind smh we received 2 free entrée coupons and decided to utilize them. Unfortunately we received two very small boxes seemingly meant for fortune cookies or rice or something and we paid almost 8 dollars for 2 sides of rice for no reason seeing as the Free entrées werent really entrées and only contained 3 bites of Chiken each. They seem to operate based on misery & spite. The one over off Rose has far better service.

Always bomb. A plate is enough food for two meals and the food keeps better than most so you will enjoy it later too. Very consistent quality.Edit:You know what. I kinda hate Panda now. Over it. I’ve always loved going to this panda but this was my first time going under the conditions of the pandemic and I have never had someone be so rude to me. Priscilla helped me and could not hear me due to the mask and others speaking in the restaurant when I ordered I asked for white rice and orange chicken and she gave me rice, chow mein, and orange chicken then when I politely said that’s not what I asked she seemed to have an attitude and threw it away and started again. Then I finished my order with wanting an extra side and she yelled at me publicly saying she couldn’t hear me. She could’ve asked politely but was very rude about it. Sad to have a negative experience by being yelled at by an employee due to the Covid regulations.

My experience was bad here, today23.03.21 @ past 1pm.Despite my wife reminding the attendant to put soy source for today., she forgot. When I chose to remind her of my fountain drink as she jumped to checkout someone behind me. All she kept saying is giv me a moment whenever you want to engage her in a reminder. Dont go hear, if you order online they will serve you last. My online order was supposed to be done at 3:16, I stood outside from 3:16 to 3:40 before i saw them making my order, meanwhile all customers that went inside got served. I would like to express a very positive point about this location in Port Hueneme, California.First off the staff there are always very friendly.I have been taking my disabled adult client to Panda Express for a while now and want the Mangement as well as the corporate office to know about a certain female employee. Her name is Desiree and she is the most friendly, positive person and needs to be told how she makes each dining experience just a sure joy. She needs to be given much praise and I would hope you would name her employee of the month because she deserves at least that recognition. We now go at least two times a week because of her personality and always going the extra mile to serve us with a wonderful experience at this Port Hueneme location.

Dont go!Unless you like waiting in an unnecessary line because they are only allowing 5 people in at a time,whoever they had letting in people cant count so shes letting in to many people so the other rude lady yelled at me and my kid that they are only allowing 5 people in and we needed to go back outside, when I asked her why there employ told us to enter she rudely looked over at the people that are in line and repeated that they were only serving 5 people and we had to go back out side,customers inside at this time 6 people that had ordered one lady standing in the lobby on her phone not in line and the 2 guys in front of me when they asked for 5 more guests.After that they used the Over the intercom for 3 more guests to come in when they still had the same amount of people and nobody had exited They call the 2nd time so I went in and they rudely said why dont you come in we called you, To which I replied you still have the same amount of people as when you ask me to leave, So she gave me a dirty look and asked me what I wanted to eat, I get the whole covid 19 safety precautions but this lady had on a plastic face mask with a mask underneath it, talking through a microphone that went around to a speaker which was picking up her voice and reverbing it through itself causing a annoying noise that you could not understand what she was talking about and when I told her that I could not understand her she gave me yet another dirty look, Im fine with whatever safety precautions you wanna take but at a certain point if you cant understand your customers or they cant understand you maybe somebody else is better for that position!
